Fantastic experience: Exact Fitness is hands down the best gym I have ever been to, The first thing you notice is how incredibly clean and well maintained everything is - the cleanest gym I’ve ever stepped foot in. The equipment is always spotless, and the whole place feels fresh and organized. One of the biggest pluses for me is that it’s open 24/7, which makes it super convenient no matter what your schedule looks like. I’ve been to other gyms before, but they were either too crowded or didn’t feel comfortable. Exact Fitness is the perfect mix of space, cleanliness, and peace, I never have to wait for machines, and it’s never too busy, which makes my workouts way more enjoyable. If you live in Brownsburg and are looking for a gym that’s clean, quiet, and always accessible, this is the place. I love working out here it’s exactly what I’ve always looked for in a gym. Fantastic experience: This gym is seriously the best. I was a member for years and since moving, I still haven’t found anywhere that touches Exact Fitness. Rachel and Kyle are great! They are easy to talk to, knowledgeable, helpful, and truly want to offer the best space for anyone who walks in. If you’re looking for a gym, I’d recommend this one 100 times over!

Fantastic experience: Rachel and Kyle are great gym owners and personal trainers. I have trained with both over the years and every session is a good time and the right push for me. I especially like the one on one boxing with Kyle in PT sessions. The gym could not be cleaner or better maintained, Rachel is very particular about this and it makes the gym a fantastic environment. My schedule is not predictable, I really enjoy that I can work out 24/7 and have always felt safe event super late or super early at the gym. This is the best gym I have been a member of for many years- always recommend Exact Fitness because of its welcoming, safe and clean environment.

Fantastic experience: My go-to-comfort gym and one of the best I’ve been to. Made some crazy strength gains and progressed far in my training ever since I’ve signed up last year and it’s thanks to Exact Fitness and the atmosphere that Rachel and Ryan have built. While my only complaint is the lack of heavier dumbbells and equipment, it doesn’t negate the fact that Exact has one of the best atmospheres and environments in the area. Whether you’re a beginner, veteran, athlete, bodybuilder, or even powerlifter, you’ll be able to find what you need here at Exact and you’ll find yourself comfortable, welcomed, and get a hard workout in just fine!

Fantastic experience: I spent a long time looking for an affordable 24 hour gym, with all the equipment I need, and passed the overall “vibe” check, if you will. I’m an incredibly anxious person, and I like to keep to myself at the gym. I also get very intimidated. So finding an atmosphere where I can work towards my goals without feeling like I’m being judged or anything is very important to me. Rachel was VERY accommodating with her schedule to work with mine. We met and she gave me a quick tour, she was very kind, and I signed up while there. I toured another gym equal distance to me and I was not treated with nearly as much kindness. Anyway, I went at 5am on Monday for my first workout there. I love how they have their gym laid out. Easy to navigate even if Rachel didn’t show me everything prior. Literally every single person kept to themselves. It was so refreshing. They were all there with their health in mind, and I was able to complete my leg day feeling confident in my decision to join Exact.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a gym to join, this is the one. I have never felt more welcome in a facility until I stepped foot into Exact Fitness. I was brand new to all things gym related, so I started with the Fitness and Nutrition program. In that program, I worked with my own personal trainer who gave me a balanced week of workouts, looked at my weekly eating habits to help me curate the correct approach to daily intake and also gave me the tools necessary to be able to continue this journey on my own. Exact Fitness truly cares about all of the people that step foot into their gym. You will feel at home from day 1.

After a few weeks, I decided to do the 10 week program with Rachel. She helped me with my form, how to use the machines, different exercises with free weights, and my confidence. She also gave me great meal prep ideas and helped me track my macros. Now, I fee confident at the gym and most importantly with myself! Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been members at Exact Fitness for a few years now. This Summer, while in the process of moving across the country, I took some time off near my hometown. I was looking for a gym to use for a few weeks since my garage gym was packed up as part of the move, and I was so happy to have found Exact Fitness. They do not use a templated approach, she gets to know you and customizes everything to your needs. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Exact Fitness! I just finished the 10 week fitness and nutrition challenge and I can’t say enough good things about it! Rachel was my coach and she taught me how to make lifestyle and habit changes that are attainable, not how to diet. She was also great with customizing my fitness plan to work around a previous injury. She made sure I was comfortable with all the exercises I did with her and on my own and was always available for questions. You can tell both Rachel and Kyle care about their members, they’ve really created a welcoming and encouraging environment for people at every fitness level.

