Fantastic experience: As 1 of the oldest in the gym I have been going to Spirit well over 10 years. It has enhanced my muscle tone and made me aware of how and what I eat. The coaches are all exceptional.. I hope to never have to quit.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at CrossFit Spirit for about 8 years and am the oldest member. Don’t ever say you are too old. The coaches are the best with helping me to modify the exercises. I am so much stronger than I used to be and feel much better too.

Negative experience: It’s not possible to get in contact with this gym. It’s a shame. I’m a huge CrossFit advocate and love the community. I’ve reached out to this gym multiple times and haven’t gotten a response back. The owners email must be incorrect or they just don’t respond to emails or calls. The old location is connected to Apple Maps, so if you’re from out of town make sure to get the new address or you’ll be out $15 like myself for a drop in that could never be used.

Fantastic experience: Almost two years ago my wife dragged me into this Crossfit stuff. Now I workout about 5 days a week and have seen a dramatic improvement in my body, confidence and nutrition. The people at this box are phenomenal, no one judges you, everyone does their own thing at their own pace. I don't know how I survived the first 38 years of my life without Crossfit and the athletes/coaches at Spirit. Thank you for changing my life.
