Fantastic experience: I had my first workout today. This gym is amazing! The trainers were engaged. They knew what they were doing. Always corrected my form. Im looking forward to my daily workouts! I went there with the intention trying them out and the other gyms in the area to see which one i liked. Im sold though. They have plenty of different hours which is great bc my night schedule is usually hard to work with

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout. The coaches are awesome and constantly walk around making sure you are doing the exercises right. They also present modified workouts for people at various levels of fitness. You're paying a gym rate for a "personal-trainer" type workout 7 days/ week. I would highly recommend this place.

The trainers are students of their craft, they have cultivated an inviting culture, are aggressively priced, and consistent "results-driven" workouts that are tailored to each person's abilities. Whether you are just starting out (again) like I was, an elite athlete, rehabbing an injury, want to compete in lifting, or enjoy a family-friendly gym--this is your place.
