Town of Tonawanda Aquatic and Fitness Center

Fantastic experience: Family membership for 5 years now. I believe the reason kids are not allowed in the Jacuzzi is because they are annoying to the other members. There is a kiddie pool and a Olympic sized pool. My kids are 6 and 8 and I like the fact they can't go in, they have their own spots to relax.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for years. Everyone is polite and the facility is excellent. Personally I'm glad kids under 14 aren't allowed in the hot tub. A lot of people go there to relax. The have an Olympic-sized pool for having fun.

Fantastic experience: Love this place especially after the new renovations going on now and have gone on for some time. Great staff and additions. Look forward to when renovations are done.

Staff is helpful when you need them (never bother you otherwise), the facilities are clean and a great price when you consider the amenities that are included. Lots of different demographics and body types in the clientel so it's about impossible to feel judged. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: The facility is very clean. The pool is the best in the area. I have been a member for many years and I enjoy my daily activities at the center and all the personnel is courteous and friendly.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I took 4 kids to play on the giant inflatable obstacle course. Every employee was pleasant and helpful from the front desk to the lifeguards. The course was amazing but does empty into 13 ft water so being a strong swimmer is imperative. We plan to come back soon!

Fantastic experience: My son loves to swim. The membership is worth it alone just to swim. Especially considering the price of the membership vs a days admission fee. Their hours make it so that it is easy to go and spend enough time.

Positive experience: Great facility but each staff member around the pool has their own rules based off their own moods which tend to be on the more miserable side. So many unhappy unpleasant faces. Besides the young blonde and older lady at front desk. She's the only one always smiling and happy. Good for you continue to remain positive. You deserve a raise dealing with all those unhappy faces.

Fantastic experience: This place is great family friendly fun. We went because it was a five dollar special. We spent our time in the pool. Lots of room to spread out. Water was warm. Life guards were attentive.

Everyone that works there have great customer service etiquette . They're so very polite n nice to everyone Everytime I go there.. Fantastic experience: Literally heaven, if you ask Alex the lifeguard to take you to the back, he will take you to a tunnel behind the bleachers there is a stash a magic pasafiers filled with baby elixer suck on one and you will telaport to in-between heaven and hell, tell the man at the popcorn booth Max sent you, then recite any emeniem song from 1999, he will direct you to an elavtor straight to heaven. Fantastic experience: Go there to swim with titans the awim team a they are so nice to move the bleaker in the midle of the poll so we can sp long course and they let us have swim meet there so i govw them 5 stars and they are just so lit if you need to go work out go to thr aquatic and fitness center and they do party so you can have apool party there for your childer but it is the best place ever i just love it so munch so you need to go there and work out and they do zumda class there .

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the Aquatic Center love the prices the only thing I don't like is the way people are able to jump into the pool God forbid somebody lands on somebody else they can get hurt very badly and they need to move their basketball net somewhere else especially when there's other family members swimming in that area not playing the game

Fantastic experience: Good facility, hasn't been crowded yet and I have been there a few times now. Sauna, hot tub, full pool with lap swim available, kiddie pool, weight room + cardio available. Rates reasonable, especially if you live in Tonawanda.

Fantastic experience: Having recently become a resident of Tonawanda, one of my first places was joining the Aquatic and Fitness Centre, Buffalo (it's in Tonawanda)...anyway, my reason for the 5 star rating is because of the ladies at the front desk. Ever so friendly even when I am rushing in/late for my weekly Aquafit class on Tuesday evenings, they patiently do the needful and send me on my way with a funny comment here and there. I really like that and they are one of the reasons I renewed my card to return for the classes. I did try their gym once but I decided that the pool is my focus at this facility. Kudos, girls....see you next Tuesday!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to work out. Very clean, great state of the art equipment, very friendly trainers, lifeguards and staff. Always great parking places.The cost of a yearly membership is hundreds less than other fitness centers such as the YMCA. Our family yearly membership was only $400. The pool area is beautiful. We love it there.

Fantastic experience: I love going for a swim. It's the best workout for me right now . I do think that children should be ok in the hot tub accompanied by an adult. My grandson likes to go there but feels really bad that he can't sit in the hot tub with me. He's 12.
