Bozeman Hot Springs: Opinions

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed it here! Will come again.
Positive experience: The facility is fantastic, pools beautiful. We like the spot but lowered the review because the pricing is crazy expensive. No towels in the locker room is particularly stingy, especially considering we paid around $100 for 4 of us. It's cost prohibitive for locals, but might be worth it for special occasions.
Fantastic experience: Well designed, love the combination of indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor hot spring
Negative experience: Schedule is rediculous. Closes at 7:30 on Friday and don't open till 8:30pm on Saturday. Huge inconvenience..
Negative experience: This place is a joke a big disgrace at that wasn’t able to go swimming because I have a newborn realize the temperature of the water was either too hot or too cold. There’s no sign for refunds and yet I cannot get my refund and I’ve only been there not even 10 minutes. they say that their pools are kid friendly, but they are absolutely either too cold or way too hot. There was no in between so I thought I could just get my money and be on my way. Kind of stupid to be charged for not even a one month old. I want my money back.
Fantastic experience: Bozeman Hot Springs was amazing! I put my kiddo in private swim lessons with Marina for a whole month there and she was amazing! She really took the time to meet him where he was at and he progressed so well. I noticed her working with other children of all ages and abilities who looked to be having very positive experiences with her as well. The facilities are awesome, too! Family dressing rooms, indoor and outdoor pools were clean and wonderful temperature. Highly recommend! We went both in the summer and winter! Very fun in both seasons.
Fantastic experience: Very good experience at the hot springs. temperatures Ranging from a brisk 59°F to a toasty 106°F, there’s a perfect pool for every mood and season. Exceptional cleanliness and quality standards Indoor pools are cleaned and drained nightly, using a flow-through system that minimizes disinfection chemicals. Spa, sauna, steam, fitness, and more—all under one roof
Fantastic experience: I’m confused why this has negative reviews, wonderful place. I think maybe because it’s confusing as to whether this is a hot spring spa or a community pool. It’s kind of both. Price is expensive for a community pool but very reasonable for a spa. Pools are kept up well. Towels and lockers are free. There is a water refill station. Indoor and outdoor pools ranging from freezing, to hot. It was a hot day so I appreciated some coole Pool temps. There are showers, changing rooms, and a cafe. Beautiful music. Because it’s kind of a community pool setting as well, families are welcome so lots of noisy children. Would be nice if one pool was kept adult only. The only complaint is I considered a night at the campground but that’s crazy priced. All in all one of the best hot springs I’ve been to
Fantastic experience: Went here as a tourist and it was such a peaceful and relaxing environment. I thoroughly enjoyed my time outside in the warm waters.
Fantastic experience: Awesome place! As a traveler from Canada this was epic! The towels provided with the dryers was extremely handy! The staff were friendly, and the place was very modern, clean, and sleek. The also had a little store for anything you need to go into the pools. They had different temperature pools, a sauna, steam room and a cold plunge. The lockers are code so pls remember your code. unlike I did. I completely forgot my code... but thankfully one of the staff was able to unlock it for me, super friendly guy. Definitely will come in again if I'm around!
Positive experience: Pools were nice. Complete lack of pool toys. Used to offer community pool toys. Quite disappointing.
Fantastic experience: REJUVENATING! We found this place by accident and now have another reason to visit Montana! The pools are great! The minerals in the water made my skin and hair feel so soft! The campgrounds are super clean and fairly spacious. Theres plenty of outdoor activities for everyone already set up and ready to play. Bozeman Hotsprings was an amazing find!
Fantastic experience: Very nice place & clean. Would highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Clean, spacious, well-maintained. Great value for the money. Strongly recommended if you are in the area.
Positive experience: A must visit in Bozeman! Best sauna I’ve ever been to and the hot tubs under the stars with live music was a highlight of my trip! Make sure to stop by for Sunday night music!
Fantastic experience: Great place for soaking in some hot water while taking in some music!
Negative experience: The spa is nice but the staff does not go above and beyond to serve their clientele. The ONLY shirt I wanted from the gift shop was a Medium T-Shirt on a Mannequin. They would not sell it to me even though it had a price tag on it. That screams laziness to me. They could swap it with a small (which was abundant) but they were just too damn lazy. Imagine being in business to make money and then denying an out of town client a shirt sale. Stupid logic. Disappointed in this place.
