Fantastic experience: Fitness Premier Monee is currently my new obsession! It is a wholistic experience with such encouraging staff and members. The results I have seen in myself both physically and mentally are astonishing. My family knows I love it so much, that two of my kids have joined the whole experience with me. We have used the group classes, sauna, the frost locker, infrared lights, Massage chair, assisted stretch, pressure Piont therapy, personal training and nutritional counseling. All are a 10 out of 10 for me! So much to enjoy at FP that challenge you as well as relax and heal you. I am blessed to have this resource in my life

Fantastic experience: I like that it is a small gym and open 24/7. Doesn’t feel intimidating with other people working out around you.

Negative experience: Don’t recommend this location. One of the staff members is incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional. This Saturday morning, I walked into the gym, and he immediately approached me accusing me of using hand soap in the shower - something I didn’t do (unfortunately, I wasn't able to record that part). Later, I asked who his supervisor or the owner of the gym was, and he claimed to be the owner (which I recorded). That turned out to be a lie as I later found out who the actual owner is. Honestly, I was about to call the police because of all this. Also, when reviewing my membership agreement, I noticed multiple errors: my name and emergency contact’s name were misspelled, and he listed my gender as “female” even though he had my ID right in front of his face. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Fantastic experience: The sauna and freeze locker were so beneficial after our workout! Staff was so friendly and helpful. The gym was clean and overall a great experience! :)

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym..small but has everything you need to successfully complete a workout. I actually like small gyms you get to know the regulars and there are no judgements. Just everyone trying to get fit. The front desk staff are amazing, nice and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a 24/7 facility that has allowed me flexibility. Being a woman I always feel safe going to work out here, sometimes around the hours when home life has settled, which means after 9 pm. Accessibility, safety, and being open 24/7 creates real behavioral changes. It’s a gem to have in the community.

Fantastic experience: I love coming to the gym. Definitely a family atmosphere. Staff is always welcoming acknowledging every member that walk into the gym. It seems like the gym is growing, pretty soon you will need to expand .

Positive experience: Bit on the pricier side but worth the cost if you utilize all the extra’s. Always clean, staff is always pleasant.

Negative experience: Samantha, the owner is helpful and a kind person that's the only reason I'm leaving two stars... It used to be a nice gym, when it first opened I have spent a total of 3 years going to this Smaller gym since then, with the hopes of seeing improvements. It's always dirty and dusty the mens door looks like someone has never cleaned it, they keep the heat so low you can't sweat, and when I bring this concerns up to people nothing gets done ... the windows as well covered in sweat, with out dated equipment that is never taken care of but they charge us $79 a year for machine maintenance ..... It's so bad, that when I'm lifting I fear smacking myself in the face from when the cord snaps that holds the weights on the row machine and a few others. This time was the last time I pay over $500 for a membership for a gym of this downhill quality and effort. Not to mention how rude the staff was and can be. They have a lot of room for improvement. But I just don't see that happening. So this was my last year paying 3x what a conventional gym charges. I will gladly go to anytime fitness instead.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here for years and that alone speaks volumes! The atmosphere as well as the outstanding staff makes it a pleasant experience every time I’ve entered this great establishment! They’re constantly making improvements and I can’t wait to see what this location in Monee turns out to be in the next couple of years! Keep up the great work guys you’re wonderful!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns that one may have will be answered with professionalism. The owner Samantha is amazing and the same is to be said about one of the workers Kareem. Always have been available to answer my fitness related questions as well as have personal connections with their members. Not to mention the other members are very friendly. I’d a million percent recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Love, love, love this gym. The facility is always clean and the staff is amazing. It’s a small gym which I like and has everything needed for a great workout. You feel welcomed when you walk through the door. Kareem and Sam are the best.

Negative experience: Consider going to Xsport nearby, which offers better value for your money. If you truly do consider this place, beware of the following: Before signing up, make sure to obtain a complete copy of the contract. Do not rely solely on Samantha's explanation, as she presents the details on a small screen that is difficult to read, seemingly on purpose. The men's bathroom has an unpleasant odor and lacks a lock on the door. Unauthorized individuals often enter when staff are not present, creating a security concern. The water fountains are filthy, with significant calcium and dirt buildup, indicating they have never been cleaned. Additionally, there are two large holes in the ground in front of the weight section, posing a safety hazard. It appears that profit is prioritized over member safety.

Fantastic experience: Great place. Definitely get the family feeling there. They have a good variety of equipment and a good choice of different types of classes. Never had a problem there.

Fantastic experience: Good little gym, even better staff. Gym has what you need. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and is ready to help in anyway. Kareem & Jake especially are exceptional trainers here who bring both positive encouragement and knowledge to the table. Great people.

Fantastic experience: I know I have just started with Fitness Premier, but I am enjoying the facility and what it has to offer.

Positive experience: Even though it's small, it has what you need. The cleanliness could be a little better. It was pet dander in several spots on several of the machines. Had my allergies flaring. Some of the people lightly wiped the equipment after use. Jake is a good dude, very pleasant.

Negative experience: This gym is so small and for what they charge you you could go to bigger gyms with more welcomeing staff and better equipment, such a small gym and they wanna charge like it's a big one just ridiculous, staff is cocky, seem fake and just generally uninviting.

Positive experience: I have been going for about a month now, I have tried the classes but don't feel like I fit in. I am older and haven't been to the gym in a very long time. It is very hard for someone who is newer to the classes to catch on to things. They say just to modify the workout, but if you don't know what you are doing, how can you modify it? They should have a very basic beginner class. I know they are limited on staff and they are good at what they do, but maybe help those new/unsure people.

Fantastic experience: Open 24/7. Friendly staff and good equipment for all. Silver Sneakers programs twice a week and classes for people of all ages. Personal training is available at a reasonable price. My trainer, Matt developed a program just for me and it is helping me to get healthier!. I highly recommend !

Negative experience: Too many voicemails left about the free coaching session. My voicemails are reserved for jobs I’m trying to hear back from.

Fantastic experience: I love the Team at the Monee location!

Negative experience: I joined the gym a little over a year ago, my daughter and I decided on a 1 year contract. I met some amazing people at the gym. The person who taught the Zumba class was amazing. The gym is so tiny but it offers what you need but you may not be able to use some equipment if you go in the morning, which limits your workout. I cannot say the same for the rest of the employees. They were extremely uninviting and made me feel as if I did not belong there. The owner Samantha would speak but it was definitely out of obligation. Please be careful when it is time to cancel. They say you need to come in to cancel. I was in contact with the owner about canceling and told her I when would stop in. I walked in the gym and my daughter and I were blatantly ignored for over 20 minutes, no acknowledgement while the only employee trained someone, RUDE. After about 30 minutes the young lady was done training and I advised her I need to cancel she asked my name and said ok it is cancelled. No proof, no signing anything and she did not even ask for id. So what was the point of coming in? How do I know it was cancelled? I reached out to Samantha and she apologized and promised me she would cancel my member ship and send an email confirmation the next day. I advised her I was moving out of state and to her convenience I heard nothing more from her. I owed one last payment and waited for that to go through before reaching out a month later. Guess what? No response. What a joke. Out of sight out of mind.

Negative experience: People are liyers about memnerships if u are planning to take a membership dont take anything forgranted plz take everything in written about the fees and expences. Otherwise they can betray u and charge u everything they got. When i took the membership i they told me to wave my fees but they charged it on time . Apart from them gym is good
