Fantastic experience: I have never loved a gym more! The staff/family is so supportive and it is such a friendly, welcoming environment. The staff here really cares about you as a person and they want to see you succeed. I appreciate the 28 day challenge for beginners and ongoing challenges to keep you motivated! The scheduling is great and the three 1-hour sessions work well with my schedule. I love taking advantage of the monthly hiking trips, grocery trip, and additional team challenges! The gym itself is nice too! Great equipment, fun music, lots of encouragement! Bottom Line: It's just good people, getting a good sweat and being good to each other. I've never been a part of anything quite like it.