Fantastic experience: Nicely done. We got a wristband and returned in the evening when the outdoor pool area is nicely lit.
Fantastic experience: Had not been there in awhile They have completely remodeled the place. Very nice
Fantastic experience: Gorgeous place, very clean and well taken care of. So relaxing. After a 31 hour drive, it was just what I needed.
Fantastic experience: Love this place! Take advantage of healing Wednesday discount by downloading online app!
Fantastic experience: Place is absolutely amazing. Made my body feel like I was 20 years younger for a few days. My girlfriend thought I took viagra that night.
Negative experience: Barry, very disappointing !! it was overcrowded, loud, there was no adult pools at least outside. There was no cold plunge, at least outside it said the hottest tub was 103° well I’m in emergency services and due disaster management and wildfire so I travel all over the country and I always hit some Hot Springs after a deployment. So I was wondering why this one was so cheap ?? Well, as they say you get what you pay for I’d rather pay $50 and have some peace and quiet privacy in an actual hot hot spring. Never again Bozeman Hot Springs !! Thank you anyway PS… If you’re expecting natural Hot Springs go somewhere else, because they add chlorine to these pools. I might as well have gone swimming in a hotel pool, they’re about as warm. I have as many kids peeing in them and they add chlorine too. !!
Positive experience: Beautiful building, lots of amenities. Baristas are not the friendliest but the coffee was good
Positive experience: Our camping spot was full of dried out weeds! Bathrooms need a total remodel - they are in really rough shape. Also super frustrating that it is closed Saturday night to Sunday night - I realize it is for religious reasons but can't people outside their religion keep it open during those hours? All in all very expensive for what you get.
Negative experience: I want to love this place, but it is so dirty, especially in the locker rooms. I cancelled my membership because every time I got in the pools, I got sick.
Fantastic experience: Still one of the best hot spring I’ve been in th US, the got all sort of in door and out door hotsprings, and sometimes live music in the evening, sunset hot spring pool party is amazing
Fantastic experience: I joined Bozeman Hot Springs, after not having been out there for more than 30 years. Wow, what an improvement the remodel has made. The young women at the front desk are as personable as I've ever seen. They make a great first impression when you first to come in. I had my complementary free training session in the gym yesterday with Gabe and he was fantastic. I'm 71 years old and have been through physical therapy several times throughout the years. Gabe was at least as good or better than any physical therapist I have ever seen. There are a lot of distractions in that gym, but Gabe put his full attention the entire time in instructing me and helping me and he really knows his stuff.
Fantastic experience: Nice clean place with ample temperature options and a nice sauna and steam room. Went here with the homies
Fantastic experience: Incredibly peaceful and clean. Great sauna and cold plunge combo for anybody needing to detox.
Fantastic experience: We loved this. My daughter would have spent the entire vacation at the Hot Springs if given the chance. The variety of temperature pools allowed a spot for everyone. While their hottest pool wasn't as hot as some of the other Hot Springs I've visited it did not disappoint.
Fantastic experience: We always love this place! Had to stop in and get a good good soak in. We love the new entrance and changing rooms!
Fantastic experience: I have been coming here since I was a kid - same great water but now with massive upgrades all around it. The member suite is wonderful, clean and well stocked. There are a variety of pools with different temperatures also a sauna, steam room and gym. The cafe has delicious juices. One of the best places to unwind and relax. Highly recommend taking a soak if you’re in the area - you won’t regret it.
Fantastic experience: A perfect blend of relaxation and fun—Bozeman Hot Springs is a must-visit for anyone visiting the area. Experience: This place is a gem, offering a variety of indoor and outdoor pools with different temperatures. Whether you're looking to unwind in a quiet, steamy soak or enjoy a more social atmosphere outside, there’s a spot for everyone. The water is clean, the setting is beautiful, and the transitions between pools are easy and inviting. There are 8 pools to choose from depending on the atmosphere you’re looking for. Atmosphere: The outdoor pools are inviting, with string lights and natural surroundings that create a peaceful vibe, especially in the evening and they do have live music on certain days of the week. Inside, the pools and steam room are clean and well-maintained, with both hot and cold pools to choose from. Amenities: The facility includes locker rooms, showers, and even a small gym. Live music on certain nights adds a lively and unique touch to the experience. Price: The entrance fee is very reasonable for what you get. Day passes are available, and the experience is well worth the cost. We only paid 21$ per person when we went on a Thursday. Tip: Bring sandals, a towel (they do however provide plenty of towels in case you forget on), and water to stay hydrated. People do fill their water bottles from the spouts that spray into the cold pool inside as well. It can get busy on weekends, so consider going earlier in the day or on a weekday if you want a quieter experience.
