Fantastic experience: Our children are here on a field trip and the staff were in tune that children were at different abilities! It was awesome to see them assist where needed and encourage the children to try new things. They have a lower level that has a dining, yoga, Zumba and weight training fitness areas. The children were allowed to play in the Yoga/Zumba areas.

Fantastic experience: Great workout tonight at BAMF! Jeremy is an excellent TEACHER and COACH! He used video and other technology to teach technique and safety...very impressed with him. And its not only ninja going on in there....they had plenty of big boy weights downstairs for me to use. Great setup. See you guys again tomorrow!

Fantastic experience: Such a fun place. My children went there for a birthday party and had a wonderful time. This staff is very clear about the rules and enforce them when needed. They make the parent sign waivers and explain everything in detail before anything is started. It is very well run and is not chaotic like a lot of other kids places. Parents were allowed to join their children and it was a very fun experience. They do have adult classes that train adults for fitness. The whole gym area is padded and has a small spring to it like a trampoline.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had to come here to strengthen up for Rugby and liked it allot. The trainers are a big help and she got everything she needed before her season started.

Fantastic experience: I have two kids here. the staff take safety serious and give the kids confidence and a team building skills where the kids can push to motivate and encourage each other to work hard. Thank to the owner and his staff for everything they do for the kids.

Fantastic experience: We celebrated my 5 year olds birthday there, it was awesome! We had kids from 2 to 11 and they all enjoyed it! The coaches were helpful and fun. Best part, they did everything from set up, to serving food, to clean up. Best Birthday party we have ever thrown. Thank you BAMF!

Fantastic experience: Great place for a birthday party. Although it was a drive, the birthday party was really fun. They have a separate area in the basement for the eating/ cake part of the party. One of the parents also told me that they don’t charge for extra kids if siblings want to participate too which is so nice. Just don’t forget tennis shoes.

Fantastic experience: Place is huge! Stuff for kids and adults. Very challenging. I met a few cool people and also trainer Jeremy is no joke! Take a class you wont regret it!

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is very positive and knowledgeable. My kids have learned so much about tumbling, gymnastics, parkour and just healthy movement. We are always greeted by name and thanked for coming in. It's wonderful to have a place to take the kids that is unstructured and where they are encouraged to explore the space and their abilities. My husband has taken personal training from Jeremy and has been very impressed. We love BAMF!
