Fantastic experience: I finished my cardiac/pulmonary rehab at this facility. Staff is very knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. I especially want to acknowledge Lindsey for her hard work and continuous support. She is very kind, knowledgeable and humble. She took interest in my wellbeing and communicated with my primary care and cardiologist as needed. Facility and program is also great. I enjoyed my workouts and the education classes.

Positive experience: The place seems like a good facility with lots of exercise equipment & therapy services. I ran into one of my "pet peeves" here, pulmonary rehab had a pulmonologist come in to answer questions. I only got in on the last answer which I believe he was unqualified to answer, at least professionally. It was a question about air purifiers, to which he responded to as if his education made his opinion factual or even qualified. So he doesn't recommend them and suggests a good furnace filter instead. He believes the specs of an air purifier don't match the cubic feet of living space well. It appears to me that he believes the education & intellect of pulmonologists make them experts at much more than their education actually qualifies them for. First of all, furnace filters usually aren't sealed very well and frankly, ours never collects very much of anything. While in fact our air purifiers collect a lot of dust and such and have to replace them fairly regularly because of it. Too many people think far too much of their personal opinions, and are far too eager to present their personal opinions as professional, factual expertise. People will actually make decisions based on an "expert's" factual information, which it really isn't. It would be far more accurate to state, "in my personal opinion, I believe .......", than to present a personal opinion as though it's particularly qualified.

Negative experience: I would be cautious booking here as a first timer. I booked my massage appointment 3 days before my wedding, with the hustle and bustle of that time unfortunately I missed my appointment, that is on me. However when I arrived at the facility excited and believing I was 10 minutes early to my appointment, I was told I was late, i was confused but apologized for marking the time down wrong and asked if I could reschedule. It was only then for the first time I was told of their cancellation policy, you must pay full price for a service you did not recieve!! I was smacked with a $75 bill and then asked if I still want to rebook lol. It seems unreasonable and slightly money hungry, to charge full price for a service that was not provided. I would have happily rescheduled if the policy were half price or they charged a booking fee for the next scheduled appointment, as I understand it does take work and time to prepare for a service and there’s a lot of behind the scenes, however full price is still just so upsetting I’m paying for labor (the massage) their provider did not have to do. (I also did not receive any confirmation text messages or emails for my upcoming appointments so do not rely on that to remind you!)

Fantastic experience: I went to this location, everyone was kind and professional.They took the time to see me, and explain to me anything I needed to know. I highly recommend this location... never had a better experience than today at any urgent care facility!!

Fantastic experience: They are very clean and friendly if you want to try out get the 6 passes for $36. They have hot tub warm pool and lap pool. Along with full basketball court. They also have machines and free weights.

Fantastic experience: Great fitness center. There are a variety of machines and free weights, to work for all fitness levels. The trainers are helpful and friendly. Great hours too. I love that I can get in early in the morning and be out before my work day even starts.

Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable courteous staff. You can ask any staff person for help and they will accommodate or find someone who can. LifePointe is a clean gym. I started going for pulmonary rehab and have continued. It has made a large difference in my life.

Negative experience: Been reporting for 7 weeks that the temperature knob on the sauna is broken. Twice was told it was fixed and it was not. Will update my review happily if this issue is resolved

Fantastic experience: LifePointe has equipment for workouts, swimming pool for therapy and activities to increase your strength, stamina, etc to improve your overall health. Traffic in gym not heavy. Parking is adequate.

Fantastic experience: I'm currently attending Pulmonary rehab and it has done wonders for me! I've lost weight and my PFT has improved! Thanks to Jerry, Rhonda, and the rest of the staff for helping get a grip on my new healthy lifestyle.

Negative experience: It’s crazy to think that when you need something done it’s more of a headache to try and talk with the people who answer the phones then what you’re going in for. Trying to just get something simple done and such a roundabout way of giving an answer and the solution given is to just talk to another location. First experience was great but the second has completely turned me off to this location.

I say that it like walking into a huge bathtub, except there’s no bubbles or a rubber ducky. LOL I’m so glad that I found out about this place from a customer at work. I highly recommend Bryan Lifepointe to everyone. they offer different options for membership I am very pleased with the one that I chose. There have been so many times in my life where I’ve said yes I’m going to exercise and didn’t or I joined a gym where I didn’t go that often. However that is not the case here. During the week I am there when they open at 5 AM, before going to work, and uSaturday and Sunday I’m there when they open at 7 AM. I make it part of my daily routine to take care of myself. Fantastic experience: I had water therapy before I had my 5th back surgery. Bryan LifePointe physical had a very caring & friendly staff. The men's shower room was very clean & had everything you need after a shower. The physical therapist did a superb job with me. Thank You!

Saves having to lug around your own stuff. Free coffee in the morning, a cryotherapy container, lap pool, heated pool, hot tub, spa, sauna, LifePoint had it all!! Just a great place to work out or even hang out if you dare to.

I had a heart valve repair and my cardio therapy is designed to help me increase my strength and stamina. Education and encouragement for a healthy lifestyle is also offered. But there's more than therapy. They have a regular health club and a spa and an urgent care clinic. Just what you'd expect from Bryan Health.

Negative experience: I typically do NOT leave reviews for businesses good or bad. However, I had the WORST massage today by Cindy Dickmeyer at LifePointe. Intial contact/conversation was okay, but things became EXTREMELY uncomfortable after she was beyond rude about me not having fully undressed after she told me to "disrobe to the level of MY COMFORT." I was in for a neck/upper back massage, which we had just been discussing. I don't feel that it was necessary for me to remove my pants - and there doesn't need to be any more reason other than it's MY PREFERENCE. I don't typically go in for dental cleanings and remove my shirt. $85 was a complete WASTE OF MONEY.

Positive experience: Great workout facility with every machine imaginable, plus free weights and pool for a very reasonable price. The staff is also very good and knowledgeable. I wish the hours were a better, especially Fri-Sun.
