Commit Fitness is a local gym and fitness center in Denver, CO that offers bridal fitness plans, personal fitness training, weight training, and virtual fitness training.

It can be tough to stay on top of your workout routine, but it's easier when you have help. Commit Fitness is here to provide the support and accountability you need to stick to your fitness plan and achieve your goals. Our local gym has plenty of helpful trainers available to guide you.

We offer a variety of fitness plans that are designed to be easy and motivating. Our personal trainers offer small group classes as well as individual sessions, and all of our programs come with monthly results monitoring. We can help you with bridal fitness plans, one-on-one training, semi-private training, prenatal and postpartum training, and virtual training. We've been in the fitness industry for six years and our results-based program is easy to incorporate into your routine. Too many people feel like they don't have enough time to work out, but we'll help you design a schedule that makes sense. At our Denver, CO facility, we offer circuit training, cardio workouts, and nutrition counseling. We also have plenty of experience providing fitness training for pregnant women, prenatal, and postpartum. At our center, you'll feel like a star with our towels, water, and coffee service. You can also purchase some of our high-end fitness products.

Fantastic experience: I'm so, so happy I started working out at Commit ~9 months ago. The energy is great and everyone there is super supportive. I have been working with Olivia weekly in my private sessions and she is amazing. She helps me form my monthly and long term goals and really pushes me to execute them. I even look forward to waking up early on Mondays to work with Olivia :D I've seen and felt such a transformation since starting here and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Brides, if you’re looking for an intensive, doable, and fun training program - look no further! I did a lot of shopping around and investigating while looking for the perfect training program before my wedding… I was highly impressed by the ratings at Commit Fitness and decided to give it a try - I’m so glad I did! This studio really feels more like a family than a ‘transaction.’ All of the trainers are so friendly, they all go out of their way to greet each client that walks in the door. I worked with Olivia for 6 months and cannot recommend her enough. My only wish is that I had started even sooner! During our first session, we did a weigh-in on an inBody machine, chatted about the differences I wanted to see and my personal eating/workout habits. We set attainable goals and hit the ground running. Olivia is incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging - I love that she taught me a wide variety of workouts and (immensely) helped with my form so that I’ll be able to continue all of them on my own. No two days are exactly alike, she mixes things up and keeps sessions challenging by pushing you but also respecting your limits. She makes working out so much fun and genuinely cares about each and every one of her clients and their successes. I learned SO much about weightlifting and general health from Olivia. While ultimately the number on the scale is not what I had hoped for, I now understand that it’s so much more than that and am pleased with my results - the before and after photos they take are a huge testament to this!! I could go on and on, but if you’re thinking about it, just do it!!

Fantastic experience: This studio is so welcoming and has such great energy. I am grateful enough to have Olivia as a trainer. Olivia goes above and beyond inside the studio and outside. Fantastic experience: If I could give Commit more than 5 stars, I would! I’ve been working with Olivia several times a week for almost a year, and am amazed at how every single workout is different. Olivia is fantastic at knowing just how hard to push me so that I’m always feeling challenged, but I still know I’m working out safely. Olivia is creative and solution-oriented, and tailors each workout for the client’s specific goals and limitations. Even when I had a broken foot in a boot, she still managed to give me a killer workout! At age 48, I have never felt stronger in my life. And I’m dangerously close to finally being able to do a pull-up! Olivia is the best.

Fantastic experience: I would give this gym a 10 if I could. Commit fitness is the first gym that I have seen results. I am very motivated but I have been motivated at other gyms without the results. There are monthly check in's which keeps me motivated. Working with my trainer, Olivia is amazing. She is not only funny but she is incredibly knowledgeable. She keeps the exercises interesting and challenges me. She is the first trainer that I have ever worked with that I feel is in this with me and my success is her success. I can't recommend Olivia and Commit fitness enough.

