Fantastic experience: My experience at this gym was great. Cleanest gym in Broken Arrow by far. Staff members were present and helpful. Leila, helped me sign up for a membership it was quick and easy process. Loved the different types of pull-up bars and auxiliary stations. Steam room and the massage chairs are by far my favorite though. Great job guys!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the manager Leila. She’s always welcoming, positive, and attentive, which makes a huge difference. Negative experience: I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service provided at your facility. The front desk staff today especially rep Lela was consistently rude and inconsiderate, failing in their primary duty to assist members and address concerns. During my initial sign-up process, I observed frequent interruptions at the front desk where staff were manually signing in members via an alternative entrance. More recently, upon entering the gym, a staff member aggressively insisted I download your mobile application immediately. I explained I do not have internet access on my phone, making the download impossible. Incredibly, I was informed that using the app is a 'requirement' and that the staff 'do not have the time to help members sign in' manually. This is unacceptable. I present my ID every single time I visit the gym. The purpose of having staff at the front desk is precisely to verify identification and assist members with the check-in process as needed. I fail to understand how a mobile application verifies my identity any better than a government-issued ID. Due to this persistent mistreatment and the unacceptable level of service, I will be canceling my membership and switching to a different gym.

Our mobile app does offer many benefits, including booking classes, tracking your progress, and checking in quickly. Also, the app provides a security level for our members and their memberships.

Positive experience: I’ve been putting off this review for a while to see if things improve, but it really hasn’t from an air conditioning situation. I’ve been going to 10 Gym for 3 years, but they can’t figure out how to keep the gym cool. For people who have heart conditions (such as I) or other health problems, be careful with the heat in this gym. There’s grace when it’s 100 degrees, but 80 degrees days, it’s almost cooler outside. Even when we have asked about why it was so hot (when thermometers read 78), we have been told they can’t do anything about the air until a manager comes in. There is a lack of fans in a 1/3 of the gym (bench & lifting area) & their solution to us was to move the floor fans (which you can’t do when there is no plugs). I just want there to be improvements.

Fantastic experience: I Swim laps in their pool early in the morning. I very much appreciate the pool being open in the early hours so I can avoid the accidental punching and scratching that inevitably occurs between lap swimmers when the pool is crowded.

Fantastic experience: I've been a 10GYM member since back when it was All American. It's a great place to work out. They have an excellent selection of equipment and are always updating it. The staff is always friendly and helpful. In the 25 years I've worked out there I've I've become acquainted with many good people who work out there.

Fantastic experience: I and a small group of coworkers started trying to be more healthy earlier this year. 3 of us have gotten memberships to 10GYM and go each day in our lunch breaks to utilize the treadmills. I work in BA, but also go to the 10GYM in Owasso since I live closer to it. Of the two, the BA location is superior in my opinion. The staff is friendlier and more helpful at the BA location. They also have a functional fitness class that Owasso doesn’t offer that over enjoyed a few times. The BA location is also bigger so they can be busier without it causing too much of a wait for machines, and they have the pool which I haven’t used yet but am excited to have as an option. I was kind of hesitant to start going to a gym as a 40 year old fat lady, but this one has been really welcoming and nice. We started going in March and so far I’m 80 lbs down. A lot of that has been related to changes to my diet, but joining a gym and striving to be more active has been a part of it too and I don’t think I would have gotten that down if I wouldn’t have found a gym with a welcoming atmosphere that didn’t seem judgmental.

Negative experience: 0/100 they committed fraud by putting my credit card info on a random members account so I was double paying for months before I recognized it. When I brought it to their attention, they said there was nothing they could do other than putting a note on the other persons account to update cc info. They refused to reimburse me for all the money I had paid for this other person and even said I couldn’t remove MY CC INFO from their account because I wasn’t an authorized user. My hands were tied. I had been a member for years until this fraud occurred. The broken arrow location specifically is the worst, they constantly have dirty under garments in the parking lot and in the locker rooms and the entire gym smells terrible.

Positive experience: My issue with 10 gym is, people just sit at machines on their phones & their not even using the machines. I was there this morning and waited for a machine for over 15 mins,the guy was on his phone the whole time. I never got to use it at all. There should be signs on machines or somewhere that says Please do not just sit at machines on your phone, be courteous of others waiting to use them.

While our team does regular walk-throughs, we can’t always catch every situation. If you ever see something that needs attention, please don’t hesitate to let the front desk know so we can take care of it. And if a machine seems tied up, feel free to walk up to a member and ask if you can work in a set with them—most are more than happy to share, especially if they don't realize they're blocking access. Fantastic experience: I went to 10 Gym in Broken Arrow for the first time today. They have a great variety of machines, the staff was super welcoming, and the members were very nice. I took Debi’s step and pool classes and got a great, fun, and challenging workout. I can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic experience: I would love to rave about RaShawna Fields cardio dance class on Wednesdays at 10:00am!!! Absolutely FUN, ENCOURAGING, ENERGIZING. I already love to dance but to dance with spiritual upbeat music that ONLY causes you to want to dance, worship & exercise not ONLY my body but my mind, soul & spirit. Can’t get no better!! Fantastic experience: Since joining 10gym I have lost 50 lbs in 9 months thanks to their excellent trainers like Dianna and Aaron as well as their fitness classes. Dianna’s Wednesday morning Butts & Guts class has helped me quickly strengthen my lower body and core, and I continue to learn new exercises I can easily apply on my own time. Committing to this gym has truly been one of the best decisions of my life. 5 stars.

