Negative experience: Call outs happen but this is the second time in a couple months that this gym has not been open on time. 620am been sitting in this parking lot with a dozen other members waiting for the location to be opened. On the first Monday of the new year is ridiculous.

Negative experience: Came at 5am and the gym is not open. It is already 5:33am and nobody has shown up yet to open.

Negative experience: The women’s bathroom is absolutely disgusting. I’m convinced there’s no cleaning staff. I work out in the morning and every single day I walk into showers with hair stuck to the walls and blood on the floor. I genuinely love Crunch Gym, but I’ll have to switch gyms if this issue continues. Please address this immediately.

Negative experience: This gym is a joke. Got to gym around 9:00 and see a ton of people standing outside. Apparently the person who was supposed to open the gym at 7:00 is still not there.

Negative experience: Crunch Fitness has the worst cancellation policy I’ve ever seen. They never actually cancel your membership no matter how many times you ask. The manager, Joe, kept telling me it was cancelled, but it never was! Every month they still charge me, and when I call, they keep giving me excuses and spinning me in circles. I had to cancelled my card and request a new one. Total scam, stay away from this gym if you don’t want endless headaches.

Negative experience: Went to this gym on October 7th at 5 a.m. with two friends using a “3-day pass.” Silly us — we actually believed “3 days” meant three days. When we showed up the next morning, an older employee rudely informed us that it was only good for one day and that we should have “read the fine print.” Nothing says “welcome, future customer” like being talked down to first thing in the morning. He made us leave. We took our business to another gym where they know how to treat people with basic respect. Maybe some customer service training would help here—assuming the owner cares enough to notice.

Negative experience: Avoid Crunch North Brunswick – Scam Alert I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been absolutely unacceptable. I cancelled my membership with Crunch North Brunswick months ago, yet they’ve continued to charge my account without my consent — including random, unexplained charges. The worst part? I’ve emailed the manager over 12 times with zero response. Not even an acknowledgment. That level of silence isn’t just unprofessional — it’s complicit. It proves this location is knowingly taking money from former members and hoping no one notices or fights back. This is fraud, plain and simple. If you’re thinking of signing up here, don’t. There are plenty of honest gyms out there that won’t treat customers this way. I’m now having to go through my bank to dispute charges and report them for unauthorized withdrawals. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Positive experience: Price and quality of my trainer are very good. The condition of gym equipment is poor. The manager, Tim, doesn’t resolve issues and rarely responds to email. 6/30 although new management, still poor conditions. Still need straps on rowing, and an occasional cleaning.

Negative experience: Avoid This Gym at All Costs I’ve had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at this gym. The cleanliness is absolutely appalling. The gym is filthy, with dirt on the walls, dust falling from the ceiling, and a bathroom that’s beyond disgusting. It’s clear that no one is cleaning the equipment—there’s no visible disinfectant anywhere, and you’ll never see staff wiping down machines. The floor is dirty, the mats are old and grimy, and I’ve even seen dust blowing off the walls near the treadmills. Customer service is equally terrible. Most of the machines are often out of service, and when you try to get help, no one seems to know anything. I had a trainer that they apparently fired without notifying me, and when I went to discuss the situation with customer service, they were completely unhelpful. I was told they didn't have a manager because they’d fired both of them. When I tried to explain my issue, the staff member just shrugged, walked away, and his coworker said, “It’s time for him to go home.” It was utterly disrespectful. Attempting to cancel my membership was another nightmare. They make it nearly impossible to get out of these weird contracts, and when I requested a refund, I was met with blank stares, as if they couldn’t care less. It’s clear this gym values neither its members nor their experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this gym to stay far, far away. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and lack of accountability make this place a nightmare. If you need any proof, just take a look at the state of the gym itself—look at the dust, the dirty floors, and the unkempt equipment. I must add the Aman was my trainer and I had no problems with the training itself and that is what kept me there so long! Many times I wanted to quit but he would encourage us to look at the bright side. He was always professional, kind and worked with our schedule. There were many people at my job who asked if I would recommend the place- of course I wouldn't - I wanted to give Aman so many customers but I couldn't in good faith allow anyone to work out at the gym with my recommendation. I had a full membership but only went when we had training because the place was too disgusting! I had to take my clothes off in the garage before I enter my house and sat on a sheet in my car! I couldn't risk it! ( Real name excluded for privacy). Don’t waste your money or time here.

Fantastic experience: Great environment, very lively staff. This Crunch is busiest in the evenings, so if you are looking for a quiet time, try the early morning or mid day! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Would recommend!

