Fantastic experience: Awesome drop-in on the way to NC! Such a welcoming Community and great partner workout! The sauna at the end is such a nice treat! Will definitely be back on my trips through here. Thank you 423!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, dropped in for a couple classes here while in town for NASCAR. Highly recommend. Coaches were attentive, were great at assessing current fitness levels, and quick to make recommendations on scaling options.

Fantastic experience: This gym helped me get out of a rut!!! The classes I went to were majority women (plus shout out to Jeremy) and they were such an inspiring group of ladies to be aroundThe instructors were also super solid - knew what they were talking about and had your back. Shout out to (Josh) Pope, Justin, and Tarin great community. Hope to be back some time.

Fantastic experience: Went in for drop-in introductory class. Havent been to a crossfit box in over 10yrs. (Only lasted a month, and it was in TX) Was beyond impressed. Coaches are awesome. Taryn talked with me beforehand to give me an idea of what to expect and helped me throughout with form and recommendations. He checked in regularly to make sure I wasn't going to injury myself. The class itself had amazing energy. Everyone is super friendly and motivating. If anyone has even considered crossfit before, stop by this box and give them a chance to show you how awesome it can be!

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym for a month roughly and if I were still able to I would still be apart of this gym team.They always made me feel welcome and motivated to come to the next class. It definitely helped me for when I left for the military.

Fantastic experience: Unlike any program I have ever been apart of. I am not, nor have I ever been, a "gym rat" but i find myself eager for the next painful (in a good way) class. The staff is so incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely excited to see growth. There are so many different backgrounds and stories all pursuing the better person inside themselves. Highly recommended! I wish I would have started long ago!
