Fantastic experience: My daughter was being bullied at school and told me she was afraid of standing up for herself. I knew she needed help to overcome her fear. We went to results fitness the same evening and they had an open slot that night!! I have to say, after one lesson, I saw an immediate change in her confidence, she didn’t cower she stood up for herself and doesn’t fear going to school. This was the best decision we could have made for her. I am so happy with the results it’s not just about learning a skill, she has confidence to stand up for herself. We are very happy and thankful!

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin! Coach Joe is such an amazing coach. My son Joseph (7 years old) looks forward to training with coach Joe every week. Coach Joe knows just how to push him enough, keeps him engaged, focused, and keeps it fun for him all at the same time! He is a super friendly, caring and truly has a passion for boxing. Fantastic experience: We come every week to Results Boxing and Fitness to watch our Grandson’s class. Coach Maria works with three and four year olds. During the class she not only teaches boxing and fitness, she also helps the children develop discipline, patience and how to work together. Coach Maria shows compassion and understanding to all the children and definitely has a great sense of humor. We can definitely tell she enjoys every minute with these little ones.

Fantastic experience: My 3 year old has been training in Coach Maria’s mini bruisers class for about 6 months. This is the one activity he is always excited for, and he has learned SO much. Maria, Jon (and Mia) are so sweet and welcoming and have treated our son like family from day 1. My very shy boy is so comfortable and confident while at Results and my entire family enjoys spending time there. Coach Maria is amazing with little kids while also being stern and teaching them discipline and focus. This is by far the best activity I have come across for my son and look forward to watching his skills progress.

Fantastic experience: Coach Maria has been amazing. My son is 3 years old and has been in the class for a few weeks now. He loves coming here and Coach Maria took 15 minutes after class to help him even more. I highly recommend this class.

Negative experience: I was initially excited to enroll my 4 year old child in this boxing program because I truly believe in the value of boxing for focus, discipline, and confidence. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by several miscommunications that left me feeling disappointed. I was first told the trial class was free, but later informed it would be $25 due to it being a private session. Then, just three hours before the class, it was canceled via text, with no clear reschedule, just a “maybe Friday.” When we bumped into the instructor shortly after, she seemed in good health and spirits, so the last-minute cancellation felt a bit confusing. We inquired about possibly switching to Saturdays instead of Wednesdays due to scheduling conflicts, but were told that her schedule couldn’t be changed, which I completely respect. I later requested a refund due to the initial miscommunication around the trial class, and I appreciate that she refunded the full $180 for the four prepaid classes. Ultimately, I wish her the best, but our experience lacked the reliability and communication I was hoping for when looking for a structured activity for my son.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for about a month and I absolutely love it. Everyone is very friendly and cheers you on. I am on the heavier side and was afraid to go at first. They are very accommodating, if you can’t do something they modify it for you. Best work out I have ever had!!

All of the coaches have been awesome and really make sure the kids understand the training while having tons of fun! They even have cool events like this slumber party!

Our son had an interaction with a bigger kid in his class and I know he needed to develop some confidence and self defense skills, also because he’s a mild child. Needless to say he’s been able to develop strong skills, more confidence has fun in the process!!

Fantastic experience: Walked in and was greeted by coach Jon. Him and Maria were both very nice and helpful with my trying to get info on joining there family as they put it . After a few minutes he even took my 6 year old daughter and showed her how much fun kids can have while learning multiple Different exercises . Nothing else to say except we will be back for sure

Fantastic experience: 2 years ago at 68 years old I decided to try boxing.Best decision made. Watched a one on one lesson I was hooked. I prefer one on one class a half hour twice a week.Every trainer is very professional and patient.Results also offers weight training,and exercise classes also. I recommend highly.

Fantastic experience: My little guy Alex loves it here. They are kind and great with kids. Every now and then they have us parents participate. Throughout the summer they have fun and games while training. This year they are going to the water park to have a end of summer party !!! This place is the best!!!!

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old son was going through a lot. We bought a new house in a new town and switched schools mid year. I noticed a huge change in him and realized it was his self esteem/confidence took a blow. We walked into results and met Jon. He stopped what he was doing and listened to what I was worried about, he suggested a plan of group classes and temporary one on one with a coach until he caught up with the class. We eventually met Maria. The 2 of them are a great team. The coaches took my son in and made him feel a part of something. It's been less than a year and my son looks forward to his class, shows off his gloves and skills to family. Boxing has made him feel empowered and special. He's learning the importance of working out while also the skills to feel like he will be able to take on any bully. It's a great place that I would recommend to anyone. I even recently signed on for training myself to show my son he has inspired me to be brave like him and work to make my life better. Thank you, Results

Negative experience: I cancelled the classes 5 months ago and they have been deducting the fees monthly. Everytime I call, they tell me that enrollment is canceled and it wont charge my card. But keeps happening every month. Update: you deducted the money again this month. We reached out to your Livingston center last month and you promised to fix everything. Instead of returning the money unduly deducted, you charged me again

Fantastic experience: This boxing gym has made me a better version of myself. This gym is going to train your body and mind like nothing seen before. This gym is SUPER underrated and the best gym I’ve gone to.

