Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area, my only complaint is that they open up at 8 for some reason on Saturdays and sometimes I work Saturday so I need to get in early. 5:30 during the week.

Fantastic experience: Gym is always very clean. Staff is very chill and nice. Good prices if you need a water or prework out. Lots of classes. Worth the price. I like how they provide sprays and towels also the wet wipes. Never had to wait for a machine. They have a small yet affective all women’s only room. I used to go to giant for years but honestly I like it better here so much more.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, great price. Staff if friendly and the childcare facility is a great feature. There is plenty of equipment even when it's super busy. They just added a ton of new equipment too (February 2018). Best gym in Glassboro in my opinion.

Positive experience: Clean, save the men’s locker room having a minor drain gnat infestation, it’s bearable and easily overlooked. A lot of equipment some of which is very nice and effective (Panatta brand) others are Nautilus, a name synonymous with terrible quality. A nice turf area and plenty of squat racks. However, the lockers are 25¢ per lock meaning you only get one unlock then you’ll need to pay again to lock the locker, it’s very upsetting to see such a miserly “accommodation” where most gyms provide standard lockers for you to use your own lock. There are almost no wipe stations, instead you’re given a hand towel and a spray bottle. The men’s sauna is old, cramped and so far has not risen above 165°, the trim for the door to the sauna is missing leaving a significant gap above the door which is absolutely contributing to the sauna not getting as hot as it should. The floor is too crowded with useless machines that I never see used and it’s obvious the layout was not given much consideration making navigating the floor a chore. The dumbbells do not exceed 100lbs. Virtually no kettles bells, only a few scattered in the turf area(30#max). Overall the experience is not worth the $32 monthly fee, yet sadly it is the best gym experience in the area for a somewhat reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and considerate which is a big draw, elevating the overall experience. It’s sad to see the potential of this gym crushed by penny pinching and lack of needed attention to client experience. If they repair the sauna door and the sauna rises above 175° I would add another star to the rating. A long shot as well but if they installed proper day lockers, either in the locker rooms or in between the steps heading up stairs that would cover any other frustration and push this gym experience into “recommended” territory.

Fantastic experience: Nice clean gym, very taken care of, environment is great so is the equipment. Ryan helped me sign up, very friendly and great at what he does. This gym is the place to be.

Positive experience: Large gym that has everything. Best sauna around although small, dirty and in need of a face-lift. Cash only if you want a beverage. Carabiner clips are scarce in the back room. Men's restroom in desperate need of a remodel.

Negative experience: Signing up for this gym, you are told that you can cancel at anytime. What they don't tell you is that there are fees per person to cancel and that you have to pay for two more months. Further, they will not allow you to remove your credit card from the their site until the fees are paid for. This is "per policy" but is never mentioned when you sign-up, which is misleading. The gym itself is full of exercise equipment, but the air quality is very hot and humid. Due to their hidden fees in their policies, I do not recommend coming here.

Negative experience: Terrible cancellation policy. They claim you can cancel any time, but fail to disclose that they will charge you an additional two more months prior to cancelling your membership. They also charge a cancellation fee per person as well. They hide all of this in their terms and conditions and use it as an excuse to not help their customers any further. Don't go here. It's a joke. They just want your money.

Fantastic experience: Four seasons is the best gym I’ve ever been a member at! They spare no expense and are always reinvesting in the faculty!

Positive experience: A real gym, with real weights. Has the most equipment and newest equipment of any gym in the area. Would've been 5 stars but the locker room lockers need to be upgraded, to use them you can't use your own lock and you have to put a quarter in. Also, the sauna in the men's locker room needs a face lift bad, the interior is dirty and needs repair.

Fantastic experience: Pickleball courts are great

Negative experience: Went to try the gym yesterday with my wife and seemed like a nice place. The front counter people were slammed because our gym closed so we needed a new gym. Went back today to sign up and the front counter lady would not give me my trial money towards the membership like they told us yesterday because we didn't get a receipt from them yesterday. Went I asked the guy yesterday he replied (as they were busy) "its in the computer". So when I asked her it is in their computer she said I needed a paper copy and that it was my fault. Your problems should not be my problems. Not a good family gym for me and my family.

Negative experience: Decent gym. But definitely the scummiest cancelation policy I've ever seen at a gym. They make you pay a $5 cancelation fee, something I've never seen at another gym, and require you to pay an additional 2 months of fees after you cancel. Now you can find that info on their website, but you have to search for it, but they don't say a thing about it when you're signing up in person. Just my opinion, but I'd go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with a huge variety (and quantity) of machines. Women’s only workout area is ample as well. This gym is VERY VERY clean. All around good vibes.