I took part in Rachel’s 10 week Fitness and Nutrition program and it was fantastic. She did not teach me how to diet. It was about making healthier choices. Never was I hungry. She set up my workout plans that pushed me to work hard and listened when I had concerns. I would highly recommend Rachel’s plan, especially if you need some help being held accountable. I worked with Kyle one on one building strength and making the gym part of my normal routine again and was not disappointed. Kyle was tremendous at setting up a game plan each week and made sure I understood all movements and felt confident before moving forward. I started training with Rachel about a year and a half ago and it has been the best experience. She is creative in workouts, very knowledgeable and is just a pleasure to work out with. They gave my husband and I 10 weeks of personal training, personalized workouts for the days we weren’t with them, nutrition goals, and accountability through a tracking app. Honestly that 10 weeks changed the way I look at being healthy. Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Exact Fitness for over a year and have trained with Rachel regularly as well as taken boxing classes with Kyle and absolutely LOVE the gym, Rachel and Kyle and the atmosphere! I have never been to a gym where the members are so encouraging to each other and that is the gym atmosphere created by the owners, Kyle and Rachel. The gym is clean and has everything you need or want plus some! Boxing classes with Kyle are always different and challenging for all levels and training with Rachel is both challenging and rewarding as it’s easy to see how much stronger you get week after week! This gym is the best!

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 10 week session in August 2021 and can honestly say it was the best decision I've ever made. I started training with Rachel without any knowledge or experience about working out. She was very supportive through it all and really helped me push myself to work harder and improve myself! After, many hours of research on a personal trainer I found Rachel! She is extremely passionate about her business and the health and well being of her clients. Every client has their own individualized nutrition plan and exercise program. What Rachel has provided me with is a complete lifestyle change, with a new approach to food and exercise not just a "diet" P.S. I signed up for another 10 weeks!!!! Also, the gym and the bathrooms are EXTREMELY clean!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Exact Fitness for a year and half now with Kyle as my trainer. He definitely pushes me to ensure we get the most out of our 60 minute appointments! He's also trained my father-in-law who has dementia along with several other health issues and was great at engaging him in a way that got him moving in a workout that was appropriate for him. He and Rachel are great people who run a clean gym with many different options. I would recommend Exact Fitness to anyone looking for a good place to push themselves either on their own, with a trainer or one of the high intensity boxing classes offered.