Fantastic experience: Maria, John and Sean are the best! I’ve already been to three classes and I love it! You can feel the love and care just by the way they interact with their students. Maria checks up on me every few days to see how I am doing. I feel welcomed every time I go to class. It is intense, but fun. I have more stamina, which is what I was aiming for. What a great atmosphere to be in! You will not regret joining.

Fantastic experience: Great boxing classes for children. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They do have adult classes as well, but I have never visited the adult sessions. I'm sure they are just as great as the youth classes.

They have coaches that can help, the atmosphere is awesome, you can also work on the bags after the workout exercise (if you want to and if you're a member), and people are friendly. The exercises differ from coaches and days and they're great. Definitely recommend trying this place out!

Fantastic experience: I was walking in the mall one day in December 2021 and stumbled upon this gem. I have 2 sons and we were looking for a new indoor sport to try for the winter. I purchased the memberships as Christmas Gifts. I love the techniques learned every week. My sons are definitely getting a workout. There is enough staff to give my sons the one on one that is needed to be effective. Highly recommend for young girls or boys.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing in many ways. Our son is on the spectrum of autism. He is 21 years of age. We had some ups and downs in a last few years with him, his changes and how he addresses many aspects of his challenging life. We tried to get him involved in several social activities and sports, to no avail. Results boxing was something he saw when we were at the Livingston Mall, and it was his idea to try and actually continue. He has been a member of this establishment for about 2 months now and at this point, as we have thought, we can say the results are incredible. He has actually been able to complete a full class for several weeks. The staff understands his challenges and provide alternate routines when he is about to stop, so that he can continue and feel that he is doing the "same" as everyone else. They find ways to motivate him, when he is feeling unable to follow and provide him with support that he needs to get the best work out and results out of each class. They are great in understanding his needs and also our family's situation in this case. When we realized what kind of outcome he will get, what benefits he will achieve and what he will be able to accomplish with the help of the staff and coaches, when were certain that if he continues, it will help in his case and in anyone else's who sees what heart and soul this place puts into every member. Thank you to everyone at results boxing for their hard work and also their great heartfelt help.

Fantastic experience: My aunt and I were walking through the mall when we came upon Results Boxing and Fitness. Jon greeted us enthusiastically and introduced us to the facility and the sport. We started personalized training sessions with Jon 3-4 weeks ago. My aunt is 66 years old and due to some medical issues was incapacitated for 2 years...this is her first attempt at anything physical since the trauma. We love it. Her mobility has improved,her range of motion is much better (she couldn't lift her arms up over shoulders prior to this) and her balance is much improved. I have experienced many health benefits as well, my core is stronger, I can squat deeper, I have less knee and back pain and my arms are stronger. I am so glad we took the leap and I look forward to ongoing improvements in our physicallity!! Thank you Jon and Results Boxing Team

Fantastic experience: It was a lucky day when I stumbled upon Jon and his warm welcome in the mall. It had been months since I uprooted my family to the neighborhood during the Pandemic. Jon, Alex and Lupo’s energy and skill level have taught me so much the last month. My two boys have come on Saturdays and say it’s the best because it helped them to defend themselves and loved even more, the “hundred punches”. The staff and members have truly been like a family and look forward to more opportunities to learn and sweat with them. If you need a stress relief and a quick and fun outlet to release your tensions, especially during these difficult times, Results Boxing is the place for you! My only regret is that I didn’t walk in the mall sooner.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I signed up a few weeks ago and we absolutely love it ... the passion both Jon and Maria have for fitness is contagious! We thought we were initially signing up for just a boxing class, but a few weeks in and it's already so much more -- boxing, kickboxing, cardio, strength training, self-defense, core workouts, nutrition guidance, and so much more -- it's a well rounded fitness/lifestyle class. While aiming for results, both Jon and Maria focus on mechanics and form so that we get the most out of each class and learn the right way without hurting ourselves. Without missing a beat they answer every question, demonstrate everything themselves, and make sure everyone is having a good time while doing it. You should totally take a class and try it out!

Fantastic experience: Had a great workout with jon today I have been working out since the 1980s . I will not waste my time with nonsense workouts. My time is to valuable. RESULTS will not let u down.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time attempting to box. My fears were put aside as I had a thorough one on one indepth session with Jon where he showed patience. It was also informative to learn the mechanics, as I was stretched, rolled and prepared for the session which worked your entire core and body. It will only get better as I attend more and more classes/sessions. Btw, it helps that Jon is very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of participating in a trial class with Maria; she was an amazing instructor! She was very patient with me, being that I am not a gym fanatic and all; she pushed me just enough that I could feel the results but not over due it. I will definitely be back to try another class! I highly recommend the Results Fitness Academy- not only was it a fun experience, but the owners are two amazing people!

Fantastic experience: Despite being nervous about starting a workout program again, I did a trial class with Maria and loved it! She pushed me to do my best but didn't push me past my limits. I also was able to do the mommy and me fitness class which was also a great experience for both myself and my daughter. I highly recommend results fitness academy and plan to do many more classes with both Jon and Maria!

Fantastic experience: Had a trial lesson with Jon and it was awesome. He was very easygoing with me yet very motivating and inspiring. It’s the first time I have ever attempted to box so I was a bit nervous, but I had a lot of fun and it was a good workout. 10/10 recommended.
