Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a quality gym that provides a positive lifter centric environment look no further. This was my gym when I lived in STL and every time I’m back I get a pass so I can come workout while I’m in town. This is a family owned and operated facility that offers a lot, strong man, mma, or just a place to go escape and get your lift on!