Positive experience: I am probably the only person who joined 10gym for the indoor track. But once I started taking classes I was hooked and now I take 16 hours of classes 5 days a week. Debi Ferrel, Lynda Riggs, Dianna Brown and RaSawna Fields are my favorite instructors. Each is different in their focus, approach, and style but they really care that you are getting the most from their class. It's a supportive and welcoming environment. I strongly recommend joining a class. I look forward to Mondays now. Thank you 10gym for these fantastic instructors.
Fantastic experience: I love the water aerobicss classes. They also have a class called Functional Fitness I hope to check out once I retire - in the meantime I hope I can convince them to do some of those classes on the weekend or in the evenings as well!

Positive experience: The water aerobics classes here are fabulous! With three different instructors, there is a good fit for everyone. I highly recommend these classes for anyone who wants to be kind to their joints while increasing fitness levels. The instructors are very welcoming, and will get you integrated right away into the classes. I credit these classes with maintaining and improving my health so I can travel in my golden years! The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating is because the pool facilities could use some updates, just like the rest of the gym has seen over the years. A restroom downstairs would definitely bump my rating to 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of 10 Gym for 30+ years. I enjoy attending water class, Step and pump classes. Debi, Lynda, Pattie, Cassie, Mary and Sholly are very good instructors. They work with you and help with your goals. I was able to achieve my weight loss goal of loosing 113 pounds over a course of a year plus a few months. Now, help me maintain that weight loss for the last 6+years.

Negative experience: Beware of the training program that 10GYM is affiliated with at this location. They prey on young people and will trap you into contracts with no way out. Upon my "free" training session with Hunter I was then trapped into a 30-minute conversation with him where I was berated, intimidated and pressured into signing a contract. When I told him I was planning to move soon he promised I'd be able to get out of the contract with no problem. After one training session, my trainer vanished, and I continued paying 50/month for nothing. I've reached out to Lighthouse Fitness, spoken to their phone reps and have gotten absolutely nowhere. Any gym that is affiliated with this company doesn't have their customers best interests at heart. I have never experienced such a dishonest and shady company. 10GYM can try to deflect responsibility to Lighthouse, but when you sign up as a member here, they immediately introduce you to the Lighthouse team and DO NOT tell you they are third-party. 10GYM is profiting off of the exploitation of their customers and are just as guilty as the Lighthouse team.

Fantastic experience: Jaelen is an awesome employee at this gym. Everytime I walk in he ask how I’m doing and what I’m hitting that day. Very helpful with pointers on how to improve my lifts….and makes sure I throw in legs bc of my chicken leg condition;). Thanks 10 gym for the new equipment and always keeping it clean

Positive experience: The music is unbearably awful. I know - the owner is stubbornly convinced that top 40 gets the fewest complaints. I'm here to tell him he's wrong and needs to remove his head from its dark and remote location. The reason that this style of music gets the fewest complaints is that people hear the crappy pop music, see a bunch of 20s somethings at the front desk, assume they must be responsible for the music, and figure it's no use complaining because they assume it will fall in deaf ears. Most people don't know that the employees have no control over the music and actually HATE it. They just see young kids, hear young music, and figure their complaints will be ignored because the employees must get to play what they want. I'm serious - most people think this. Ask your members. THAT'S the real reason there are fewer complaints, not that they find modern music to be the least objectionable. I'm sure the owner will STILL say that "four decades in the industry" means he's right. I said he's "stubbornly convinced," didn't I...? This is suburban Southern Bible Belt culture. People are polite and don't like to ruffle feathers. The only difference between us and Canadians is the accent, fried food, and BBQ. So, we mostly keep to ourselves and don't complain. Well, I heard Unstoppable four times while I was at the gym last night. FOUR TIMES! That's bordering on unethical, so I'm complaining. Formally. The music HAS to change. I challenge the owner to set up an iPad and take a poll - I'll bet money that classic rock wins. Until then, he should be forced to listen to the same crap customers are subjected to every day until his sanity is challenged as much as ours. I love this gym. I've been a member since 2019, you keep it clean, the staff is friendly, and it has everything I need. That said, you'll get your stars back once you listen to reason and fix this. Play some Zeppelin for goodness sake!

Negative experience: Old building, rusty machines and dumbbells, stinky bathrooms full of fungus, pool and facilities never work, the gym stinks. The employees lie to your face saying that you can cancel at any time in person and it's a lie. Then they tell you that you can't cancel and they only steal your money.! Be very careful and keep away from this type of people and scammers. Worst Gym in Tulsa or Oklahoma
Fantastic experience: The staff at this location goes above and beyond! They greet you by name are always cleaning and super affordable! Best gym in town! The trainers are also very knowledgeable, not intimidating and can help you reach any goal!

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing! While visiting from the East Coast to be with an ill family member, I looked up the gym online. They have everything I need, want, and then some more! The staff is super nice and gave me a tour. Even the people working out were so nice and courteous (putting equipment back in place, wiping down benches, etc.). I think I've found my new home away from home. Thank you all for making my experience enjoyable during a challenging life event. Much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Came from California just to visit and found this place. Awesome staff Kris met me with a smile and a good mood. That’s always a plus. Plenty of room to work and not be shoulder to shoulder. Anyone looking for a good old school gym workout this is the place, but also if your into CrossFit or Hyrox training you got room for that too. Plus pools and sauna is a nice touch.

Positive experience: Shower curtains are see-through and the massage chairs were all out of order. Other than that it was wonderful!

Fantastic experience: My kiddos love the KidZone, they are very attentive! The staff is always so cheerful and positive! Oh and they are very clean! You will always see someone deep cleaning or sanitizing all areas of the gym!

Fantastic experience: Sadly ima be missing this gym, so far the gym isn't so bad just gotta know what time when it pack like 6-8 kinda pack then 10-12 not really then 1 to 3 it dead then 4 to 9 pack lol then repeat.