Negative experience: I’m not sure why this gym has good reviews if it’s okay at best. There was not one positive experience here. Agreed to the free training session and the guy (Marvin) essentially harasses you to sign up. Is there no decorum (or embarrassment)? Even though I explicitly stated no multiple times, he kept on insisting without taking no for an answer. After giving in for 1 month training I discussed this with my HCP was that I should not be getting training sessions due to back issues. However when explaining this to Marvin (many times), the guy had no sympathy and said there was no possibility of a refund. So due to the contract, I paid a whopping $160 to the gym and Marvin for no training sessions. The gym might respond and say how training sessions were offered. But that’s not the point, I medically could not have gone through with the sessions and wanted a refund! Every single interaction with Marvin was unpleasant and overly fake. Cancelling the membership as well is a pain and have day give a 30 day notice in advance which is just unnecessary and a way to squeeze more money out of someone.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Crunch for over 2 years and it is a very clean and friendly environment. The equipment is phenomenal the staff is phenomenal and Yerolin for whom which is a staff member at crunch has helped me like no other. He went above and beyond to make I'm completely happy with my membership. Also the rest of the staff is very very helpful every single staff member is really well trained and they all answer all my questions when I have questions and they make sure that I have a plan when I come in to this gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at crunch for a while and the customer service I have received from Nyria and Yerolin at the front desk is absolutely amazing. They have made my experience wonderful. They are kind and polite and make me want to come to the gym, they are so welcoming and helpful. I am Kaevons client for personal training and the progress I have seen is incredible. Everyone at crunch North Brunswick is just awesome and I love coming to the gym to see them. :)

Negative experience: This gym is unprofessional, lacks cleanliness and the customer service is terrible. I feel bad for my personal trainer at the time, Kaevon because his personality and intentions were great. I reached out to the manager to cancel after two visits: The terms were not discussed with me upon signing the agreement, i was simply asked to sign at $360 for a three month commitment with what sounded like a promising regimen which I was happy to sign at the time of but after receiving the services realized it was not a good fit. I will not be stopping by the gym as I am moving and this email will serve as my written cancellation of this contract. Furthermore, 15 business days from 11/4 would be 11/22 because normal business days are monday- friday. I am not happy with the service. Monday 11/4 was my free session and when i signed up. Monday November 11th, I had my first session and we worked out on upper body. Wednesday November 20th I had my second training which was legs. The personal trainer was sick the first week after my free training session with him and I was sick the following week. I resumed training this week on wednesday which is two sessions. Yesterday I was scheduled to come in at 9 and specifically texted your trainer I will need to be out by 9:30 due to work obligations and upon arriving to the gym at 9:02am I was asked to warm up for five to ten minutes. At 9:20am the trainer was still not available and I needed to leave. My training is supposed to be 30 mins- so when another trainer approached me, I informed him to please let Kaevon know that I will not be able to stay any longer and that I did not have my cell phone with me to inform him myself. I did not input my birth date as I never filled out any forms so that is an error on Crunch's end. Your agency had me sign a keypad and then sent the paperwork through email later like I previously stated. Also your facility states they put safety first but not having ANY personal assessments or atleast even a weight check or thorough strength test or endurance test and to start me out on weights immediately is dangerous and risky to my life. I couldn't walk for two days and was extremely sore due to the dispensable training. Also there was no set or written schedule of dates and times the trainer would be available and when my trainer was sick, he didn't assign another trainer to me to continue my training. This facility does not meet my expectations as it shows signs of unorganization and uncleanliness which makes me uncomfortable to even step a foot back in there. I refuse to pay 360 a month for this type of service. Why would I cancel within 3 days if I never received any services during that time. Although this gym may be great for others, it was not a great fit or experience for me. The manager went back and forth with me and then sent this harassing reply: Please reach out to a lawyer, I would actually look forward to disputing your baseless claims. I think it's disgusting that you would disparage one of my trainers(who has had nothing but outstanding reviews the entire time he's been here), just because you don't want to work out. The calls, emails, and texts will not stop, and your credit WILL be negatively affected. You signed a contract and handled this situation like a child by going ghost and never having an adult conversation with the General Manager. Again, I would love to work this out, but if you are going to lie, I see where this is headed. The balance will be $1080 whenever you come to your senses. Definitely reported them to BBB because the harassing emails and phone calls have not stopped and they are threatening to report to credit. Do Not Sign Up For This Gym. Retro fitness is literally one complex over and is such a better facility.

