Our world-class coaches are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. They will provide you with the training, nutrition, and community support that you need to succeed in the long term.

We have built a culture and community of people who work together to achieve their goals. Everyone was nervous when they first started, but they know what it's like to struggle. We all go through a warm-up, skill session, and workout together. We've seen members help each other in the gym, share healthy recipes, and meet up outside of the gym.

A good fitness plan starts with a good diet. We will work with you to create a diet plan that fits your lifestyle and doesn't eliminate your favorite foods. You don't need to worry about following fad diets or what you see on social media.

Exercise can have a number of positive effects on your mental health, including boosting your confidence, improving your mood, and increasing your self-esteem. Additionally, exercise can help to release endorphins that improve your immunity, and can also aid in alleviating depression and anxiety.

I really enjoy the people at CFB. No matter which class you attend or what time of day it is, you will always find a friendly face. I like being able to welcome new members and let them know that they will learn to love CFB just like we all do. Seeing new members come in and work hard to achieve their goals is really inspiring. CFB is like a family and that's why I keep coming back year after year.

I was really struggling after having two babies, but finding CrossFit changed everything for me. In this photo, I'm recently throwing 50 lbs. over my shoulder - something I never would have thought I could do before. CrossFit and the right diet have made me a better person in so many ways. I'm excited to go to the gym now and see what new personal records I can achieve, or even just how much my body has improved. Consistency and never giving up are the most important things. You'll have good days and bad days, but as long as you keep going, you'll get there in the end. I'm still a work in progress, but I'm proud of how far I've come.

We want to get to know you and your goals better. We can talk about what strategies have worked well for you in the past and what hasn't been as effective. Then, we can work together to come up with a plan that will help you achieve your goals.

Fantastic experience: I have never been to crossfit before and was overwhelmed. The foundation classes were very well done and allowed me to comfortably join my fist class. Everyone at the gym was vey welcoming. Since joining a month ago, I feel much more confident. All of the trainers have been great. They provide form guidance and correction for every part of the workout. They always have modifications for workouts bassed on abilities.

Fantastic experience: When I was first invited to Crossfit, I was nervous that it would be intimidating and too serious. After all, I'm a runner - not a weightlifter. Reluctantly, I tried a class. To my surprise, the community was welcoming and not intimidating at all! There are members of ALL fitness levels. They offer modifications and ways to scale the workout. I love this CFB and the friendships I've made from being a part of this gym.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing coaches and trainers. Darci, Chris, and all the rest were top notch. They really focused on building you up, making sure you’re doing all the workouts properly, and pushing you to do your best. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I started around 3 months ago and can’t say enough good things about the gym and the people in it. I’ve always felt more than welcomed into what feels like a second family. I had no idea what I was doing, but the coaches and other members never once make you feel self conscious about it. Every single person there is at a different level in their journey and the positivity is infectious. I probably shouldn’t use that word considering the times we live in, but I recommend getting contaminated by all the good things with us.

She is a dedicated Trainer who is Tough but Compassionate and pushes me to my limit. I look forward to every session at Cross Fit. Fantastic experience: All of the trainers/instructors are very friendly and helpful. The community is also very friendly and helpful. There are a number of different classes every day making it easy to fit the gym into a busy schedule. My wife and I have been going here for a few months and both have noticed a notable difference in how we are feeling each day. This place is great!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place for crossfit, personal training and nutrition. Perfect for any age and skill level. You won't find swole dudes in neon pink powerhouse muscle tees. Nor will you find freaks in jeans chugging apple cider from a canteen or using the shower as a primary residence because they pay $9/month - My PF experience

Fantastic experience: I joined CrossFit Brighton in February 2021 to start my road to better health, improve my mobility and strength. I was nervous at first that I won’t fit in or might feel uncomfortable because I couldn’t do as much as the person next to me. What I found is the coaches help you succeed at whatever level you are at; modifying the movement based on my shoulder and knee limitations and encouraging me during each workout. My strength and mobility limitations are improving and I feel stronger than I did in February. But what keeps me coming back is the community of people at CrossFit Brighton. No matter your level of fitness, other members in your class encourage you to finish. We push each other, motivate each other and cheer each other on. Most of all, I have met some amazing people I can now call friends. I love CrossFit Brighton and glad I have made it my fitness home.