And instead of respecting the request of the owners (which has been ask of others before) they felt the need to resort to asking friends, whom don't work out at the gym to leave poor reviews. Fantastic experience: I love this gym. I feel like it’s one of the best kept secrets in Brownsburg. It is never too busy and all of the equipment is new. There’s plenty of space to do your own thing and they also offer group fitness classes. The owners are super personable and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: 6 weeks after having my first child I started working out with Rachel. She was aware I had a c section and a pretty tough pregnancy so I had very little strength and about 25 lbs to shed when I started working out with her. Not a regular to a gym by any means I knew to be safe I needed to work out with a trainer. My husband goes to Exact Fitness and suggested I talk to Rachel. After a tour and quick chat with Rachel I felt I had known her for years and immediately set up my first training session with her. As a new mom my world had changed and she reminded me that that was OK. I couldn’t stop comparing my strength, flexibility and especially my size to what it was before pregnancy. Rachel never let me leave the gym feeling weak, defeated or overweight. Even if all we did that day was squat using only my body weight or a 5 lb dumbbell. She reminded me every week I just had a major surgery and it was going to take some time to feel normal again. Rachel was helping me not only physically but mentally. She was building my confidence back and slowly all that self doubt disappeared. She pushed me gently and taught me new exercises. Before I knew it I was squatting the Olympic bar, using the TRX bands, planking and doing bicycle crunches. I was also able to fit into some of my pre pregnancy pants again. Most importantly, I was focusing on myself for 1 hour and giving myself a mental break. I hated the way my new body looked post baby and was frustrated every time I slipped on those never forgiving yoga pants. But I looked forward to going to the gym. Rachel is a wonderful trainer, kind and patient person and truly loves what she does. She pours her heart and soul into Exact Fitness and is so encouraging and inspiring. She wants nothing but the best for the members of Exact Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, down to earth staff who offers a ton of fitness knowledge and advice. Clean gym with great equipment! Always greeted with a smile and a genuine concern for your well being! Kyle and Rachel know what their doing in running a successful business!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym and Kyle and Rachel. You will not find a better place to work out, in Brownsburg, then Exact Fitness. What I love most is the sincere passion Kyle and Rachel have for their members. I'm not sure why someone said they have an odd dress code. I wear a sports bra there every time I go. I wear a shirt over it - but I wear one. I've never had any issues. Kyle and Rachel - you keep doing what you do. Your members appreciate everything you do for us.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym we've ever joined! When my husband and I moved to Brownsburg it was really important for us to find a gym that satisfied both of our needs. We looked at numerous facilities but Exact Fitness was the only gym that did exactly that, and more! When we moved from Brownsburg last year, we focused on finding a home that kept us close to Exact. We've belonged to some of the larger chains, smaller franchises and CrossFit gyms but nothing has matched our experience with Exact. The gym is impeccably clean and has all of the equipment we need. It has always been a place where we feel welcome and comfortable, no matter where we are in our fitness journey. Kyle and Rachel continue to go out of their way to get to know their members, while ensuring each members individual needs are met. We didn't know things could get better but we've really enjoyed the expansion of the gym, which includes boxing classes and space for additional training. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Exact Fitness for about 9 months now. It was recommended by a neighbor who had heard good things. I decided to check it out and see for myself. My initial thoughts were that it was spotless, had the type of equipment I needed (plus some extra) and was priced perfectly. I really had nothing to lose to try it out. As I have gotten to know some of the other members who have been there a lot longer than I have, not one negative comment has been brought up about this place or the ownership. Couple that with my personal interactions with the the owners, and I would say anything less than a 5 star review is an injustice. If you are looking for a new gym, I suggest you check it out for yourself like I did. Get a tour. Meet Rachel and Kyle. You won't be disappointed.

Great members and friendly environment, equipment is always in great working condition and kept in top notch condition.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Exact shortly after they opened 4 years ago. I’ve never consistently committed to fitness or a gym before. I’m in the best shape of my life - I’ve tried major chain large gyms, cross fit gyms, and other 24-hour gyms. I LOVE that they’re locally owned, family oriented, and not a part of a chain. The owners, Kyle and Rachel, make you feel at home and encourage you every time they see you. The gym is clean, modern, and has everything I could ask for when it comes to equipment. They became even more unique when they expanded the space and added a sled, ropes, trx, and heavy bag boxing. Rachel’s boxing class is fun, motivating and intense!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Brownsburg! Clean, well-maintained! Awesome equipment that is always functional! Owners and trainers truly make this gym the best. They greet myself and all their clients by their first name and are always willing to help and guide their customers. I truly feel cared for and supported by them! This gym has become my second home!

Fantastic experience: This place is like a second home. Whether you're brand new to the fitness scene or an experienced lifter, everyone is welcome. All of the equipment is top notch and the facility is well-maintained. And if you find an issue, Kyle and Rachel will do everything they can to address it as quickly and professionally as possible. Also, the Main Event classes are definitely worth checking out if you're looking for an incredible workout in 60 minutes.

Negative experience: Hard pass. I’d rather go to a gym where I don’t feel like the owners will bash me for my attire