It is highly unlikely that so many individuals genuinely appreciate this poorly maintained gym, which is staffed by unprofessional employees. It’s quite telling that these glowing reviews come from accounts with only a single review—this one. The staff and management may think they’re being subtle, but it doesn’t take a seasoned investigator to see through such an obvious attempt at manipulation. Truly laughable. To say this gym is poorly managed would be an understatement. Upon entering as a guest, I was neither asked for identification nor was my friend’s membership verified,an oversight that speaks volumes about their operational standards. The state of the facility was nothing short of appalling. The bathrooms were in complete disarray,puddles of water, no toilet paper, and urine on the floor. The lockers were equally neglected, with visible stains and hair. Cleanliness, it seems, is not a priority here. Equipment maintenance is evidently nonexistent. The majority of treadmills were out of order, and the bikes were just okay . Any attempt at cardio was futile unless one was willing to wait indefinitely. The rowing machine? Useless—the straps wouldn’t stay tight. The free weight area wasn’t any better, with broken benches and flooring so damaged it posed a legitimate safety risk. Beyond the equipment issues, the gym atmosphere itself was frustrating. Kids sat idly on machines, glued to their phones for up to 15 minutes at a time yes, I timed it, because I actually needed to use the equipment. Staff, of course, did nothing to intervene. Not that they would have noticed, considering they were far too busy on their own phones,leaning or sitting on the front desk or yapping to one another to do their jobs. Perhaps most concerning was the personal training staff. With three decades in the industry, I was genuinely taken aback by their lack of professionalism. Clients performed exercises with glaringly improper form while their trainers either stood by in silence or wandered off mid-session to socialize. The sheer negligence was astounding. After reading other reviews, it seems this gym’s reputation is well-earned. The owner’s responses are so passive-aggressive and textbook corporate nonsense that it’s almost comical. Here’s a free business tip: instead of crafting snarky replies, focus that energy on a complete overhaul of the facility. Step one? Fire the manager—because based on what I experienced, incompetence is the only thing being actively maintained here. And to think, prices actually went up for this gym. Frankly, it’s criminal. I advised my friend to cancel immediately, and I genuinely feel sorry for anyone still paying to be a member.

Negative experience: This gym is the worst gym which I've ever visited. First they influenced me for talking personal training for 3 months. Which they told me $425 for 3 months, after the first month they told me it's $425 for each month. They made me sign an agreement which said $520 along with taxes clearly. Even my trainer was horrible, she was knitting in middle of the training. After which I canceled my personal training. They clearly told me that do not have any cancelation notice and for personal training you can cancel it anytime. Next month they charged me $425 and additional $71. When I called them they made me wait for 2 weeks to speak to the manager. When I met him he was so rude and he humiliated and called me dumb for not reading the rules first, where will he was not willing to listen to me. He reprinted the signed paper with new rules and told me we have to give them 30 days notice even for personal training. Okay fine if they are so genuine and told me about the 30 days notice!! Why didn't the personal trainer called me like before she did for past months? Why didn't they provide personal training? They all the prepared on the same phase they staff who told me the rules ignored me. It was very well planned. The agreement papers which they send me on mail was for $60 yearly membership not the personal training. After taking the sign they are changing the amount taking my card details and charging for unwanted reasons. Mistake was that not taking pictures of the receipts and payment before hand. Totally it lost $1800 on these scammers/robbers or whatever we call them for doing such scams!!!

Positive experience: Like the location and close to home, but it's showing it's age. Equipment looks a bit old and some cardio does not work. Lockers aren't in great shape either

Negative experience: If I could give this gym a 0/5, I absolutely would. The management is incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. I signed up for a personal training session and was given a specific price, but after swiping my card, the price suddenly increased. When I confronted the manager about this, he falsely insisted that he had given me the correct price from the start. When I pointed out the discrepancy, he claimed that I couldn’t cancel because I had signed a contract. This makes no sense—one would expect clear confirmation of the price before making a payment. Canceling became a frustrating ordeal, as they initially refused and only later offered to lower the price after I had already been treated poorly. The entire process was handled with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, when I requested a receipt for my refund, the manager refused to provide a physical copy and instead told me to take a picture. When I insisted on a hard copy, he escalated the situation to a higher-level manager, who then threatened to revoke my membership simply because I was calling out their dishonesty. The same manager who initially claimed he would advocate for me later turned around and revoked my membership himself, even calling me “wishy-washy.” This is not how a gym should be run, and reaching corporate for support has been nearly impossible. I strongly advise against joining this gym, especially given how unprofessional and disrespectful the staff is.

