Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms we have in Harrison county! Staff is great, welcoming, and so nice! The gym is always so clean and the workout classes they offer are fun, energetic, and really the only thing keeping me motivated to come back and want to keep coming back to continue bettering myself. Couldn’t recommended them enough! (:

Negative experience: Awful experience. Do not come here if you’re looking for a trainer. I asked if they had trainers available before signing up and they said yes. However, no one was available. I talked with the head trainer, who hit me up with a trainer who didn’t had my availability, so that didn’t work. I also talked with the supposed manager that never reaches back, but when they finally did, was all like “I can help you!” but yet never provided actual help, like, you know, an available trainer which was what I was looking for. And I completely understand if all trainers are booked up. It is what it is and can happen. But don’t lie! Just be honest. Saying there’s availability when there isn’t, or saying a rehearsed “I can help you” without actually providing help, is not the way to go and a sure way to get customers to cancel. Just bizarre behavior. Congrats on taking away a month payment from me since I was never even able to get started, hope it was worth it I guess. Don’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: I love the feel of this gym! It doesn’t feel overwhelming (like some of the larger ones); however, it has EVERYTHING you could need! They offer a plethora of classes; one of my favorites is Robin’s Bounce, Burn, and Tone! They have a pool, aqua classes, sauna, and a large variety of equipment. There are different sections throughout the gym that gives you the experience of training in your own world. Their gym app is intuitive and easy to use. The staff are so friendly! I’ve been given a few tours, and Nolan was so helpful when I wanted to extend my membership. This place is truly a gem.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Facility, with friendly staff. Unfortunately had to end my membership as I am relocating to South Carolina and hope to find a facility even half as nice WV Fitness in Bridgeport.

Fantastic experience: I love WV Fitness 24, & what made me commit to a membership is that they offer FREE childcare! Gym childcare is rare if not nonexistent in our area, & the fact WVFitness24 has FREE childcare is a done deal for me. I'm a SAHM of a toddler and had been missing the gym terribly since my help is limited so my husband found this gym and we joined. I signed up for the fitness classes to keep me on track and I was craving more like-minded interactions. Robin & Mardy's classes are TOP NOTCH! These ladies are very welcoming, informative & tough! The gym is also very very clean & they have just about any type of equiptment you could ever want. Management also listens very closely to wants and needs and are easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym consistently since last September and I love everything about it! I love the variety of equipment, the classes, sauna, tanning beds and the staff is amazing from Nolan at the front desk who helps me lower or adjust equipment (I’m 4’9” lol) to Mardy, my personal trainer who has helped me get so much stronger and more resilient! I love WVfitness24!

Fantastic experience: WV fitness has been absolutely phenomenal in my physical and mental health journey. I first chose this gym because it offered daycare unlike other options in the area. All the ladies that work in daycare are so kind and wonderful to my son. Usually Miss Erica is the one there when we are and she is the best. Nolan is always kind and responsive to any questions, concerns, or needs. The trainers on staff are great, especially my girl Mardy! She brings so much fun and energy to sessions and really helps my motivation. The equipment and classes they offer are plentiful and there is something for everyone. Not only are they great at what they do, they constantly work with the surrounding communities for fundraiser events. Great gym, greater people! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: One of the nicest gyms in the tristate area! Super affordable and the equipment is top notch! Sauna Room with a pool is also a plus! Great staff who always wants to please the members the best they can! Also they have a room for your children to play and an in house babysitter while you work out! I definitely give this gym a 5/5!

Fantastic experience: This is my first experience going to this gym and I absolutely love it! The trainers are awesome especially Mardy. She can really get you amped up for her class. And if she feels like you need an area of help she will let you know personally and go over that specific area of detail. I go to every single one of her classes. Besides her the child care is great while you get that time for yourself. We all need self care and to have someone take care of your precious one while you take care of yourself is amazing. I definitely recommend this gym for whatever you are seeking help for and they have so much to do. Whether it be a class or just flying solo. Don’t wait till it’s too late to take care of yourself. We are all in this world together and just having uplifting people around is amazing.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area. I’m a mom of 2, and it’s the only gym that provides childcare. The women that do the childcare are the sweetest and I 100% trust them with my kiddos. It’s really nice to have that 1 hour of me time. The membership is dirt cheap for all the services that are available. Full gym access Tanning beds Sauna Pool it’s small business own and ran. And I haven’t ran into one unfriendly face there.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! I've been a member for almost 10 years, and they have everything you need for any fitness routine. They've got tons of strength training equipment, cable machines, a variety of cardio machines, and an amazing training room for weight lifters or anyone looking to throw together a challenging workout with weighted balls, resistance bands, push sleds, kettlebells, etc. I've never tried classes, but they have a nice variety of those as well. The pool area with two saunas is like an added bonus! Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I loved this gym before I had to move, the only gym I’d use in town. They had free weights, great lighting, amazing people and the facility over all is a great place to be and to encounter new people. The employees there are also always helping and doing anything they can to help you achieve your goals. I’d advise anyone that’s getting into the gym, try WV Fitness if you get the chance!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for years and have been treated with respect from multiple employees. This place offers a large variety of different cable machines, free weights and even a turf room. This place also offers a variety of great smoothies, that fits everyone’s needs.

