CrossFit Rua

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Rua is an amazing gym! I have been doing CrossFit for over 10 years and Rua is the place to be. The coaches are great teachers and the facility is top-notch.

Fantastic experience: This gym has become my 2nd home. The people are amazing and feel like family. Dawn, the owner, runs a great business and holds the coaches to a very high standard. I have not even been a member at the gym for a year and have a personal relationship with pretty much every other member. Highly recommend this gym to anyone with any level up of experience in working out or CrossFit!

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Rua has been like a second home to me for over a handful of years. It is nearly impossible to find a gym exactly like Rua no matter where I go. The family & community feel is unmatched, the programming is excellent (and fun), and the gym itself is the cleanest gym I have ever been to. Props to CrossFit Rua and the staff for making this place so impressive in its appearance and it’s culture!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about CrossFit RUA. My daughter (16yrs old) and I have been working out at RUA for over a year now . RUA is our second home. Not only is everyone super friendly RUA has helped both of us achieve our fitness goals. RUA classes have helped me lose weight and increase my endurance. My daughter has improved with gaining speed and increasing her strength, which has helped her within the sport of softball. She has improved her overall athletic performance. She has hit more home runs and throws the ball harder since starting at RUA. The encouraging RUA atmosphere also helps us both mentally to challenge and push ourselves so we can continue to achieve our fitness and athletic goals. RUA has strengthened not only my body but my relationship with my daughter. We love to workout together! Thanks RUA! ‍♀️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Joining RUA was the best decision I have made. The instructors are wonderful and patient. There are people of all athletic abilities and the workouts are scaled to each person’s abilities. My favorite aspect of this box is how supportive and welcoming everyone is. Workouts are varied and different each day which keeps things interesting and makes me want to keep coming back. It is the first time in my life, I have truly enjoyed working out and actually look forward to it. If you are hesitant, I suggest reaching out to the owner, Dawn. She is great and can help with any questions or hesitations you may have.