Negative experience: I have WORST WORST experience with Crunch fitness North Brunswick. Initially they told me membership is free for 6 months and $9.99 after that. The took my credit card details for registration. They steal $2000 within 6 months from my credit card in multiple transactions. so many hidden charges.. i didn't notice as i was out of country. I called them so many times to cancel my membership. They are not cancelling. Please don't provide any of your credit card details during registration.They are so rude.. they don't respond to phone calls. They are literally robbing..Please be careful with these guys

Negative experience: The staff is great, but the owner really needs to invest some of the money he is getting every month back into the gym. These 3 leg machines taking a “rest day” ? To put it into perspective they are right next to each other’s and with no other option/similar machine. And the “rest day” sign has been up for a week. So is it a “rest week”? “Rest month”? …

He showed me the way of what it was like to be accountable and to consistently show up for myself and I am incredibly thankful for his support. Fantastic experience: I really liked visiting this gym. I was new to the area and was looking for a place to work out. So I stumbled across this facility. I loved that there was lots of parking. Soon as I entered the gym, I was greeted by a pleasant young lady named Nikki. Her smile was warm and welcoming. She was kind and patient with me as she answered all my questions and concerns. Although I moved back home within a week, I highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a clean and friendly place to work out.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of interacting with Niki at the front desk during my visit to the gym, and I have to say, she made my experience truly stand out. From the moment I walked in, Niki was incredibly welcoming, warm, and accommodating. She was attentive to every little detail—whether it was offering a quick tour, answering questions, or just making sure I had everything I needed. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness made me feel right at home. It’s clear that Niki takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to ensure that guests feel cared for. Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Crunch at North Brunswick for about 6 months and every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile by Nyria! She is always helpful if I have any questions with my membership and it’s always a good day when I see her at the front desk!

Positive experience: This is only from a personal training perspective. The trainer is nice and he cares about helping, and will give you awesome tips and look out for you when he is helping you lift weights and sticking to the program. However, things to watch out for, and you better take charge because management and trainers won’t do it for you. The price is insane when you sign up for 3 months contract. You are locked in for minimum 3 months with a 30 day advance notice of cancellation after the 3 months, and the trainer will not take no for an answer, you have to sign the contact right then and there. But you have to ask for a paper to sign to cancel. Verbal communication doesn’t count and management holds you responsible for all the charges. They don’t give you a copy of the signed contract, they charge from their end 5 days before the billing process hits your payment method, and the trainer prolongs the 30 day cancellation paper to sign so they can get more money out of you. I found out after 4 months being charged that managers can give you the paper to sign. And even if you sign 30 days before next time your payment method gets charged, you will still get charged because they start their billing cycle 5 days early. So watch out for this if you decide to sign up for personal training.

Negative experience: Crouch fitness -North Brunswick-New jersey is lie about that free trial, online they said 7days free trial and when you go physically they allow you one trial and it’s not enough to know about that gym. They do have very old equipment.

Negative experience: i have joined crunch exactly a month ago and due to professional reasons, im relocating to another location where there is no crunch gym near my location. so i tried calling the customer care and came to the branch in person and spoke to the manager regarding my cancellation, where i got an answer of saying that i need to pay my annaul fee which is to be made after completion of 60 days from date of joining, but im cancelling my membership 30 days before the 60 period completes and i have recieved an agreement to me stating nothing about the cancellation terms and conditions. now when i showed the same email to the manager at the location he said "that im not his kid to read out the whole email and explain it to me" due no one asked you to explain it to me i asked you to go through the email that was sent by you to me which doesnt have anything about the cancellation policy. i suggest poeple to not fall into these kind of scams

Plenty of bumper plates and equipment furthermore the gym is well maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful and respectful. Negative experience: When I requested to cancel my membership, the manager’s response was passive-aggressive, verbatim: ‘Ah, I see. It’s unfortunate to see someone give up on fitness, but I understand that it’s not for everyone though! Please use the # below to cancel your membership.’ Who were you talking to when saying fitness is not for everyone? Tell that to all of the awards i’ve received for being an athlete.

Negative experience: I’ve been going here for the past two weeks because the drive is better but I won’t continue going here. I have to say that the customer service is terrible. The front desk is usually unattended and the staff are not friendly at all. Also, it seems like the lockers rooms are not cleaned properly because whenever I go there it’s always dirty.

