Fantastic experience: When I started at Rock Steady Boxing in Brownsburg, almost 4 years ago, I was a mess. Had lots of trouble even walking. what a difference in the way i am today. I am in very good shape. able to live on my own. I now have gardens and have a great life. I owe it all to ROCK STEADY BOXING BROWNSBURG. Better than any of the medications I take. Couldn't live without RSB!

Not only do their clients benefit physically, but also emotionally. It also provides a sense of community for those with Parkinson’s. Everyone is very supportive here. My mother attends. Fantastic experience: Rocksteady boxing has worked wonders keeping my wife's Parkinson's symptoms at bay. Most people don't know she has Parkinson's now. We live 45 miles from Brownsburg and make the trip three times a week because we see fantastic results. We love the new location and encourage anyone with Parkinson's to check it out.