Fantastic experience: Googling prenatal personal trainers and landing on Commit Fitness was lucky. Having Katlyn as my trainer and nutritionist is something I was truly hoping for when my search began. I started with Katlyn when I was 16 weeks pregnant and haven’t stopped now at 7 months postpartum. Katlyn has given me the inspiration, motivation and knowledge to keep going, showing me what my body is capable of and how resilient I am. Some days are really hard. Through it all, she doesn’t let me give up; believing in me through the times I don’t believe in myself. The level of knowledge she has and care she gives is apparent through her detailed program planning by meeting me where I’m at with a catered program for how I need to workout and eat. This along with her result driven strategies is why I will continue to work with Katlyn for as long as she’ll have me.

Fantastic experience: This is a gym with a lot of heart, and coaches who meet every person who walks through the door where he or she or they are at. You can’t put a price tag on that. Everyone needs individual attention in some capacity and our coaches are great at coming around and giving you support!!

Fantastic experience: Commit fitness is a great little trainer-focused gym in my neighborhood. I started going when I was pregnant because it said on their website that their trainers are certified to safely train pre- and postpartum women. I'm three months postpartum now and will continue to train there because I've had such a good experience. The trainers there are all super friendly and genuinely seem to care about you and how you're doing, no matter what sort of goals you have in mind. Specifically, Olivia is fantastic. She's exactly what anyone should want in a personal trainer: her workouts are always varied and challenging, she's a stickler for form, and she's always upbeat and encouraging, but in a real way- not a cheesy way. I've worked with a ton of different trainers and she's truly a gem!

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: Since I started receiving additional services at Commit, I wanted to add onto my previous review…. I’ve always known that fitness and nutrition go hand-in-hand, but for awhile I thought, ‘Hey! Something is better than nothing! I’m working out with a trainer, I’ll get to the nutrition piece eventually.’ Luckily for me, Erica had another plan in mind. What started as a referral to Katlyn to support with my hypothyroidism has since turned into a complete review & refresh of how my habits have been impacting all aspects of my wellness — from my weight loss goals & gut health, to my stress management & energy levels. Katlyn cultivates relationships that are authentic and transparent, while also being incredibly empathetic and client-centered. I am abundantly grateful for the dynamic duo that is Katlyn and Erica, and I highly encourage anyone who is on the fence about examining their nutrition to expand your circle to include Katlyn! You will not be disappointed!! Since I started working out with Erica a little over a year ago, my attitude and accountability toward working out has completely changed. Fantastic experience: I have been a member at commit since day one. Each coach is amazing and has their own style of coaching. I’ve been working out with Jesse and doing nutrition with Katlyn for the past 6 months. Katlyn has challenged me to start mixing up my workouts and not only doing HITT and Ive finally seen a difference. She’s the first coach/nutritionist that has been real with me, relatable, and makes it easy to still eat clean and have fun and go out with friends. I feel stronger than I did 6 months ago, Jesse has pushed me to use heavier weights and each class I feel better than I did the day before! I’m super impressed with all the trainers they have and would recommend this gym to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Katlyn was an amazing trainer to work with to help get ready for my wedding. She diligently came up with our 3 month program, which included the work we'd do at the studio, my running schedule and dietary plan. On the personal training front, Katlyn strikes the perfect balance of pushing you past your limits, while being empathetic when you're experiencing challenges. She absolutely knows her stuff and is able to create modifications for your body (I have neck and shoulder issues) that don't make you feel like you're cutting corners. Working with Katlyn provides the added benefit that she's a registered dietitian nutritionist. Not only did I fully trust her to help with a food plan, she took extra care to learn about my medical history (thyroid issues, in my case) which shifted what the plan looked like. I can't say enough great things about Katlyn and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make a change!