Negative experience: Okay gym, not many ammenities. The personal trainers will interrupt your workout to try to sell to you. I am a heavier woman due to medication I take & I feel targeted. Ive worked at gyms, I know the deal. Leave people be. People will seek help if they need it.

Negative experience: I have worst experience with these guys ,this people are literally legally robbing and stealing your hard earn money by taking advantage of loopholes in the contract policy. I took 3 months personal training session after that i told my trainer to cancel the contract i don't want to continue, he said yes ,after a month i got changed for 150$ again, then they told me to fill out the cancelation form and u will not get charged again, they i told them no body told to fild out the cancelation form. So then i filled the cancelation form and again i got changed for 150$ ,they say you should give 30 days notice u are 5 days late so u got charged. I aked them to refund my money why you guys are keep charging me for the session which i don't want at all, they say they will not refund me i can take the session or i can leave. This is how they treat the gym members, this is my worst experience here . They will always take two sources for the payment so they can robb you from any where they want . After all this happened to me i started checking there reviews then i get to know this is not only me.god is watching you guys, have some human courtesy .

Positive experience: I cancelled my membership after 2 years due to so much broken equipment. Some treadmills make loud noise that I reported but nobody took action to fix it. Bathroom is always dirty missing towel/tissue papers and most of the time doesn’t work.

Negative experience: Very nasty environment. The employees all are not on the same page. They are all misleaded and very very rude. They charged my card $136 last month and didn’t even tell me. They charged it four times in increments of $34.05 when my membership is no more than $20. Every time I would speak to an emplyee, it was always a different story. “ we can’t help you we have to escalate this situation. “Our manager is not in” “the manager is away for 16 days” “you have to call this number” “send an email” “we will get back to you.” Tim on of the manger’s only refunded me $19. He said he could help fix the situation but then changed his word and said “sorry I have to escalate this to the upper manger and he currently is not in”. I have been dealing with this for the past month. This has not been the first time. The emplyees seem like they don’t work as a team yet individually because even the manger’s dont know what’s going on. I was very patient at first but it has been too Long. When I most recently spoke to someone they said they charged me for the upcoming months. I pay every month, why would I want to pay for a couple months in advance WITHOUT notice.. like I don’t have other bills to pay too. Mind you they uncharged for about 4 months and each month for $34 instead of my membership cost for $20. It was a hassle to even transfer to another one of their locations and every time I call to cancel my membership it’s always a new story on who I should contact. Honestly done, crunch is not all that anyways. Hours are not so great. I just want a refund of $102. & NOT the the partial thing. I don’t want to have to wait for a refund either because the manager is on “vacation”. That’s why there’s multiple managers for a reason! So I’m not going to bother them anymore. I’m just going to report them & solve it with my bank. After this is solved I won’t be coming back.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of the gym for about 6 weeks now, and I love it. The classes are fun, the gym is clean, and Chris H is an excellent trainer! I look forward to coming back each time I leave.

Negative experience: Half the equipment is broken, including half of the benches in the free weight section, the leg press, and one of the cable stack machines. There is no hip thrust machine, and there is only one hack squat. Their machines are nearly exclusively the Hoist brands which is horrible. Most other Crunch locations in NJ have other brands of machines in addition to the Hoist but this location is rather barren, they have a few Startrack machines but doesn't replace the key machines that Hoist is terrible at such as leg curl or extensions or rows. The front desk staff is run by teenagers who could care less about the gym conditions. I've been to many Crunch locations in NJ this is by far the worst: stick to EB, Marlboro, or Somerset.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the tri-state area, great staff, great environment, everything you want in a gym in one place at Crunch North Brunswick. Gotta love it

Negative experience: This gym is the epitome of incompetence. DO NOT SIGN UP HERE. I signed up here 2 years ago, went about 10 times and hated every workout session. I canceled my membership and paid my contract off in full. Instead of cancelling my membership they switched me to monthly and have been charging me for over 700 days. The front desk worker over the phone tells me “yea that happens sometimes”. I have had to call numerous times, each time is the same story “manager isn’t available, he’ll call you back” and I are still waiting for a call back over a week later. Not to mention my first call, the front desk worker didn’t make a single note about my call and to cancel my monthly membership that I’m still paying for. On top of the incompetence, the way the gym equipment is set up is horrible for working out. The benchs are so close together you’re practically between someone’s legs when you lay back. The workout equipment is cramped and in the corner. Terrible set up. Do not sign up here. Incompetent workers. Incompetent managers. Disingenuous owners that do not have automatic cancellations after not signing in for a year.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for years and have found it to be one of my favorites. I have been working with one of the trainers since I started and have seen so much improvement. All of the staff is great and very friendly and willing to help if needed. Many gyms don’t have the same amenities and equipment that is here and that’s one of the main reasons why I love coming here!

