Negative experience: Serves its purpose as a 24 hour gym. Only issue is the horrible customer service and business practices utilized by the shady owner. Horrible.

Fantastic experience: It's a smaller gym but still has good equipment and the people there are pretty cool and supportive from my experience.

Positive experience: Good things: -Nice gym - Always is clean - Always they have sanitizer and paper towels - Free water Bad things: - Couple months ago the monthly payment went up (not significantly)for still giving a nice service (buying sanitizer and paper towels) and buy free weights equipment but for any reason the equipment didn't come. -I canceled my membership in Feb 8 (called all day in Feb 7th but no one answered) unfortunately for cancel a subscription you have to inform 30 day before. I moved to other gym then I'll not come the rest of the month (Feb) but I have to pay completely March even without using it.

Fantastic experience: Love the owners Anthony and Jenny. Personable and they are very helpful. Makes for a comfortable environment to workout in.

Positive experience: This is a very nice gym to workout at very low key no waiting for any equipment to b used the staff is very friendly and the trainers really push u hear to give u the confidence and motivation

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for years! It has a nice family feel to it and the people there are pretty cool and the owners are nice and friendly as well. I would recommend this gym for the simple fact that it’s not to packed and there’s always machines and weights to use. Oh yeah and it’s open 24hrs you can’t beat that!

Fantastic experience: Been a member since 2007. Where it's not a big gym, it is big enough to get a good workout. Close to my home and adequate. However... If your looking for eye candy, this is not the place‍♂️

Negative experience: Caught covid husband diagnose with rare disease put in a financial bind n tried to cancel but it was already to late then tried again tge following month only to be told my 29 day notice wasnt good enough they needed 30 days n they charged me again no understanding of compassion from a lack luster gym the size of my basement now im overdraft n the hole not worth money or time no compassion

Positive experience: Update: gym goers are terrible. They yell and scream. It is not just one person. It’s multiple people no matter what time of day you go to the gym. The people who go here have no gym etiquette. This gym isn’t what it used to be. ————- Always a pleasure to work out here. Anthony, the manager/owner, always greets members and has the best hospitality. The facility is clean, accessible, and there are ample machines for a cheap-ish workout. The area isn’t bad for running outside when the weather is nice too.

Fantastic experience: A really great place to work out. Got myself a personal trainer to help me get on track. It is very clean unlike gyms I have been to. Very professional, great quality equipments. I was working out and did what I needed to do without it being extremely busy. Enough equipment to go around for everyone. It's a drive for me but definitely worth it!!

Anthony is a top notch personnel trainer that truly cares about each of his customers. He goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome and is welling to help all customers learn how to operate the equipment properly or provide tips on techniques to ensure the safety and productivity for everyone of his customers.

Positive experience: I've never felt like it was crowded here which is part of the reason I joined this gym. It doesn't have a bubbler so bring your water bottle pre-filled. There is a vending machine if you forget to fill up before arriving. It has enough equipment to get the job done. However, if you are looking to perform complex workouts you might not find everything you want. Kettle bells stop at 15 lbs.