Fantastic experience: This is beautiful place and magical atmosphere
Fantastic experience: GREAT PLACE EVERYTHING IS JUST WONDERFUL MUSIC COOL AND HOT POOLS EVERYTHING IS JUST GORGEOUS ♥️♥️♥️
Negative experience: We’re from Bozeman and have traveled all over the western US. We have concluded that Bozeman Hot Springs has the worst showers of anywhere we’ve traveled, including dozens of state parks and commercial campgrounds. Hot springs, cold showers with no pressure. Don’t plan on shaving!
Fantastic experience: Bozeman Hot Springs is definitely the place to go to unwind and relax if you are passing through or just need a day to decompress. They had different hot spring pools of varying temperatures, indoor pools, and a large gym available as well. Its atmosphere is nice and the landscaping by the pool is cool. My husband and I felt rejuvenated after soaking for a few hours. Drinks and food are available indoors. Their gift shop has a variety of bathing suits, swim toys and gadgets, sunblock, and souvenirs available for purchase. Bathroom amenities include free lockers, bathing suit wringers, bathrooms, showers, and changing rooms. If you become a member, their bathroom and changing rooms area is much larger and nicer and have a few extra features. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area!
Fantastic experience: Very clean and well maintained. Lots of indoor and outdoor pool options with different sizes and temps. Was a great stop for my wife and I after a long day of driving. Took out all the kinks. Rejuvenating. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: This hot springs reminded me of the ones I visited in Iceland. Worth a visit for sure especially if you’ve done a long drive and want to soak and relax.
Positive experience: A little expensive, only reason it's a 4 is because the price doesn't match the experience. The cold tub is nice the sauna and steam room are awesome. It's more expensive on weekends too but sometimes they have live music which goes late and they have their fire places on
Fantastic experience: This place has improved so much from a few years ago. Everything is new and well maintained. I noticed the staff would go around checking the temperature of the water. Plenty of indoor and outdoor pools. The highlight for me were the sauna, steam room and the gym. For sure if u are visiting, they provide a towel and a locker for your personal items. Also must try their smoothies!!!
Fantastic experience: Newly renovated. Costly, but very enjoyable! Lots of pools and clean water!
Fantastic experience: We went to this hot springs after arriving at the Bozeman Airport on our way to West Yellowstone. We had never been to a hot springs before. We really enjoyed our visit and found it very relaxing.
Fantastic experience: I have a free membership here and come here a lot, great facility and staff, and I like telling people about my free membership.
Positive experience: More like a spa style hot springs outside hot pools and inner pool sauna and hot tub. The locker room was good and clean. The entrance price was fair
Fantastic experience: The pool and staff were super friendly. The locker rooms were very clean. Do wish for more of a resort feeling tho. Would be nice if it had a resturant and maybe a small bar for the stayers and for the concerts.
Positive experience: I really enjoyed the hot pools, I did not enjoy that small children were allowed with floats. I wanted to relax but it was hard to do so. I reccomend bringing own beach size towel and a robe in colder weather. Place was clean and staff was friendly. No where really to put your towel to keep dry if it is raining or snowing as well.
Fantastic experience: Have been a member at the Bozeman Hot Springs for a while now. Was surprised at the helpfulness and consideration of one of the Managers the other day. I believe his name was Gunner. Excellent employee making the hot springs even better!
Fantastic experience: Bozeman Hot Springs is a hidden gem for truckers looking to relax after a long haul. Easy access and parking for a semi truck made it super convenient. The place has 12 different pools with temps from cool to steaming hot, plus both dry and steam saunas. Everything’s included in the entry — no extra fees. Clean facilities, friendly people, and the perfect way to unwind after hours on the road. Whether you’re solo or with friends, this spot is worth the stop!