Fantastic experience: My Fiancé and I have been working with Katlyn for over 6 months both on fitness and nutrition, and we could not love working with her more! She has done an amazing job on developing a training program that suits our personal goals (getting strong)! The workouts she puts together are the perfect amount of challenging, and we always leave feeling stronger! Both of us were new to heavy lifting, and she was really patient when teaching us proper form. Additionally, she has helped us get to a much better place with nutrition. We have always been people who cared about being healthy, but we were never sure of how much of each nutrient we needed, and Katlyn has taught us the basics of how we can eat to perform our best! Fantastic experience: I came to Commit Fitness Studio after turning 50 this last year and having many changes in diet and exercise. Katlyn has been very patient and she has keyed in on certain aspects of my diet that others could not and my need for motivation in consistent exercise schedule. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes me accountable. I can already see the difference. It has been well worth it to come here and Katlyn is amazing. Fantastic experience: I would give this place 10 stars if I could! After not loosing weight post baby, and having diastasic recti (split abs) I decided to try Commit Fitness and started working with TJ, Katlyn and Erica. From day one it felt like a true partnership, with goals and workout created especially for me. Whether you are one on one, in a class, or doing virtual, you will always get a great workout that is NEVER the same. Thanks to their guidance, I've lost the baby weight, am much stronger, and my abs are finally healing! Fantastic experience: Easiest 5-star review I will ever give. Joining Commit Fitness has been an absolute game changer for my mental and physical well-being. As somebody who suffered from chronic back issues after undergoing multiple procedures, I had just about given up on finding a rehabilitating solution that would return me to an active lifestyle. Two months after joining Commit, my entire outlook has changed. After a consultation call with their co-founder, Erica, I was set up with trainer Jesse due to his extensive Physical Therapy background. In addition to being an all-around phenomenal guy, Jesse takes the time to customize each unique session for my individual physical objectives and development. I genuinely look forward to each session and being around the energy of their entire outstanding team. Fantastic experience: I started working out at Commit about six months ago and it truly has changed my life. I attend the small group workout classes and have also done nutrition coaching which have both been nothing but amazing. I truly feel like each trainer really cares about my progress and the monthly measurements help to keep me accountable with my goals. Even though they kick your butt, they make it enjoyable, funny, and informational. I have learned so much about my body and how I exercise best and owe it all to them. Fantastic experience: I found Commit and Erica about 6 months ago when I was 21 weeks pregnant and it has been a game-changer. I was historically a very active person, but with a few years of personal struggles, COVID and a nauseating first trimester+, my self-motivation for workouts was at an all time low. Erica and I had a great conversation about my fitness history and what I was looking for with my pregnancy, you can tell she really listens. Erica is extremely knowledgeable about the body and it’s capabilities pre- and post-natal and pushed me further than I would have ever thought to do in my own. I’ve worked out with trainers off and on for years and this is the fastest I’ve seen physical changes, even being pregnant. After recovering from a c-section I’ve continued working out with Erica as well as other team members and they don’t mess around! I highly recommend Commit Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I can't speak more highly of Commit Fitness and the trainers that I have worked with individually - specifically TJ and Jesse. I have been working with them now for 3-4 months and the changes that I have already seen in my strength and body are remarkable. You will be absolutely pushed to beyond what you thought you could achieve - and leave feeling awesome after each session. I have been working out on my own for years and have tried numerous group classes (Orange Theory, etc) and without a doubt the most bang for my buck has been with them. I highly recommend them - whether you are looking to start getting into shape ,or like me, if you are someone wanting a new variety of workouts with the goal of gaining strength and muscle, while also being held accountable to maintain the work outside of your personal training sessions. Fantastic experience: I have worked with Erica for two different events: a pageant with a swimsuit competition and my wedding. Both times she kicked my butt in a way only she knows how to. She is very skilled at working with different levels of fitness and working around illnesses/injuries, and she always focuses on the positives which is highly motivating. She provides a lot of support that extends past her studio which contributes to her success. Show up, do the work, trust Erica, and you'll see results even when you don't feel like you're making progress.