Fantastic experience: Glad to make Crunch Fitness of North Brunswick my gym! Great staff, a multitude of gym amenities and an over all good vibe. The gym has great trainers, helpful staff, and access to various classes for different fitness levels…..all for a reasonable price! My trainer and the gym helped me find my spark and recommit to my fitness journey!

Negative experience: I had worked with Chris as a personal trainer. I have two complaints about him. 1) I have heard him use the N word while he is not black. It is extremely insensitive to use a racially charged slur while you have no right of the usage. Many clients of all races seek out personal training at Crunch and would feel uncomfortable to be working with someone who is not socially conscious enough to hold that respect. There is no excuse. 2) I was told by him that I would be able to cancel my PT sessions if I had given a 30 day notice from my next billing date. I had filled out my form on March 27, 2024 given the billing date was May 1, 2024. GM corrected the policy terms with me TWO MONTHS after the charge was put through. The correct policy is that there needs be a 30 day notice before the charge goes into pending. 30 days from March 27, 2024 is exactly April 26, 2024 which is the date the charge goes into pending. Chris was given the responsibility to provide accurate information to his client, which he had failed to do. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing him as a personal trainer as I do not believe he should have his position given that he is not considerate of his clientele in socialization nor knowledgeable of the duties that come with his job and has disappointed a client in his character and work ethic. This is extremely inappropriate business work and a let down on the part of crunch fitness. It is clear there are 5 star reviews being given after mine to rectify Chris’ name while there would not be an issue if he had properly done his job.

Fantastic experience: I joined this location about 6 months ago and signed up for personal training at the same time. My sessions with Chris have become something I genuinely look forward to every week. I had almost zero experience with gyms and working out aside from running on the treadmill, and he's taught me free weights, barbell exercises, and most importantly proper form so I don't injure myself. My progress over these past few months has been tremendous and I know I couldn't have done it without his guidance and support. Additionally, he's just an overall great person; very approachable and easy to get along with. I am also pleased with the facilities. I usually work out in the morning, and I've almost never had an issue accessing a machine or piece of equipment I've needed. On the rare occasions when things were very busy it was never more than a few minutes for something to open up. Fellow gym goers have always been kind and courteous, and the general atmosphere is that everyone is just here to improve themselves. I ultimately chose this location not only because of its proximity to where I live, but also because of its affordable membership fees and positive reviews of the personal training (which my experience has confirmed). I'm stronger, happier and healthier than I've been in years and look forward to continuing my progress.

Negative experience: One of the grimiest gyms I have ever stepped foot in. Severe lack of hygiene among its members, which at times makes it unbearable to breathe in the gym. Half the equipment is broken and takes months to get fixed. Avoid this location at all costs, filthy place

Fantastic experience: I am so proud that crunch North Brunswick is my home gym, it will always be my place to feel motivated and excited to get after my gains and accomplish all my fitness goals. The gym is never overly crowded, I never have to wait to use machines, The amenities are clean and modern, and the gym has pretty much every piece of equipment that you could want out of a premier fitness center. Last and perhaps most importantly, the staff here is kind, welcoming, supportive, and always greeted me at the door with a smile. I love coming here, I bring my friends and family here to train with me, and I will Always see crunch North Brunswick as my home fitness center.

Fantastic experience: We took our grandson to join the gym a very kind Young man named Tim who is a trainer there explained how the membership works and having him train our grandson 1x a week my grandson is so happy and has only been going 2 weeks so far and his self esteem is getting boosted already I must say my grandsons trainer Tim goes above and beyond his job requirements while training our grandson I'm so thankful my grandson asked us to bring him there I would recommend this particular crunch fitness to everyone extremely pleased

Fantastic experience: Since the first day of sign up - crunch north Brunswick has been a great gym to go to. All of the staff have been friendly and are always willing to help. Iocation is more lowkey then other crunch locations. Gym is always kept clean and organized. Would highly recommend this location.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous gym been going here since 2020 spend most of my days and time here throughout the past 4 years. I’ve made a lot of progress, friends and great experiences would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I canceled my trainer on March 26, 2024, and gave them my 30-day notice and signed it too but in April 2024 I was charged two payments for the trainer, and when I told the manager he still didn't refund my money. I am distraught by the way they run things there. I am planning to cancel my membership.
