Fantastic experience: Hotworx is an amazing workout for me! I always feel great when I leave and know I sweated off some good calories. It is not super time consuming, as sessions are 30-45 mins and super flexible when you need to reschedule, even last minute. Check it out!!!

Fantastic experience: I love this place! Courtney and staff are wonderful! While working out in a sauna (its dry heat) sounds intense it's not as bad as you'd think. The heat really helps to heal sore muscles, keeps you from being super sore after a workout, and my favorite part, you don't have to work out for hours to get a great workout in!!

Fantastic experience: Love love love! I was seriously struggling to workout regularly! When I first went in for my trial workout I was initially drawn to the cycle and blast workouts as they are only 15 min but after joining and going I have found I enjoy the other workouts even more! I have been able to be more consistent going pretty much daily and after just almost 3 months I have already noticed a change in the way my clothes fit! It’s so convenient having multiple locations and variety of workouts. The variety allows you to continue being challenged without getting bored or burnout! And working out in the heat just adds to it! I am continually trying to convince all of my friends to join me and check out this amazing workout!!

Fantastic experience: Best thing I've done for myself recently. I've been a member for a month now. Like every exercise the hardest part is starting. For me the 24 hour options and easy booking/cancellation via app is huge. This has helped me be consistent even with my fluctuating schedule. I -love- the sauna. I have poor circulation and am frequenly cold. I actually get warm and stay warm. I still get cold but it does not seem nearly as intense. I've noticed a big improvement in my health and wellness. Aches and pains in my joints are nearly gone entirely. My advice is try it. If your experience is anything like mine you will be back.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Hotworx because I wanted to try something new. I never thought I would love working out in the heat but I love it! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The variety of classes makes it so I never get bored of the same classes! Everyone needs to give it a try!!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this gym. A year ago I was looking for a place that could help me with my fitness goals. As a retired dancer who had all of her workouts laid out for her I knew I wanted to do something to help my flexibility while also having classes. HOTWORX helped me with all of this. HOTWORX has helped me lose 30lbs in six months before I got married and has since helped me maintain it for the last seven months. Every month they always have a fun new challenge to win prizes and they change the workout videos every three months or so too so you don't get bored with the videos. Having the app connect to your fitness tracker is so cool to see the results. I'm all about being warm and it's so nice going into that 125 degree sauna, especially during the winter. The heat helps detox your body and really helps with range of motion and soreness. Signing up for a class is so easy and by appointment only which is great epically during a pandemic. I don't have to worry about it being too crowded and everyone wears a mask when they're outside their saunas too. The staff is so helpful and nice. They've definitely made my day several times and genuinely care. They are so tidy and make sure everything is getting disinfected too. I would recommend this place a thousand times if I could!

Fantastic experience: I feel so grateful to have found Hotworx! Starting out at a new gym during covid May sound scary, but the systems in place at HOTWORX make it so much more comfortable! Between the individual sauna pods, variety of workouts, and incredibly helpful staff, this is truly a “next-level” workout experience. I cannot say enough good things about this gym...and I cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Great workout, Yoga, Pilates, core, Hoping they add a Tai Chi video in there program.. and more than one shower. I don't know how people drive home without. The thing that makes this gym work for me is the station setup that isn't within a hot box. It's a legit band ,pull up ,dumb bell, dip, etc. arm free weights station that will cover a moderate to heavy weight gym session when one is needed. Very helpful management and staff. responded to questions or issues promptly and professionally.

There are so many different classes to choose from and the fact that they are open 24/7 is amazing. I can absolutely feel when I skip a day. I’m not as energized and my body just feels off. The girls working here are so helpful and are such incredible people. I highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I love the workouts, the heat makes it much easier on my joints. I love the sweat that I get with each workout whether its a core workout, barre, pilates or a spin on a bike for something more intense. The staff there is amazing and I love that I can schedule the time I want to go in 24/7.

There are multiple different workouts that you can fit easily into your schedule because it’s available 24/7. Plus there is a free weights area! I love getting a good sweat in in the saunas and I love the health benefits that come along with it.

I was super hesitant at first to workout in the heat, but it's honestly super peaceful and you don't notice the heat as much after you go a few times!