Fantastic experience: Life changing, role model, and inspirational. I have trained with Erica through many life time events, my wedding, and through two of my pregnancies. Fantastic experience: This woman has changed my life! I have been working out with Erica several times a week for over 5 years. She is so knowledgeable, motivating and inspiring. To my astonishment every workout is different, focused and pushes me just to where I need to be pushed. Fantastic experience: I initially started working out with Erica 6 months before my wedding to get into better shape but quickly realized this would be more of a long term lifestyle change. Fantastic experience: TJ and Erica combine their positive energy with very knowledgeable exercises to target specific muscle groups. They are very good at meeting you where you are at in your fitness journey all while pushing you just enough to meet your goals. They provided a great exercise outlet during quarantine when all the gyms closed down by doing professional workout via zoom in their garage. TJ and Erica are willing to seek creative and efficient solutions to meet the needs of their fitness partners.

Fantastic experience: Erica and TJ are the best! I worked with Erica personally and she helped me lose weight and tone up before my wedding, 28 lbs in 8 weeks to be exact. And all while I was recovering from shoulder surgery and in a sling for the first 3 weeks!! She helped me set targeted, realistic, and attainable nutrition and fitness goals and was always engaged even outside of our in-person sessions. She always knew how to push me just far enough while making sure that I was comfortable and understood the benefits of what we were doing. She is a master of form and proper technique which goes so much further than other trainers who just yell at you and make you do tons of reps and exercises you don’t want to do. No two sessions were the same and she was always incredibly compassionate and understanding if I was having an off day. You really can’t ask for much better.

Fantastic experience: Erica and TJ are the best! I worked with Erica for 5 months and lost 15 pounds and several inches! I’m stronger and able to keep up with my three young kids! Fantastic experience: The stress of everything involved in planning a wedding or just life in general often makes you loose sight of self care. Working out with Erica not only grounded me but pushed me to make my health a priority. Her 45min workouts are nothing short of a challenge but are evenly paced and target your “problem areas”. The results speak for themselves. Her positive energy and motivation to meet the goals we work on together is the perfect recipe to success, both mentally and physically. She never pushed me to change my way of life but encourage balance with well educated and professional advice. Fantastic experience: I have been working out with Erica for 4+ years and she is the incredible! Erica is knowledgeable, passionate, and an overall bada**. Her commitment to her clients is clear and you can feel it as soon as you walk in for your session. I trained with Erica before my wedding and she helped me to get into the best shape of my life. It’s been 3 years since I got married and I still see her on a regular basis. With Erica, I have able to commit to a healthy and balanced lifestyle and it’s the best decision I ever made.

Fantastic experience: I've been working with Erica for almost 4 years now, and she is an incredible trainer. I've definitely wavered in my fitness journey but she has always been there supporting me and pushing me to be better. She is always challenging me in a way that is hard, but still achievable. This team knows what they're doing and I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Erica truly changed my life. She worked with me to make actual achievable and realistic goals. My relationship with fitness was pretty scattered and now I have someone to keep me accountable who encourages me to stay in a healthy routine. It became about mental and physical health rather than numbers which is so so important.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Erica for over 4 years and she’s had such a big impact on my health, fitness and overall lifestyle! She’s such a great coach and keeps me motivated inside and outside of the gym with achievable, realistic and healthy goals that are sustainable. Fantastic experience: Im currently 2 months into Commit Fitness’s online program. I’ve had multiple trainers before (in person and online), and Erica’s plan is the only one that has significantly impacted my life for the better. She customizes workouts each week based on my at-home equipment, monitors my food, offers tips and meal suggestions & she is a great motivator during our weekly virtual check ins. I started this program thinking I’d only use it until my wedding next year, but there’s no way I will stop working with Erica anytime in the near future. I am currently in the best shape of my life, all thanks to Commit Fitness!

Fantastic experience: Erica is the best! I tried for a long time to get into a fitness routine on my own and was unsuccessful. Once I started working with Erica my body changed quickly. She works you hard but you get the support and motivation you wouldn’t have otherwise. Personal training is an investment in yourself!
