Fantastic experience: The best gym in Sierra Vista. Great for beginners all the way to advanced bodybuilders. Great new location, lowest prices plenty of room, and busy but not crowded.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym in the local area. They have a massive facility, with every kind of equipment you could possibly need. The owner is the nicest man you'll meet. There are a plethora of cardio machines and an entire boxing room, with a ring. They do hot yoga classes as well, so virtually everything fitness related is doable here. The pricing is also fantastic for what's offered.

Fantastic experience: Buena health and fitness is located near the main Buffalo soldier gate fort Huachuca Army Post. It is a really nice place. Easy going calm and quiet a great place to work out and get yourself together. This place is non-pretentious and very real. It is spacious and large and usually not very crowded. They have a wide variety of equipment weight machines and free weights. As well as a boxing gym, with a boxing ring.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in town. It has an awesome atmosphere and some good iron. They also have an awesome room dedicated to boxing/mma training with a full size ring. The price you pay for the amount of things you have access to is EXCELLENT. Also if you're looking for a personal trainer I train people in the mornings and LOVE helping people reach their goals! Ask about me at the front desk. =)

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome, they have a good deadlifting platform, plenty of squat racks, great selection of dumbbells, and a good mentality/atmosphere for getting in shape. The price is excellent for all the things you get access to, and they even have a boxing/MMA room with heavybags, speedbags, and a FULL boxing ring!! They have an amazing personal trainer named Carl Taylor who trains people in the morning time and will get you the results you're looking for! He's incredibly knowledgeable and helped a friend of mine lose over 50 pounds!

Fantastic experience: @giddy up lopez…which the name alone sounds made up lol…maybe instead of being a Karen you should instead offer to help small business people..with a building that size I’m sure you would be a little overwhelmed cleaning it…grow up with your negativity..Buena health is the best gym in town…

Fantastic experience: It's a classic 90's gym. They have a boxing ring, hot yoga studio, and meal prep kitchen in the back. It's an old school gym with an awesome owner. He's personal and he gets to know you by name. They also have a place for kids to wait for their parents to workout. Support this local business owner because it's definitely worth visiting.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Hank and Danny are great people who are running the perfect gym. They have everything I need and nothing I don't. They offer additional classes like jiu jitsu and hot yoga. The equipment is of the highest quality, everything is very clean. and the price is right. I highly recommend this gym to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience: Was a member here when I was in Sierra Vista. A friend recommended it to me as "serious Iron gym". Had a terrible experience at another gym where I saw an elderly veteran totally disrespected and yelled at by a self-entitled person who thought she was God's gift to humanity for the"crime" of paying this drama queen a compliment. Management was terrible to him so I left the next day and tried Buena HFC. It's an old fashioned gym that's not full of prima donnas who are obnoxious to any and everyone. Rather it was a friendly atmosphere where you could do some serious lifting.

Fantastic experience: I’m currently in the military and was sent on an extended stay in Sierra Vista. Buena Health Fitness Center is an amazing fitness center that catered to all my needs and those of my fellow soldiers for months on end. We achieved new levels of fitness in a warm environment with clean equipment and very warm and helpful staff. I even had the pleasure of working alongside a trainer LynRae M. that was available to help me correct my form. 100% recommend this place to all.

Hank and Danny have created a relaxed, welcoming environment for exercise. I discovered this place when looking for Silver Sneakers programs for my mother — Buena Health and Fitness has an extensive class schedule of exercise options for seniors. They have lots of other offerings for all ages, even hot yoga! If you're looking for an unpretentious place for healthy exercise, you can't go wrong with Buena Health and Fitness.

Fantastic experience: They have amazing new equipment that’s great for beginners and the pros, also they’ve included a new section specified for your CrossFit workouts. This gym has made significant improvements so I definitely recommend this gym. Btw the people in there are great as well

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to stumble into Buena This past summer and my experience there was excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and encourage you in every way possible. The atmosphere in the gym is even better. Personally I’ve always felt self conscious when working out but I never felt that way at Buena. The equipment is top notch as well! Buena is easily the best gym in SV.

Fantastic experience: Really love this gym. Never too crowded and a great price for my wife and I. The staff is very understanding when we forget our key cards sometimes. This gym feels more personal and accommodating to the members than other gyms in town. It's also easy to get to and conveniently close for us.

Fantastic experience: I have been using BHS since 1993. This is a legit gym, not one of those that panders to clients. If you want to get a good workout in, have a staff that actually wants you to exceed and pass all your own fitness expectations, then there is no better gym in the area. The owners and staff will do everything they can to help you on your journey.

Fantastic experience: I’m a military officer visiting for the captains career course and decided to look around at gyms that were available off post (I generally like to leave the military atmosphere at work so I avoid post gyms). Buena health fitness center has everything you would require from a gym, it’s large and open, and they offer discount rates for military members. Highly recommended

As for the gym the pricing is more than fair with lots of equipment for everyone and never too busy also check out the boxing room pretty impressive I am out of town for 6 weeks see ya soon.

Fantastic experience: I've been to many gyms to include LA Fitness, Golds and other big names. This is a family oriented gym where you're treated like a person. No meat heads, meat market. Very pleasant atmosphere. Even when busy, there's plenty of equipment available. Best price anywhere. Love this place.
