Fantastic experience: Most of the resources of a large gym with none of the crowds. The owner goes out of her way to help and all the members are very nice.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are extremely friendly and the owner works with people who live out of town. I was looking around town for a gym to go to while I was in the Cleveland area but no other gym had a reasonable day pass price, nor did they offer a week pass. Here you get a key card for 24/7 gym access, anything you'll need to lift weights is there, up to date treadmills to get a cardio session and an area designated to any stretching/ yoga needs. Also their gym dog is the goodest boy to ever be in the gym.10/10 this will be my gym when I visit cleveland again.

Fantastic experience: I'm a member and have been one over a year. The main perk for me is that it is 24/7 with access control. There are no days when the gym is closed. There is a variety of equipment but certainly not the amount you would find at a larger gym; yet, it is plenty for me to accomplish my fitness goals. My only criticism is the lack of a shower. I love the place and would only give up if I felt like I was commuting to my gym

Fantastic experience: Best Personal Training EVER! Trainer Hikmet is unbelievably dedicated to his career. I have never meet someone who REALLY REALLY REALLY cares about seeing others succeed. He encourages you to push yourself, watches your form and corrects it as needed all while staying professional. He builds a personalized workout schedule just for you. He is very knowledgeable and will get you to where you want to go. Check him out for sure if you are trying to better yourself, he’s someone you definitely want on your team. You can’t go wrong with him. The BEST part is that there so offordable unlike Gold’s Gym and LA Fitness, if you work you can offord it. Plus you don’t have to just train at the gym with trainer Hikmet, you can take it outside which is awesome. I will definitely continue with trainer Hikmet. In addition to personal training they offer partner training, group classes, and online training. Plus you don’t have to be a member to get training!!!!! 10/10 guys, keep it up!!!!

Fantastic experience: The owner is so NICE , no high pressure sales tactics to join. I've tried other gyms but this is more my style. I don't need tanning beds or a smoothie bar. Hopefully later on classes will be available

Fantastic experience: I been going here for about 3 years now. It has definitely changed my life and my health. It’s always cleaned and doesn’t smell like most gyms. My mom passed away of a unexpected death, the owner and the personal trainers have been there for me more than my own family. It really is not a gym, it’s a big family. The gym owner is like my second mom now.

Fantastic experience: Look, every gym is not gonna have every single thing other gyms have. You cant expect that. AI have been to over 5 gyms in the cleveland westside area. This gym is by far the best. Its smaller but yet its equipment is better than most bigger gyms. This gym is the real deal. I can powerlift, burn fat, crossfit, box, etc, etc. 20 stars from me. Fantastic experience: Great gym. Not typically crowded, but sometimes you may have to wait for an open squat rack. They only have one. Owner is great and greets her customers.

Fantastic experience: When I first came to this gym it was a skeptical choice. I had read poor reviews (which I now realize is from the previous owners), however what sold me on this gym was the fact that it truly is 24 hours, and that they had both a squat rack and a deadlift platform as well as the benches and free weights. Many gyms do not have either of those let alone both.. that was one incredible thing. Upon entering I asked for a tour and Leigh (owner) was the one that allowed me to freely walk around and check it out. Upon noticing there were cleaning stations and the gym had everything I wanted I decided to opt in for a membership. I only needed it for a short while (over a month) because I was on break from Uni, but over that short month I truly fell in love with the gym. While Leigh is not always there due to her other obligations in life there is sometimes a trainer there. If there is not one you can always call or email and Leigh will get back to you on setting up a tour. The people are incredible, they do it judge and are extremely friendly. Over the month I was there I had worked out with several different people I met. The trainers hired there are phenomenal. One day I was trying a new technique on deadlift and while one trainer was doing his own workout (not training anybody) he realized I could change my form just a bit in order to achieve not only more weight but a safer form. He was polite in telling me and did not act as if he knew everything. Overall, this gym is wonderful. The people, the owner, the hours, the great variety of equipment, and the cleanliness are all selling points. It is not the biggest gym, however, it’s one of the best.

Fantastic experience: The convenience of this place is the reason I came back to it. It's even better than it was a couple of years ago! It's so well kept now and hardly busy when l go. Even when it does seem busy, the clients are so friendly that there's never an issue to work-in with someone on a machine you may need to use. I recommend this gym over ANY in Cleveland. Make sure you get to know the owner, Leigh, she's amazing!

Fantastic experience: Leigh (owner) is the best. I've seen 2 owners and neither made any improvements to the gym. The one has added things. Moved things around for more room. The people that go there are super friendly! This place is 24hrs! If def reccemond this place to a friend or whoever reads this!!

Fantastic experience: The convenience is what sold me on this gym. Working weird long hours can leave finding an open gym to work out in very tough but the workout factory really saved the day. Along with it being a 24/7 gym the equipment is top notch and the gym is clean and and inviting. The members range from helpful and polite to quiet and goal driven. Either way it's easy to get in and get a workout in. Highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: I was a member at the Workout Factory for about 2 years until relocating. In that time I've seen 3 different owners. The newest one, Leigh, seems to be making some notable changes for the better. Gym is always open which is nice, has plenty of equipment to use as it's never too crowded, and I've always enjoyed myself there. Most importantly, as some owners will give you trouble if you try to get a refund for relocating, Leigh was very fair and easy to work with. Recommend.

Fantastic experience: I just joined today. The woman there was very friendly and polite. Not a huge gym, which in my eyes is a good thing. It's not packed full of people with a long wait to use a particular machine. Also it truly being open 24/7 is a huge plus considering my work schedule.

Fantastic experience: I did not join before due to the crazy lady manager. I called again and the new manager- Amber- is absolutely phenomenal! She answered all my questions politely, gave us a tour, an showed us all possible options. The gym has good quality equipment and 24 hour access. Overall definitely worth it!

Fantastic experience: The workout factory has recently sold and now under new ownership and management. We are owned and operated by a military family. Who are proud to serve our country and proud to serve our members. We are sincerely sorry for all poor experiences before us and are working diligently to make the 24 HR Workout Factory A fantastic fitness facility. Updates and positive changes have been made in the best interest of the members.

Negative experience: Don't do business with them very shady. I signed 2 years I was with them over 15 month I lost my debit card and I called them if I could pay a cash or check but they told me it's fine they will wait once I get my debit card back. my debit card took a bit too long to arrive and they charged me $50 late fee. I called them to ask why and she wouldn't even explain nothing to me, she keep saying I don't care. horrible place don't go if you want to my opinion.

Positive experience: I did the 3 month student deal. It cost $75 including tax and initiation fee - paid up front so it was very easy. Lowest price I could find. The gym had everything I needed - bench press, dumbells (up to 150 lb) and chairs/benches, squat rack, pull up bars, treadmills, lots of machines. Pretty much everything you'd expect from a gym. I rarely had to wait to use something. People are friendly and will give you a spot if you ask. The owner is very nice, I did not have any bad experiences. Some of the equipment is not in great condition (definitely dated), but you get what you pay for; it still gets the job done. Would recommend it.

Negative experience: Woman lied and said we could cancel the membership if we gave 30 days notice. Now that we need to cancel, it's only allowed if you moved 25 miles away. She even refused to call me back regarding the end date for my membership. Shady business practices. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE FOR ANY REASON. EVER.