Negative experience: I am attempting to cancel my membershIp and I am being told I am being charged 10 dollars and I still have to pay for 2 more months of membership. So close to 120 dollars to cancel a gym membership that I am canceling because I CANNOT AFFORD IT.

Fantastic experience: Consistently update and upkeep equipment. It can get busy with the college crowd, but there's enough equipment so it's not an issue.

Negative experience: Love the community but had a very very creepy employee follow me, after I said no to tour, still followed me. Credit card wasn't swiped, the i.d somehow got lost, then followed into bathroom as a guy. WEIRD, cancelation plan with this behavior was bad, he didn't harass anyone else when they had 5 to close. :( everyone else and size is great. Just very odd encounter

Positive experience: Great gym good equipment wish they left some of the hammer strength equipment and better gym plan.

Negative experience: DIRTEST gym i’ve ever been , completely run down and unsanitary. All of the machines are old disgusting complete false advertisement

Fantastic experience: My friend and I just joined in the beginning of the month and absolutely love it here. The staff is super friendly and the gym is super clean! Also did the CycleFit class this morning and Herb was just so great! We were super nervous and unsure what to expect since it was our first class & it was way better than we thought! So much fun!

Fantastic experience: This place is nice and chill and not overcrowded.They have alot of equipment it was my 1st time going here and I got a free pass online for 1 day.My boyfriend & I decided to use it and check out the place.We got their around 4ish and ended up being there for about 3 hrs..we used various equipment and I actually felt good afterwards I thought my body would be killing me being as though I dont work out and I never been to a gym.Very clean and staff was very helpful(I also like the fact that they have exercise equipment and a sauna in the womens locker room) they also have different classes you can participate in that are included in the membership.I ended up getting a 3 month trial membership for only $100 well actually about $108 with taxes included.I didnt want a month to month because I dont plan on going that long just enough so I can get to the weight I need to be and keep it on track from there.I can't wait to complete my weight loss journey.I would recommend this gym.I just wish they were open 24 hrs but i get it with this pandemic and all.

Fantastic experience: Just updating my old review. Still the best gym ever! Consistently updating equipment and investing in the facility. I am in loveee with the Panatta machines! They're currently working on an expansion with a turf area that I'm so excited for. Tons of machines, weights, rooms, and classes. This gym is worth every penny :)

Fantastic experience: This gym is big and has almost every machine and great equipment. Gets crowed sometimes which makes it harder to do your workout.

Negative experience: This is a great gym compared to others no questions asked in terms of people who go here and amount of equipment but the owner needs to know when to spend a little coin too make improvements. The place has gotten a little dirty in the past year and the locker room is actually the worst I have seen. Most of the lockers are falling off the hinges and the sauna is as gross as it gets! Another thing is they make guest pay $10 for a day pass, which is insane.

Fantastic experience: I love this place I come here every day the women's bathroom has a private gym you can work out in if you are don't like working out in front of the pluses it is a good warm up station and there is also a song in there if you want to relax after a good work out also extremely friendly staff greet you when you walk in the door

Positive experience: Love this gym but their Saturday hours aren't good. My work week rolls through Saturday and its nice having the option to go before work at 530am or a little later after work around 8pm. Heard of guys showing up in the morning too at like 540am and the employees sitting behind the desk but had the doors locked. That time.of morning I'm pretty sure people are pressed for time before work.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! Has all the equipment you need regardless of your fitness goals (I personally do powerlifting workouts). Also never crowded to the point where it hinders your workout. Might not be as "fancy" as LA and Retro, but Four Seasons is by far the superior gym in the Glassboro area.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member here off and on over the past 8 or so years. (Only not a member when I have moved out of the area.) I can tell you initially I was not a fan of the customer service HOWEVER they are all great now! I had to cancel a membership due to relocating for work and it was so easy. No hassle at all. I was also able to add a family member without having to coordinate our schedules. I just filled out a card and left it with the front desk so when my sister in law came in, she could just sign herself up. Tons!! of cardio equipment which was just recently upgraded. Even when the parking lot is PACKED and you think "I'm never going to get a machine or weights with all of those people", it never feels crowded. I like the women's area in the locker room for a little quiet workout when the floor is busy. The locker room is always clean and never an issue. My ONLY little teeny tiny complaint are the lockers. It's a quarter every day and I would just much rather have the option of using my own lock. Like I said though, minor and no big deal. I recommend this gym. You won't find a better place for the price.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. Been there about six months. Plenty of equipment so your not standing around waiting. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They use the gym too which always helps with maintaining equipment. Haven't met a fellow gym member that was rude or had a negative thing to say.
