Fantastic experience: Love this place. Yoga instructors are all so good. Beautiful outdoor pool and full service locker room facilities.

Fantastic experience: I do love the JCC. My parents would bring me here to swim when I was only a few years old and I had wonderful memories of it. It's been a couple of decades now since I've been here but we are back and using the pool for exercise. I haven't really used any of the other facilities so I can't speak to them but the pool experience is great. Nice people too. Feel free to join here even if you're not Jewish, I'm not.

Negative experience: Fix the men’s locker room!!! This morning, the Sauna, hot tub, AND steam room were all broken in the men’s locker room. This is not acceptable and clearly false advertisement as the services included with membership are routinely denied due to poor maintenance

DD Diane is wonderful and whatever your interest in terms of working out or classes or whatever type of membership in which you may have an interest, she’s ready to assist! Can’t say enough about the amazing staff and how great a place this is! We always look forward to our time at the JCC Denver!

Negative experience: I was looking forward to visiting this place and setting up a membership to go swimming during my pregnancy. My husband and I went there on a Sunday afternoon a few weeks ago, and the lady at the front desk was really rude. Basically, she said that on a Sunday, there was no staff to show us around and help with the membership. I wish that was clear on their website. Of course, we were disappointed that we could not sign up, but mainly, we were upset with how rude she was. We never went back and ended up finding another facility.

Fantastic experience: I think I can suggest the place for fitness and even more activities for kids and family. Be around good people and warm

Positive experience: Overall pretty nice facility. Very clean and spacious which is hard to find in the area. Staff are super welcoming and I love the inclusive environment. For the size of the gym, there isn't a ton of equipment but definitely gets the job done. This would probably be a great gym if you like to do a lot of classes and will use the spa and pool often. I am moving or I would probably keep the membership just for those features and find another place to lift. The indoor pool makes the upper weights area pretty humid. My one real issue is that there are often children, I'd say age 14 and under in the weights area with no parental supervision. Dropping/throwing weights around that they don't know how to use and usually running around in their bare feet for some reason - I get that it's more of a rec center but it seems like a safety and hygiene issue.

Positive experience: The pool entry fee is $35. The indoor pool seems close to a 20” x 40” . The outdoor is similar but with an additional L shape formation. With a 20”x 40” side and another 20” x40” converging to form the L . Swimming lanes seem limited to one person per lane. This is more child friendly than adult friendly. The workout facility seems nice and there’s a few areas for weight training and stretching/dance . Not my cup of tea since I’m looking for something a little different but this pool would be fun for small children . I did not test the work out facilities but from what I can see there is a nice amount of weights for weight training .

Fantastic experience: I recently became a member of the JCC Aquatic and Fitness Center, and I am thoroughly impressed with the facility and its offerings. The center is top-notch, boasting a wide range of amenities that cater to fitness enthusiasts of all levels. The aquatic center is exceptional, featuring both indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool is perfect for year-round swimming, with lanes for lap swimming and areas for family swim time. The outdoor pool is beautifully maintained, providing a great space to relax and enjoy the sunshine during the warmer months. The water is always clean, and the temperature is well-regulated, making every swim enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I never have seen a better or more varied facility. Lots of equipment, spaces, variety, two swimming pools one in one out. Large well equipped locker rooms, men's and women's hot tubs and steam rooms. On and on.

Positive experience: The only downfall is that the day pass is $35 and I had to set an appointment to buy a membership, so I couldn't even get pricing info. I only went one time and I mostly went to the therapy pool (in the locker room!) but I LOVED it and would consider getting more info on a membership in the future or treating myself here and there. They have a ton of activities, the people are really nice and helpful, the facilities are clean and it's easy to find and park. Five stars aside from the price.

Fantastic experience: This facility is a hidden gem. The outdoor pool is gorgeous with sparkling clean water and a very pleasing atmopshere. Great laps lanes. The locker look fully renovated with beautful marble sinks, counter tops and spacious benches.The showers are very large and have very pretty tile with all the amenities like soaps & shampoo. The treadmills looked great too--just have not used that area yet. Everyone was beyond polite, gracious and kind and the membership cost is amazing for what you get and half the cost of Lifetime. I would highly recommend trying this fitness center out.

