Instructors are professional/personable and they go the extra mile to motivate and teach members proper lifting technique. Workouts are dynamic and well thought out to ensure your maximizing every minute of your workout experience. I've been a member for the last 8 months and highly recommend CrossFit 9 Degrees to the anyone seeking an awesome workout routine.

Fantastic experience: Zach and Leah, the owners and coaches, are just amazing people and gifted coaches. They, along with Jonny, take time with each individual, as needed, to evaluate, motivate and teach! Coming from another CrossFit gym, it was difficult to feel at home the first few weeks, but through this last year, and boy it’s been a rough one, CrossFit 9 Degrees has kept me feeling great and made me feel welcome from the beginning!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been working out here for about a year and had no lifting background when I started. They've been patient with me and helped me get a solid base to what I've been able to grow off of.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of a few crossfit gyms in the area and this is by far the best in my opinion. Zach really goes above and beyond to help you achieve whatever goals you have set for yourself. Not only is the programming great, but he really invests back into the gym. The quality and variety of equipment is the best I've seen. If you are looking for a gym with incredible programming, an awesome facility, and a great community you should come check this place out. My biggest regret is not joining 9 Degrees earlier!
