Fantastic experience: Honestly, one of the best gyms I've ever attended. The instructors are great, knowledgeable, and push you. Everyone I've met there, no matter what the fitness level, are cool and are always happy to help you. Its hard to be stranger there. If you stick to the programs and the advice, you really see the results!

Positive experience: Their 6-week challenge series has kicked me back into gear. The workouts are challenging and effective. I like the variety and the break from the traditional gyms where you're faced with a ton of equipment and just have to figure it all out on your own. I appreciate their tailor-made plans to help me get back on track and stay on it.

Fantastic experience: Simply the best gym ever. I have tried regular gyms for years. Sign up. Go for a week. Quit. You don't quit here. If you truly want to get stronger, possibly lose weight, be inspired by others and test your abilities, this is the place. I have never seen better results. It is NOT easy. But it IS very rewarding. Try it and you will never look back!!