Negative experience: Check the reviews, their 4 star rating is built off a mountain of reviews from 6+ years ago. TIMES CHANGE, and in this case, drastically. Everything is broken CONSTANTLY and that's to put it lightly. Hot tub, pool, steam room always out of order and occasionally there is not hot water for the showers! We receive what seems like daily emails explaining the issue's and thanking us for our patience. No reimbursement for the lack of what we are paying for. I've also noticed that one of the trainers, shorter bald guy, that works at the J also uses the workout area. No issues with that. But he is constantly moving equipment and weights and never puts any of it back. Shouldn't the staff be held to a slightly higher standard when it comes to cleanliness?

Positive experience: The JCC is a good Sports and Fitness Center. I've been a member for one year. The staff are all nice people and the Membership is pretty cool as well. The place seems to be ran properly. The JCC is also clean. So, why didn't I give it 4 or 5 stars? I swim, the indoor pool is too shallow at one end for lap swimming and it's not a olympic size pool. The outdoor pool is spectacular but has the craziest hours if you ask me. The pools open and close, open and close, all day, everyday, it's frustrating. Also, the JCC needs to be updated.

Fantastic experience: We have been members for about 18 months. The outdoor pool is wonderful (and never feels crowded), there is also a nice indoor pool, great aquatics programs for adults and kids! We love the preschool and the staff at the school! Fitness area is well maintained with great equipment and is kept very clean. They offer some great classes like barre and Zumba. We love the JCC!

Fantastic experience: Pretty great gym for the price

Fantastic experience: A nice compromise between your traditional chain and my more hoity-toity options like the DAC. I also look like the more cultural aspect the JCC provides, and the fitness center is almost always low-key.

Negative experience: Dump

Negative experience: I came to sign up but was a bit shocked about how you’re supposed to check in to receive 1 bath towel and 1 face towel and then you have to check them out on your way out. I asked why? And this membership representative tall, blonde man in blue shirt said: “we lose 150 towels a week, people just steal them, put them in their bags and leave’!!!!!! I was just surprised by it all, how they said it and how you have to check in to get towels and report towels back to them. And they don’t even have a sauna. I left this place without signing up for it. I left thinking there are much better places available.

Positive experience: It's a lovely pool. Is it exceptional? No. Serviceable? Absolutely. I trust you'll enjoy it, but don't expect a waterpark just because there's a slide.

Positive experience: Everything is awesome about this place except for the hours. I wish they were open longer but I understand not everyone is wanting to spend all night at the gym like me. This place is almost a gym rats dream.

Fantastic experience: Enjoying the JCC so much! It's been such a welcome change from 24 Hour fitness. It's comfortable, well kept, clean, filled with polite people, and has a ton of amenities. Even just having towel service is so nice. An outdoor pool when it is 30 out? Heck yes I'll be in there. I'd bounced from corporate style gyms over and over and hadn't found a place I felt comfortable at. This is the one I've been looking for.

Fantastic experience: It's big and amazing community! The children love it here and we love it here.

Negative experience: After Covid it became horrible.

Negative experience: Change is not always good! This place was like home, but the community has been ripped out of the core of this establishment and it is now about the business of running a gym, sad! I do love the people, although the people who work here have become more rude, the members are my community and there is nothing like the outdoor pool! Don't forget to bring your own towel - pathetic!

Positive experience: I love the J community. Diverse and welcoming. Mostly friendly. But the lockers are not cleaned as they should. Don't get me wrong, they aren't filthy, and the pools are the best in town, but the locker room, steam room, hot tub and showers aren't cleaned as the rest of the of the building is. But again, great community and great people.

Positive experience: Great classes, equipment, and facility.

Fantastic experience: I love the JCC! Not only do they offer pretty much every piece of workout equipment or class available, the staff is so nice. The basketball court is where I can be found most often, and the recently renovated court is hard not to notice. Highly recommend!
