Fantastic experience: I was a member of this gym for 5 and a half years. It was the longest I had ever stayed with a workout routine because it was fun, it worked and all the instructors were awesome! Unfortunately I needed to cancel my membership because I moved :(. I will definitely miss my CKO family!!!

Fantastic experience: I moved to North Jersey last week, but I wanted to thank everyone at CKO EB for motivating me to get back in shape after having my second child. I lost 8 lbs and 2% body fat in 7 weeks because of your program. There is no way I would have done that by going to a "regular" gym. A special thanks to Frank, Kelly, Brittany, Jeffrey, and Daniela. A very special thanks to Stephanie - my first and sadly only class was with her and she still greeted me by name every time she saw me. I will miss this location and am looking for one closer to me. Keep changing lives for the better!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym and it's owners. This is such a great workout with awesome music and great motivation. They offer 10 week challenges to really help boost your workout and weight goals. I wish I still lived closer to this location so I could go to CKO EB more often. I like to go back for the punch-a-thons when I can and Kelly welcomes me back with open arms! If you're considering this gym but you're on the fence--JOIN! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!

Fantastic experience: I have belonged to so many gyms before and none can hold a candle to CKO. It's not treadmills and elipticals- its heavy bags, motivating instructors, an uplifting community, and fun. Regardless of fitness level you are able to complete class through modifications. The staff and other members help provide accountability and support. Best decision I.could have made for myself was joining this gym.

Fantastic experience: I love CKO East Brunswick and have been a member for the past two years. I have joined many gyms and exercise programs, however, CKO East Brunswick is the only one that I have been able to stick with. The program is challenging but fun. The instructors are all great. They change up the exercises so the classes are always different which keeps it interesting. They are also great at keeping you motivated. It’s also a comfortable environment and you can go at your own pace. The owners Kelly and Stephanie are friendly and professional and I believe that they appreciate the people who work out at their gym. The gym has always been kept very clean. I know that I have become stronger since joining and I believe that kickboxing is a great for stress management. I would highly recommend CKO East Brunswick!

Fantastic experience: I had a really positive experience with CKO East Brunswick over a 2.5 year period. The owners are extremely courteous and responsive. Additionally, they make decisions based on member feedback and input (sometimes they even send out a feeler or questionnaire before making a class / scheduling decision.) The instructors are super friendly and keep their classes interesting and challenging. You can go at your own pace so I have seen members of all different ages and fitness levels have a great time at class and keep coming back. The gym itself is clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this location - there are many loyal members that can go to other CKO locations but come here because of the culture and atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Everyone in this place really cares about what they do. The instructors are constantly creating new workouts and the gym is always running some contest or challenge. It’s a welcoming, low pressure environment, but the workouts are serious. The interesting thing is that someone who is very advanced can take the same class as someone who is there for their first day. If you’re a newbie you could simply go at your own pace, but if you’re a serious athlete, that very same workout will challenge you. It’s hard to believe, but it’s true.

Fantastic experience: I lost 100 pounds in a little less than a year. CKO East Brunswick changed my life. It truly is a great environment. The instructors and other people at the gym are the greatest motivators. Try it and I'm sure you'll love it.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined CKO and it was the best decision!! Each workout is different from the next and leaves me feeling GREAT! The trainers are amazing - constantly challenging me to reach my fullest potential. The gym is clean and well maintained. I always look forward to the classes and love starting my day with CKO!!

Positive experience: There are obviously good things about this cko but we just can’t ignore there are some stuff need to be fixed. Otherwise, some other gym or business will take it over soon like uber did with yellow cab. I think CKO mission should be to take over the market completely not just making a little money here n there or cut the staff or increase the price. CKO should be at the every corner like Starbucks or DD and should cover every class of the society. Cko has only 23 classes in a week time and it does not match everyones schedule. The top of that it’s very expensive . Everyone can’t afford it.

Fantastic experience: Meeting Kelly Marie was a life changer to go work out at CKO!! Don’t wait another day and go and kick punch the bag. One workout at CKO will help you with your health and fitness. It has helped me getting ready and fit for race day!! Or whatever you do keep active and working towards your goals. ❤️

Fantastic experience: I felt at home and comfortable as soon as I first walked in the door. The anxiety and nervousness I felt disappeared as soon as the owners, Stephanie and Kelly, met me at the front desk. They walked me through everything and made me feel at ease. I would absolutely recommend this gym and it has become my home away from home. A+++