Fantastic experience: As a new crossfitter this place has been so great. The coaches are patient and take time to scale and work with you on modifications. They help you reach your goals and map out new ones once you crush them. This is the gym community I've been looking for!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of CrossFit Brighton since 2013 (off and on). Their programming and trainers are top notch. I’m not athletic, so I was afraid to try CrossFit, but they have worked with me at my pace and level to help me achieve my fitness goals. I’ve recently moved back to Michigan and have rejoined and am excited to get back on track. I’m over 50...if you don’t think you can because of your age or ability, you owe it to yourself to go in for a visit. You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Crossfit Brighton has changed my life. I consider myself fairly athletic. But they have brought me to an entirely different level. Down 20lbs and stronger than ever at 54 years old. It isnt 1 thing there. it is the package. Facility, Trainers, Class Availabilty, Location.. I cant thank the staff and the TRIBE enough for how they have helped me this past few months.

Fantastic experience: I love this place and will admit I was nervous to try CrossFit back in January when I was ready for a change. I’m a 37 year old yogi/former runner and thought all the weights and equipment looked scary. But by my second class I was hooked for many reasons; everyone (owners, instructors and members) is super nice, welcoming and helpful, I’m learning how to properly strength train, my yoga practice has improved and I feel better than I have in years. I leave each class feeling great and my back pain is diminishing. They’ve also found awesome ways to keep me and others motivated (and my weight down) during the current shelter-in craziness. If you’re thinking of trying Crossfit just do it, you will not regret it. Thank you CF Brighton!

Fantastic experience: This place is incredible! I started here in 2015 over weight and unable to find any exercise or diet I could stay at for longer than a few weeks. Now almost 5 years later i am still at it and in the best shape of my life. The trainers are great and really help make fitness goals come true!

Fantastic experience: This gym really is a community. Not only did I see changes physically (almost 10 lbs in 1 month!) but I was able to make friends with other members so I'm excited to go to the gym to see everyone instead of dreading it. The coaches take their time to get to know the new members so we feel included and step in to make sure we are doing the right form on movements. Lastly, there's members at all physical levels so I felt comfortable knowing that no one was judging me during a workout. The mentality is to push yourself, regardless of where others are at - unless you're trying to compete with your friend. :). Overall, this is one of the best gyms I've been to and plan on staying with.

Fantastic experience: I am 62 years old and have been doing Crossfit at Brighton Crossfit for 5 years now. Crossfit is for everyone . The Brighton Crossfit group are the most supportive group of friends I have ever met. The trainers are knowledgeable and helpful for all fitness levels. Fantastic experience: After spending many years at the local gym, I was getting very bored with my routine and also was looking for a sense of camaraderie. Fantastic experience: I've been to many a crossfit "box" after several years doing it and I truly believe Crossfit Brighton has some of the most dedicated, competent coaches you will find and the absolute best community of athletes who are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful to any new members. The programming is tough and intelligently designed to give you fast results while allowing your body to recover. Fantastic experience: Awesome people and great coaching staff. Programming was intense but totally doable for anyone. Highly recommend if you’re just starting out or a seasoned athlete. I don’t belong to the gym anymore from work circumstance but they were my first CrossFit home in Michigan. Everyone welcomes you no matter what.

Fantastic experience: Eight years ago I started attending CFB. My workouts at home and at the gym were getting boring and I wanted to learn more about how to appropriately do more complex movements to be in better overall health and shape. I am a very uncoordinated individual and the Coaches at CFB have helped me focus on form rather than the amount of weight I can move. My family enjoys the variation in workouts (LT/WOD) available and the great Coaches who help push us to be accountable.

Fantastic experience: Cross Fit can be intimidating, but Cross Fit Brighton has the most welcoming membership. It doesn't matter if your an elite athlete,or a 40 year old trying to get back into shape(yes I'm the 40 year old), the work outs can be performed by everyone. The instructors have figured out to be nice, and demanding all at the same time. Join, you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: I thought Crossfit was only for young athletes so when my sister asked me to join I was incredibly hesitant. To my surprise, there is such a wide array of every age, they even have a kids class. My main concern was not to injure myself. The trainers here are absolutely wonderful! They are tough (in a good way) but yet they make you feel very comfortable. They make sure you do every move properly - every time. I would definitely recommend joining, don’t wait like I did.
