Fantastic experience: It’s been almost a year since I have started back at the gym, and I have grown and learned so much about myself in that time. I have fallen back in love with working out like I had loved years ago. I learned that I am strong in so many ways. I learned that the numbers on the scale are not the most important piece of the puzzle. I have learned that having a support system makes this journey a whole lot better, and a whole lot more fun. Thank you to SparkFitness Staff - Jenn Ickowski, Brandon Campas, Alex Michael and Jenna West for pushing me and supporting me each and every day. This year for thanksgiving I am thankful for Spark and my journey to being the best me I can be.
Fantastic experience: Spark fitness is truly the most welcoming gym I have ever been to, and I've tried quite a few! I have been a member at spark since they opened a little over a year ago, and I have always felt comfortable there. The trainers are there to push you to be the very best version of yourself. They are always willing to answer any questions you may have, whether its regarding nutrition or a move during the workout you just couldn't quite get right. The workouts are group classes that switch daily, so you never get sick of doing the same thing over and over. They are also designed for people of all experience levels, so even if it's your first day in a gym, come check it out!
Fantastic experience: What a great gym. Staff are amazing. Responsive, caring, informative and dedicated. Always available to answer questions, modify exercises to accommodate injury or ability.
Fantastic experience: I just finished a 3 week challenge and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I lost 10 pounds and am feeling very accomplished. The meal plan was easy to follow and the workouts are great! It was also so helpful to be connected to a group of people doing the same challenge. If you’re looking for better results, or are just bored with your current workout routine, try this place out.
Fantastic experience: I just finished my 3 week challenge down 10 pounds and 3.6% body fat . As a member i have to say i love working out here, the hit class options, spin class, yoga, step and more , lots of choices. Family atmosphere, the owners and trainers really care, and are there to keep you motivated and on track to hit your personal fitness goals. I would and do recommend anyone serious looking to make health changes to sign up and show up!

Fantastic experience: Love it here! I find it hard to know what to do or focus on at a regular gym, so it's nice to have a trainer that will guide you and get to know what you can/can't handle
Fantastic experience: Spark Fitness is such a great gym, with a great community feel. Jenn and Brandon are amazing owners, and always make everyone feel welcome in their studio. We have taught numerous popup classes there because the people are wonderful, the space is very clean, and we obviously love the black light look! :) They also have a huge parking lot so parking is never an issue.

Fantastic experience: I tried Spark after learning about it from a friend. I hadn’t worked out regularly in several years and the trainers were great. A wonderful balance of support, encouragement and challenging me to push myself just a little more. I’d highly recommend their small group classes. The music is great and every day is different.
Fantastic experience: On 7/30/2022, I finished my first (of probably many) 6 week challenges with Spark Fitness Buffalo. I have done many challenges with different gyms in the past BUT with this challenge, you could actually eat CARBS! Who doesn't love carbs?! I know I do. lol. Anyways, the food guide and app they used for tracking were very easy to navigate. You had to attend at least 3 in-person workout sessions, which the workouts are challenging but doable and the trainers work with you to make any modifications that you need throughout so you don't feel like you failed and you don't want to come back. If you couldn't make it to the gym, workouts were available via the app too. With the app, you get access to a chat of the the current challengers to share what is working best for you currently, what your struggling with, and just an overall better support system. Also all the workers and instructors are amazing!!! Thank you Spark Fitness! PS. If your curious, I lost 10.7lbs with the challenge.
Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Spark and everyone who works there. I joined back in January after having a rough time with some anxiety after the loss of 2 family members the few months prior, and I couldn't have picked a better place. Normally going somewhere like this would give me anxiety, but Spark eased it for me. Jenn/Brandon/Alex instantly made me feel at home. Not only are the workouts killer (but still great for all levels of experience and they are always willing to modify anything for you), but they have helped in beginning to repair my practically life long unhealthy relationship with food. I truly enjoy going there and because of everything I've mentioned above (and so much more!), this is the most consistent I've been with going to the gym and the best I've felt in over 5 years. I could go on forever, but anyone considering trying this place out really should take the leap to see for themselves how great it is!
Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Spark Fitness! The trainers and owners are so nice and helpful (and the trainers know when you need a little extra push). The workouts are satisfying and effective. There is so much variety when it comes to the classes that they offer. The best part for me though was that they helped me lose weight in the healthiest way I have ever lost weight in my life. The nutrition plan is so realistic and a SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLE. I wasn't stressed out or worried about the scale or excluded from family meals. This is definitely the happiest I have ever been losing weight and I would highly recommend the workouts and nutrition for anyone and everyone. Give them a try! You won't regret it!
Fantastic experience: I really love coming to this gym. It’s been 10 weeks and I’ve gotten stronger, started eating more consistently and have even made some new friends. Definitely a wonderful family setting to work on your personal goals.