Negative experience: The gym itself is okay but the way they handle any type of finances by out sourcing another company is shady and I will not be renewing my membership again. I was told I had an outstanding balance and did I want it waived? I said yes please I can show where it’s taken out of my account monthly. Carlos said okay I’ll get you booked with an appointment at 12. I wait and never get the call. Things should be handled in house. So now I paid this charge that was promised to be waived because I can’t speak with a real person. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Has all the equipment you could need. Plenty of machines, dumbbells, barbells, etc. The turf room is a nice addition for stretching and other functional training. Also can tan with your membership, which is nice because that's usually extra.

Negative experience: It's a nice gym, but I'm struggling with money right now, like really badly, and they won't let me cancel my membership. It'd be nice if they could be a little sympathetic. I don't even have food for the rest of the month.

Positive experience: We stayed at the hotel next door and they use their pool for guests. Unfortunately the pool was closed, which was a bummer (the reason we booked that specific hotel), but we got to use the hot tub. The guest services lady was very kind.

Positive experience: To be honest it's not a bad place to work out but the pool seems to be a little dirty in the sense of anytime I went to swim there were people there swimming that looked like they haven't showered in weeks.

Positive experience: Never answers the phone and doesn’t post that the pool is closed. Drive hang an hour to swim and pool was closed. Disappointed in the reception desk.

Negative experience: I was at wv fitness tonight and no employee was there to assisst me when the hose in the bathroom exploded all over me and drenched my stuff i couldn't use shower because of this and it drenched my phone now I'm gonna have to pay for it to get fixed my call speaker isn't working thanks

Negative experience: Great equipment, decent crowd, and overall good environment. However, do yourself a favor and being headphones... music got worse, ensure you have high quality headphones with active noise canceling. Dropping to 1 star until music is improved or isn't played so loud. They are playing "milkshake" as this review is being published so take that for what it is.

This gym has so much to offer from a full turf and gym, pool, sauna, tanning, childcare, and tons of group class options. With an addition of ready to go high protein smoothies! Lots of events and fundraisers as well! 10/10

Negative experience: Customer service is non existent, Haley at the front desk is literally never there and doesn’t know how to answer the flippin phone. Facility is GROSS, showers don’t work properly, NOTHING IS CLEANED, trash remains on locker room floors for DAYS without being touched. Paper towels are never in the bathrooms. No scale to check your weight. Costs 2 times as much as Planet Fitness with ZERO benefit. Don’t waste your time.

Negative experience: Horrible experiences with staff, dirty broken equipment, recently had my contract terminated for "sneaking in my girlfriend at least five times" even though she has only ever been to the gym twice, was paid for the first time, and was attempted to be paid for the second time. Heard multiple stories of them asking stronger members to switch gyms because they are "intimidating", extremely rude to everybody that I know there.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for a few months now and I love this facility. When I started I had no clue what I was supposed to do but I knew I was tired of being overweight . When I go there I feel welcome and part of a community. I feel like there's always someone around offering a kind smile. After about a month of trying things on my own I decided I needed more help and met with Mardy Means (one of the personal trainers there.) I was nervous to say the least. I am so thankful that I did. Working with her is a pleasure. I feel so much stronger and confident. Without her insight I never would have tried a lot of the machines, known how to use them ,or what to expect from my body. I love having someone to work out with , sessions fly by and at the end I feel really accomplished. Mardy is kind , professional , and knowledgeable. Her support means the world to me. We cheer together everytime something I struggled with becomes easier. She helps me modify exercises to fit my needs . You can tell how much she loves what she does and genuinely wants to help people succeed. My entire outlook on exercise has changed. I can't say thank you to her or the the owners of this gym enough. I've tried youtube videos or to follow along exercise videos on my own but in the end failed because they didn't work for my body. I've lost 21 pds and I finally feel like I'm on the right path. If anyone has any hesitation , please give this place a try.

Positive experience: Excellent selection of equipment and clean environment would be 5 star but there seems to be a lot of youth who like to hang out on equipment and tie it up for extended periods of time.

Negative experience: Do not join with these people. They lock you in a jaws of death contract. We have moved to another state and we have to jump through crazy hoops to cancel our contract and stop paying. Also, their child care is terrible. Every time I took my daughter the care takers were just on there phone. The room is weird because you can’t see all the kids or care takers from just standing at the door. No accountability for them and what is going on in the room.