Fantastic experience: LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE !!! Exactly 2 year ago I stood for decision what gym I want to join ( I have done a lot off different programs and classes) . Something like magnetic was in name of CKO KICKBOXING ..., I did not have friends which they do that kind of work out, but something push me this direction. When I cross that door still i wasn't sure is i be able do that kind of work out. I started 3 classes a week and very fast increased to 6 times a week even often do double. I start feeling more energy, increased stamina , I feel like in my 20 s again. My weight start falling off, whole my body is toned, start building muscles. I'm 8 sizes down . I gain wonderful friends, friends who having some or similar fitness goals and trainers. All the instructions are motivating and support and have own individual styles. They making class fun and effective. Thank you for Kelly Marie for all your support when even I'm tired your funny faces boost me up. Your personality feel me welcomed, teach me to push myself to the limit. I feel accomplished after each class. I'm absolutely addicted to CKO !!! Love the workouts, trainers, and now CAN'T STOP GOING. BEST HOUR OF MY DAYS !!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Just a quick & well deserved review of CKO EAST BRUNSWICK ..... The owners, Kelly & Steph & instructors provide fantastic workouts that continue to give me great results and keep me engaged. This gym will truly change your life if you let it and I honestly don't know what I'd do without it!!!! CKO is a total body workout .... I have been a member since day 1, when they first opened their doors in 2015 !!! This is a fantastic gym and I highly recommend it no matter what fitness level you are at you can go at your own pace! This gym is the best one that I've ever belonged to .... Just like everyone else says, every workout is different and every workout is awesome. No instructor will give the same workout twice, and they each have their own style, so going to different instructors' classes really mixes it up. They definitely push you to push yourself, but they will always let you go at your own pace. I get so much more out of CKO than going to the gym or working out at home never doing the same workout each time.... All of the trainers are awesome!!! I always have a great workout and feel great after!!! Even if I'm tired after work I look forward to going..Kelly & Steph are truly the best!!! They really care about their members and once you step through that door, you’re considered family !!! . If you're thinking of taking a class at CKO, stop thinking and do it!! Fantastic experience: Joining CKO East Brunswick was the best decision of my life. Being a mom to a special needs, multi handicap 11 year old boy, taking care of him was starting to ware me down. I always had back problems. I knew I had to get stronger. Sooo after many weeks of looking in the window of CKO and thinking I can't do that, I'll look like a fool. I finally decided it was time to suck it up and just go for it. I walked into CKO and was immediately greeted by a very friendly and bubbly girl named Kelly. I scheduled my first trial class and I was hooked immediately. The motivation that these girls bring to every class has given me the confidence to build a much better & much stronger version of ME . Just when I think I can't do one more burpeee (I do NOT like those lol ) or hold a high plank for 20 seconds, I hear that voice over the mic telling me, YOU can do it!!!. And I DO IT!!!! I've also had the pleasure of meeting a great group of women who I now call my friends. I can go on and on about CKO East Brunswick. I've been a member for 8 wks now and try to go at least 4 days a week. I've build up strong core muscles, dropped a few sizes in clothes and will be proud to wear my bikini this summer. ⛱ AND most importantly, my reason for joining CKO, I'm able to take care of my sweet boy. Thank you Kelly & Stephanie for helping me become a stronger BAD ASS!!! haha . LOVE you guys. ❤ Don't waste another minute hesitating. Just do what I did... GO FOR IT...Walk in and see for yourself, I promise after your first class, you'll be hooked.

Fantastic experience: It deserves a real high rating for me because I believe it's the best gym membership out there today. It shows result. I've lost over 20lbs already since I started about 10 months ago and I enjoy It! The place is kept clean and we'll ventilated.

Fantastic experience: Throughout the past few years I've had my fair share of gym memberships but this place has got to be the best place. I feel like you're able to truly get a great workout here with each and every single class. It's a lot different from just going to the gym and that's why I like it most. Instead of spending designated time on certain machines and such ( half of the time not knowing how to work the machine, for me at least). Instead, here you receive an hour workout that caters to a lot of different things whether it be abs, strengthening, gluts, etc. I truly enjoy coming to this class as it's so personal as well I feel like yeah there may be a lot of people that attend the classes but I always feel like I matter to the trainers. I like that CKO is always willing to make me feel better even after a painful ( that's a good thing ) workout.

Fantastic experience: CKO is a great challenging workout!! I hate traditional gyms, but have found that I love kickboxing and this is one of the only places that keeps me motivated to exercise. They let you work at your own pace, but also push you farther than you thought you could go. The trainers are so supportive and always help members out and support them during class. They're always having punch-a-thons or health coaching events that make it feel more like a community than a gym. CKO is great for someone who doesn't like traditional gyms and wants to be challenged.

Fantastic experience: CKO East Brunswick has changed my life! I have never been so motivated and proud of my fitness accomplishments as I do now since attending CKO. In less than 3 months, I have lost 30lbs and many inches. I feel amazing and my body is proof that this workout has made positive changes in my weight loss journey. The workouts are intense but everyone goes at their own pace for a full body workout. I have NEVER left dissatisfied. The instructors are really great and make every workout fun, different, and fast. The hour flies by every time. Thank you so much to the people at this organization. I never thought I'd lose the baby weight so fast but this place has managed to help me in more ways than one.
