Negative experience: They won’t let you cancel online. They make it onerous to cancel. I can’t stand when businesses do this. Businesses should make it easy to cancel, not hard. There should be a button to click online. That’s all the process should be, not what is described in the paragraph below. There is a reason you don’t use updated tech in your customer management, you benefit when it’s harder to cancel. You’d stand to gain revenue if you automated every part of the process. Your waitlists should be automated etc… The way your business is run seems highly inefficient. The silver lining of that is there’s money to be made by extracting inefficiencies from business and user processes.

Fantastic experience: We love the gymnastics class my 6-year-old attends! The teachers are super friendly and really know how to keep the kids engaged. My child has gained so much confidence and is having a blast learning new moves. Each class is filled with fun activities that help them improve their balance and strength without even realizing it! It’s amazing to see how excited my little one gets to practice and show off what they've learned. It’s such a great experience, and I highly recommend it for any kid who wants to have fun and get active!

Positive experience: I can only comment on our experience of attending open gym sessions, which have been great. My girls are thrilled to be able to do gymnastic fun while I am thrilled to not have to fully commit without knowing if my kids will be dedicated to the sport. Win/win for us!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful gym! My daughter is in Rec2 and loves coming each week. She loves her coaches who push her while also making it a fun and challenging. Small class sizes ensure she gets plenty of attention.

Positive experience: I have two kids in infinity. It has been great. Great coaches and classes my kiddos love it.

Fantastic experience: We started our daughter in the summer with the parent/tot class. She absolutely loved it. Our son watched her having so much fun and so we decided to enroll him too. Thursdays can’t come fast enough for them. My son now wants to do gymnastics “until I am an adult”.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going to Infinity Gymnastics since she was in the parent-tot class, and we absolutely love it here. Coach Vickie does an excellent job, and all the kids adore her. We plan to keep coming back for as long as my daughter is interested in gymnastics!

Fantastic experience: We have been coming to this gym off and on for about 10 years. Each time one of my girls has wanted to pick up/come back to gymnastics Infinity is the only place we go! The teachers are also very focused; always ensuring kids are at the level they should be. Would recommend to anyone interested in gymnastics!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Infinity for a couple years now and both of my kids love it! Both the classes and the open gyms! They always put on great events for the kids and Laurel at the front desk is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy with the way they took care of my daughter. She fractured her wrist and was unable to make the spring exhibition back in May. Here we are in September and they allowed our family to come in and watch her do her 20 minute routine and gave her a metal and certificate. It was so wonderful that they went above and beyond to accommodate us and make this happen. I’m very grateful to infinity gymnastics!

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! I’m so happy to finally find a great program for my 6 year old to learn gymnastics. All the instructors are kind and supportive of the kids’ learning. Open gym is awesome too!

Fantastic experience: I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. We LOVE infinity! The staff are great, coaches are excellent, even the student coaches are relatable and handle the kids well. Completely worth every penny!

Negative experience: Terrible to work with. Not flexible or understanding for non-traditional families. Not responsive. The only way to get into a class is to attend their summer event. Have struggled for years to an advanced student into their upper rec classes. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: this is a great gym. They have enough programs and teachers to accommodate an incredibly wide range of talent and ages. They are friendly and the kids love it! ALL gyms can have trouble with lice. The key is to have your child wash thoroughly upon arriving home. EVERY TIME. Parents and children who don't do this open themselves up to all kinds of troublesome things, not just lice.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to get your gymnastics experience from! The coaches here really care and are patient, skilled, friendly, engaging, and take the time needed to really help the kids through their challenges. It's nice to see a gym truly care about their gymnasts. Everyone from the front desk to the coaches are beyond helpful and truly take pride in this facility being top notch. I highly recommend Infinity!

Fantastic experience: I worked here as a coach, during the time I was there I felt very welcomed by all of the staff there. They became a family over time and went above and beyond to make sure their employees were respected and knew they were loved. I was so sad to leave such an amazing gym and hope to come back one day!

Positive experience: Friendly environment for the kids and my girlfriends daughter had a blast.

Negative experience: They canceled 6-7 sessions due to covid closures and didn’t give any refunds. That’s more than half of a semester. Left 500 messages and emailed them many times. This is BS!!!!

Fantastic experience: Lots of fun for my 18 month old

Negative experience: Don’t do you birthday party here. I did for my 8year old daughter. We had party at a hall instead of party room. I talk with them 2 days before party and they told room will be ready. It wasn’t ready. Person that was helping us in a gym was not nice with kids. 90% of kids complained about different issues with 1 of coaches. Kids was not organized coach told them play a games such as hide and .... It was girl birthday they put blue tablecloth and told they don’t have another one. Good that I bring with me pink ones . In general I wouldn’t recommend this place for a Birthday party.

Fantastic experience: My son loves the Tiny Tot program at Infinity! He looks forward to it every week. The teachers are kind and patient. It is a very active class, and teaches so much!

Negative experience: I had gone here when I was little I had an instructor with a broken arm. So I was already less than impressed, but I gave them another chance. I came in and talked about private lessons left all my contact info. Nothing for a week so I called and left a message asking them to call me back and they never did. I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Fantastic experience: Great physical activity for the kids. Open Gym is Sundays from 1 to 3 generally. The kids can use any apparatus available to the gym during Open Gym.

Fantastic experience: My kids have gone to Infinity since they were tiny. We love it! Coach Vicki is amazing with kids! My husband and I met coaching gymnastics and we are both impressed with this program!

Negative experience: Shady business practice of auto renewal! Make you jump through hoops to cancel!! Owner Pat yelled at me over the phone and hung up on me! Unbelievable way to treat a customer!!

Negative experience: My daughter got lice after one visit here! So gross!
