Fantastic experience: The owner is very nice, very clean facility, and the equipment is in very good condition and very good environment

Negative experience: By far the worst snap I have been to. Not a single squat rack or bench rack in the entire facility. They have one Smith Machine and one adjustable bench in the entire facility, and that bench shakes like crazy. The machines are slammed together with no room to actually work out. If you live in this area I highly recommend you take your money to Planet Fitness which is sad because I like most snaps a lot better than Planet Fitness. I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Was in town visiting a friend, and dropped in for a quick workout. Staff were super welcoming-- much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to train and fail prices, the staff are really nice and it is always very clean. I highly recommend snap fitness, especially the one in Pinckney where I go.

Negative experience: I’ve come up to this Snap fitness 3 times now (during business hours) to get a membership and each time there is no one working so I can’t get let in. Also, their number goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. Bummer, but I guess I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to Anytime in Hamburg.

Fantastic experience: only gym around now and they are making a huge commitment to their customers.

Negative experience: Very sketchy about the Dexter gym’s reopening. Lied about dates for weeks and then let us know they sold the Dexter location today. Honesty would have been nice so we could have made other plans instead of remaining loyal to them and stick it out for a few more weeks.

Fantastic experience: Excellent 24 hr. Seven days a week Fitness center. Clean, all equipment is in excellent working order. Well worth the membership.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! The staff is amazing. I am in the military and live out of state; the Pinckney branch allowed me to workout, during my trip, free of charge. The gym is clean, quite, and has more than enough equipment to put in a good workout. Thank you Pinckney Snap Fitness!

Negative experience: Management calls out clients for non payment or collections on public venue (Facebook). Not professional! Gym is old, broken equipment and costs too much!

Negative experience: I’ve emailed them 3 times in one month to close my account and never received one back. I called today DURING HOURS and got sent to voicemail. And just now one of the workers who claims is THE OWNER “NICOLE” to be exact, has called me back saying “I left a very snotty voicemail and my account will be closed the next month” AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME. ***If you want to be scammed I’d go here.*** And for being an owner she Is VERY immature.

Negative experience: Went to pay for a membership to accommodate my son, age 17. The staff member there said she cannot sign him up although his other minor friends were there. The staff member then advised oh they are on their grandparents membership etc. They need this for liability. Ok so I ask what liability as I'm the guarantor for the account; I don't understand if the parents are not required to supervise. The staff member could not answer and became frustrated. I find out after arriving home she would not do business with me because she did not like my attitude as she expressed her feelings to the other minors...... I'm so sorry I questioned the policy as she presented which made no sense and bring your business new revenue. I called another competing entity and they are glad to accommodate us no problem.
