Fantastic experience: Convenient Fairfield location was well-organized with easy-to-use app to learn about and select class times. I had a great first-time workout with emphasis on cardio. I like the openess of the studio, and the flexibility of the gym to create fitness stations. The use of video monitors helped to stay on-pace and learn from. I hope to continue Spring/Summer classes for my current goals
