Fantastic experience: As a coach and someone who's been with CrossFit Menace since day one, I've never experienced a business so integrated with the care and concern towards the customers/athletes than I've experienced at CrossFit Menace. As an employee, working under Gavin DuBetz (the sole owner of CrossFit Menace) it's been a challenging position to fill and not because he's someone hard to work for but because he demands the best. Quality service and quality work should not be an easy task to fill. Quality requires discipline, dedication, love and more importantly failure. CrossFit menace was built on all of these qualities and throughout the years that we have been open, we've learned to harness these traits and grow to something that is true and genuine. Fantastic experience: I travel a lot for business and get to drop in on lots of CrossFit boxes around the country. While I enjoy training with and meeting new people from all over, CrossFit Menace took it to the next level. Gavin is what CrossFit coaches aspire to be and the facility/equipment was top notch. It was obvious that CrossFit Menace was a labor of love for Gavin. You can tell a lot about a coach and his gym by how they treat a drop in. CF Menace made me feel like one of the crew.
