Fantastic experience: Matt one of the mangers there goes above & beyond!!! he is always in a great mood and willing to help in any way.. I needed some fast paperwork from my account and he sent it to me! I didnt even have to go up there he also sent me my boyfriends as well. We stay at this gym bc of mangers like matt. We play alot of basketball and matt always gives us the good balls that are behind his desk. We love this gym and its friendly atmosphere

Fantastic experience: I love the way I can workout and they watch my daughters in the kids club.I spend time with a personal trainer.I can do water aerobics,fitness classes,etc.I highly recommend Genesis Health Club.It’s the friendly club for me and my family.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym! Wonderful group classes and best environment!! It has a Kids zone and Kids activities/classes which is a plus. They also have date nights for parent where you drop off Kids for a movie night and you can go on a date with significant other. Update: We're still loving this gym. As long as you attend on a regular basis it's worth the monthly payment. The swimming classes have a fee which I thought was a bit pricey considering we're already paying a monthly fee.

Fantastic experience: I really want to give a shout out to this place. It’s been forever since I spent any time in the gym, so after my surgery I had no idea where to begin in order to get back on my feet. I’ve been working with Jacob for a few weeks now and his direction has been invaluable to my recovery and getting back to work. You should definitely come and check this place out.

Fantastic experience: I like it. Missed a lot of time due to the Covid-19 virus. I have returned, it is clean and a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend joining. Health and exercise go hand in hand. I feel much better when I exercise regularly. I enjoy exercising here. They are plenty of exercise machines, a swimming pool, a basketball court. Plenty of free weights. The gym never seems to crowded to me. There's also group exercise classes. Plenty to like here.

Fantastic experience: love the broken arrow location! always feel welcomed and the equipment is amazing and clean. a few months back i lost some gold rings, come to find out Matt Whitesell had been keeping them safe and just waiting for the owner to come pick them up. not only was my stuff safe he also graciously helped me with some billing concerns and was able to lower my monthly rate all together.

Fantastic experience: Mathew was extremely helpful in explaining the terms of my membership, very transparent about the cost and had patience for my million and one questions. I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness I’ve received as a new member and I look forward to a long relationship with this facility. Kids room was super neat, my two daughters had a great time.

Fantastic experience: Went to visit to see about joining this gym. Liked the gym, Chris the DM. Plenty of equipment. Cardio, workout classes, pool, sauna, hot tub. Personal trainers if needed. Liked this one better than the other one we looked at.

They made the process super easy and explained the membership in detail. Brandy is very friendly and welcoming along with all the staff here. Fantastic experience: It speaks volumes about a business when the employees all greet each other in a friendly happy way; I observe this regularly at Genesis in Broken Arrow. Happy employees leads to great customer service and this has always been my experience with Genesis. Zachary Cain has been my personal trainer here since January and he is the epitome of friendly, kind, and respectful service. Quick to smile and incredibly patient, Zach has helped me achieve some great results in a short time and is an excellent teacher. I have learned a lot from him!

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have ever been a member of! Matt was incredibly helpful, and Caleb is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. When I joined the gym I thought I was just bad at certain exercises and Caleb discovered I had a serious problem with a joint in my foot. Two surgeries later, I’m doing better than ever. Without Matt and Caleb I never would have known it was fixable. I can’t thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: The Morning group fitness classes are outstanding! Instructors: Allison and Russ bring it every single time. It's a tough workout but they make it fun. Kayla does a great job over at Woodland Hills and Regina over at the Promanad location is also fantastic!! Love my gym, it's where my day begins!!!

Fantastic experience: Had an issue with the billing because somewhere along the line something was done incorrectly. Well the staff (specifically Matthew) made a few phone calls and really helped us out and made sure we were treated fairly and taken care of. Also they have some nice equipment and an awesome pool!

Fantastic experience: I signed up today. I'm not new to gyms and the games they play with memberships/billing. This club wasn't like that at all. They were very upfront about any fees/membership rules/etc. Both Mart and Matthew (manager and sales guy, respectively) were more than friendly and professional, and they took the time to answer and explain all of my questions/concerns. They showed that they really care, and I'm excited to get things going here.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism I love the silver sneakers program and Charlotte and Allison . The pool and the hot tub are nice, too. I wish the showers wouldn’t take so long to get hot. That’s the only downside. Their smoothies are amazing. My favorites are apple pie and banana peanut butter yummy .

Fantastic experience: Matt Whitesell always goes out of his way to ensure i have what i need! He hooked me up with my membership and is always friendly. Anything i need from the club, he handles. Make sure you reach out to him when getting a membership. Chauncey at the front desk goes above and beyond his job description to be welcoming to all guests. Any staff member that I have dealt with has been helpful and considerate. Definitely a friendly place to visit and work out.

Fantastic experience: The best experience of any gym I have belonged to in my 55 years. Matt Whitesell is very professional and was upfront and open about everything in my contract. The whole staff has went out of their way to answer questions and make me feel at home, The gym is extremely clean and all the equipment is kept in great shape. From the time I walk until I leave, the staff are doing everything in their power to accommodate me. And the results speak for themselves! Lost inches of fat and have gained 15 pounds of muscle! Highly recommend Genesis to anyone looking to improve their healthy lifestyle!!

Fantastic experience: Been needing to get in shape for yrs now so finally stared at Genesis on Kenosha, BA... Well, what a well run operation and amenities through the roof... Matt made sign up so simple and is a great source of encouragement. After talking with him for a long time back and forth, one comes to the realization that he loves what he does and really wants to help folks succeed... So after the hot tub and meeting so many neat folks, i hit the pool and was planning to leave when the Water Aerobics/Water Fit class began...several people encouraged me to stay and check it out, and i mean they were really enthusiastic about the quality of the class....so i did... WOW WOW WOW !!! never have i experienced anything even close to the Water Fit class. The lady that led us in so many fun exercises played the neatest music and had all the moves to go with it. Words can not do justice, i found myself smiling and at times laughing at how she got into all the movements and how they were so well calibrated and synced to the music, it spoke to how hard she had worked to put the whole program together... An amazing experience to say the least !!!

Fantastic experience: Gym is clean, pool is nice, all equipment in great condition and in good repair. There are plenty of towels for morning showers and swims, showers clean, bathroom amenities are nice! Kiddos love the Kids Club and I really like the employees. I haven't been in classes yet, but I'm looking forward to trying those. I also love that I can bring guests!

Fantastic experience: Recently joined last month and I love it so far! Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their personal training staff does a great job tailoring to each person's fitness level and they truly care about the client's goals. Other gyms in town may be more aesthetically pleasing, but the inviting atmosphere just doesn't compare! Great gym and affordable!
