Fantastic experience: UFC is amazing! Muay Thai/mma with Coach James is such a great work out. He pushes you to work hard and really makes you feel confident. You don't need experience. You just need to be willing to work hard. The class feels like a family and we love when new people come!

Not to mention the culture is one of a kind, the staff is always there to assist us and provide any necessary knowledge as it pertains exercising and having a better workout. Fantastic experience: I have been training Muay Thai with B52 Kru James Smith for 16 years. When he came to UFC North Brunswick I was definitely following. Thanks to Raghav for running a great operation where we have found our new home! Recommend anyone looking for different training to come check out classes, Muay Thai, boxing, Jiu Jitsu, and non martial arts classes as well.

Fantastic experience: I’ve attended UFC for several years now and having dabbled in other gyms I can confidently say this is my go to gym. The variety of equipment allows you to have functional training without having to wait around too long for use. The daily ultimate training is a well rounded push for those inclined for the challenges. The boxing and kickboxing classes are adaptable to all skill sets (beginner thru advanced). Rag is the nicest guy and truly cares about the well being of the community.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member in this gym for over a year. I came to this gym hoping to get personal training sessions since my pervious gym did not have trainer available to help me with my goals. The personal training sessions helped me a lot. It's a huge facility with all the machines you could ever need. They have huge section for free weights and functional hammer machines, 1 boxing ring, bag room, spin room, cardio machines, gym store, Juice bar, and clean locker rooms with sauna. They offer a range of group fitness classes, MMA classes and youth fitness classes. I am hoping to get my son(preschooler) in kick boxing or jiu-jitsu class soon so we can workout at the same time in the gym. It's a great facility with friendly staff who are always ready to help. The gym members are also very co-operative and cordial. I would definitely recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: The UFC Gym in North Brunswick is a great place for anyone looking for a wide variety of weight training machines and cardio machines that’s open 24 hours on weekdays. The gym uses Arsenal Strength machines to work any part of your body and everything from the weights to the bathrooms are kept clean. Raghav Sharma is a great personal trainer as well and is very knowledgeable about both training your body and putting together meal plans to help you achieve your goals.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of UFC NB since Jan of 2018. I was looking to get some affordable MMA training - specifically Muay Thai. I started taking the class offered by James Smith and was instantly hooked. This instructor is a retired pro fighter - he is an amazing trainer. Although not looking to go pro myself, as a woman I now feel I have the skills to defend myself against an attacker. I also love the people in the class (teenagers all the way to 50 year olds, guys and girls) we have fun together and its kind of like a community. The class is offered 3-4 times a week at a reasonable price compared to other boxing / mma gyms in this area.

Fantastic experience: New member. The facility is so spacious and clean. The classes are so fun and worth the money. The staff and other gym goers are so welcoming, it really feels like a little family here. Really looking forward to my new forever gym and the new things I will be learning on this journey.

Same name weird. :) honestly its a great gym and a great group of people who work here as well as the guest. All striving for their goals. Yes the atmosphere has changed but it has changed for the better. Boxing classes on Thursday and thurs at 7pm and Sunday at 9am. See ya there!

So clean and good vibes also they have one of the best massage therapist in New Jersey his very well educated and talented in what he does . I have also been getting massage therapy from Efrain for over 2 years and he’s one of the best in the business. Highly recommend Efrain if you weight train, an athlete or just looking for a therapeutic message.

It was starting to die off but with new staff, classes, and equipment has made me stay and not go somewhere else. Rag is awsome. Staff is very accommodating and professional. Massage therapist Efrain that works out of that location has great knowledge on muscle therapy and great insight on proper recovery treatments.

The space is huge and it has every piece of equipment you could hop for. The staff is super friendly and helpful they really go out of their way ensure their members have a great experience. The facility has been more than accommodating to myself as well as others especially with everveyrhing going on. Such a welcoming environment that is perfect for everyone. Loads of equipment and spacious area it’s perfect For the serious gym rat , for the casual gym goer an excellent environment to get in and get out, for the beginner a great group of people to learn from and progress. They’ve recently added EJ Muscle Therapy To the family who works wonders on the body. From deep tissue sports massage , cupping, percussion and stretching -THIS MAN DOES IT ALL and will have you feeling brand new in no time ! Fantastic experience: The gym is under new ownership and it shows the atmosphere is great all staff is friendly! I had a goal that I wanted to achieve and all the trainers got together to make a good plan for me ! They motivated me and worked with me to get me where I needed to be! They have someone named EJ who does muscle therapy and it works he did a deep tissue massage and cupping on my legs since they were exhausted from all of the running I had to do I highly recommend this gym to anyone !

Fantastic experience: Despite all the negative reviews from the past regarding billing issues and such, the gym has new management that is working hard and making changes. I'm one of the Zumba Instructors and I love the members and teaching here. All of the classes are great and really challenging. Come see for yourself and no, I did not get paid for giving this review. Lol

Fantastic experience: Great place to train for both Martial Arts and general fitness. Prices are cheap compared to most Martial Arts academies, especially in New Jersey. Staff is friendly and are generally interested in helping you. The facility itself is great and very clean. I would say the only thing that needs updating is the showers in the locker rooms. I know it’s not a huge issue but it would be nice to see.