Fantastic experience: Spark Fitness is a fabulous place to workout! It's a group setting with different focuses each day and no two days are ever the same. The trainers know everyone by name and coach and cheer you on, modify for you if needed, and push you to be your best! Now they even offer yoga and spinning. Highly recommend them to everyone, whether or not you like the gym and regardless of your fitness level!

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a gym since March 2020 so I was very nervous about attending my first class with other people. Spark offered a great deal for their five-week summer challenge that was too good to pass up so I decided to try it out. As soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable both with the cleanliness of the studio and with the staff and instructors there. The music is always amazing, the energy is high, and I feel like I am getting personal trainer-level attention when I am in class. I am so happy to have joined, and look forward to seeing some great results!
Fantastic experience: i love love love spark. as soon as i knew jen was leaving my old studio, i wanted to follow her. she pays attention to detail, is always enthusiastic and supportive, and deals with my 7000 questions gracefully. my body feels welcome here. alex is awesome and a great trainer. the drive is well worth it for me! i NEVER thought i’d be into spinning and yet here i am!
Fantastic experience: Spark Fitness Buffalo provides a great workout! The instructors are encouraging and helpful. They correct form and give feedback to everyone. I have seen results in just a few weeks.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful welcoming environment! The trainers have helped me reach so many goals already and it’s only been 6 months! I was never one for group fitness, but this gym has permanently changed my perspective! The classes are different everyday which keeps it interesting and makes the workouts go by quicker. If you need a gym, this place is the best!!!!

Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I stumbled upon Spark Fitness and decided to check it out! The atmosphere is super welcoming, the trainers will help give you modifications when needed, and also push you when they know you can work a little harder. Fantastic experience: This place is legit. Spark Fitness is client focused -- the trainers and owners truly care about every member. The environment is welcoming, supportive and encouraging. The team will help you meet your fitness, strength, and nutrition goals, you just have to keep showing up! Workouts are in a group class format and are completely scalable from beginner to advanced levels. I prefer the group classes as the workout is pre-programmed for you, and it changes everyday. It's perfect for those with busy schedules and limited free time.
Fantastic experience: Spark Fitness has been one of the best gyms I have signed up with. The workouts are different every day, the trainers are knowledgeable and push you past your limits because they know you can do it. Alex and Jen don't view you as a number or statistic but as someone who is trying to get healthy and want the best for you. There are no "unhealthy starve yourself" challenges where you gamble your money with small print rules, but a game plan designed for you to get long term results in your health goals. The prices are straightforward and you get what you paid for, no "negotiated prices" for different members with the same plan. The only con? YOU HAVE TO PUT IN THE WORK! Call, message and stop in and just talk to Jen, you will be making the best first step in your better health journey.

Fantastic experience: I was such a skeptic when I decided to try this new program. However, I am so glad that I did! I thought counting calories and macros sounded so daunting with a busy schedule. With the assistance and support from the owners and trainers it made the whole process so much easier. I did the 8 week challenge and I lost a total of 7 pounds. I cannot believe it was possible to eat whatever I wanted and still lose weight! I was not hungry and the weight came off. The workouts are awesome! I love the fast pace conditioning and the strength training we get day after day. I found out first hand, when you stick to the plan it works! Thank you so much to Jen, Alex and Brandon and keep up the great work!!!
Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing! The workouts are dynamic, thoughtful, and feel great, and the body positive, gimmick-free atmosphere is exactly what anyone on a fitness journey needs. The owners and trainers are passionate, informative, and provide a variety of levels for all abilities.
Fantastic experience: I enjoy working out, but if I'm left to my own devices I tend to slack and only do it half-way, group settings are the only way for me to be held accountable and finish the workout. This was my first class at Spark Fitness (and first class in many years). I loved every second of it. The circuit was intense and grueling, however being cheered on when you're ready to give up is such a confidence booster. I'll definitely be taking more classes here, and recommend anyone who's a little hesitant on a group circuit class to just go for it. You won't be disappointed!