Negative experience: Please update your Google hours of operation and let your staff know when checking guests into the campgrounds the correct time. There are about 150 people waiting on 5/3 as your open time is listed at 830 and you didn't open until 9. Also, their locker locks are faulty and they jam up. After waiting 40 extra minutes to get in, I spent another 15 minutes dealing with a locker issue.
Fantastic experience: I've had a membership since 2013, and have been stopping in since the late 90's! I always have a great experience, I've seen constant improvements and upgrades over the span. I am totally fine with them closing down on Friday night and Saturday day time. It's a smart decision, it would be a mad house at those times, totally over run and unenjoyable. Thanks for 12+ great years!
Fantastic experience: Amazing place! I’m so sad that we found it on the last day of the trip to Yellowstone. It’s best thing to go there after full day of hiking and photo hunting)
Fantastic experience: Amazing so much fun to do after dinner time when the sun is going down. I recommend for anyone traveling through Bozeman!!
Fantastic experience: Honestly, having hot springs like this in town made us seriously consider moving from the East Coast)) The place is new, and for the number of people they host, it’s fairly clean. Yes, some ladies in the locker room were stepping on white towels in their boots (clearly have never hand-washed laundry in their life…), but that’s just a side note. The outdoor pools are spacious, and in the evening — with snow falling, fire pits glowing, and the lights reflecting off the steam — it’s incredibly romantic. The indoor spa is just as impressive, with hot steam rooms and… a cold plunge! For those who don’t just come to splash around but actually understand the beauty of heat and cold contrast — this place is a gem. The entry price feels like a gift, but heads up: they’re closed on Fridays and Saturdays, which was a bit of a shock — but a fair measure to keep the ppl quality high. Skip brunch — come here first thing in the morning. 100% worth a visit!
Positive experience: Beautiful place. But there are some weird people and creepy men in there. Stay safe to all visitors!!
Fantastic experience: Amazing atmosphere! Incredible staff, experience this living dreaming for yourself. You will never forget it!
Fantastic experience: I love going to this outdoor hot springs in Bozeman. Often, on Sundays they have live music. It’s newly remodeled and the outdoors and locker rooms are very clean. I don’t spend any time in the indoor pools, but have been in the sauna and steam room. Both are spacious and comfortable.
Fantastic experience: Clean, relaxing place. Would be nice if there were discount family packages . Nice place
Fantastic experience: So many pools to relax in!
Fantastic experience: This is resort style hot springs. Never been to such a beautiful hot springs location. There's a cafe, gym, about 12 pools outdoor/indoor of various temps and sizes, sauna, steam room, clean towels, free lockers, and there was live music.
Fantastic experience: I Love Bozeman Hotsprings. You have outdoor and indoor pools and hot tubs and steam room. There is a hot hot tub inside and right next to it is the cold cold tub. Always get such great body therapy with the heat and the cold.
Fantastic experience: Nice developed hot springs with very hot sauna (Finnish hot), steam room and multiple indoor and outdoor cold and hot pools. Live music every Thursday and Sunday evening.
Negative experience: Misleading online pricing and lack of schedule. They use “Holiday” pricing during spring break, which is a ridiculous money grab. They don’t have a schedule online stating what their observed “Holidays” are. Based off the website and online pricing, we expected to pay the M-F rate during the week, but found out when we got there to pay that they were charging the weekend/Holiday rate. Not a fan of companies with limited transparency.
Positive experience: It'd be better if they followed max capacity rules out in the pools and the hours weren't changing every single week. Consistency isn't their strong suit.
Fantastic experience: Our family found Bozeman Hot Spring December 2023 on our first trip to Montana for a Winter trip. We had such a great time we returned to Bozeman Feb 2025. Out of our 5 full days there we preplanned two days just to enjoy Boseman Hot Springs and that speaks volumes for a group of young adults with Mom and Dad. We love that the new addition was finished providing a great area to change clothes/shower/dress, as well as enjoy a snack if desired. Free lockers this time was a great perk, thanks! We love the options of the indoor and outdoor pools, and the attached, well accommodated gym. Our first day visiting this time it was snowing, and relaxing in a 105 pool with the snow coming down was magical, and warm. The heat of the pool and the cold of the snow balanced our body temperatures perfectly and we stayed many hours just visiting together as a family, relaxing. We came back for our second day on Thursday when we knew they would have music and we were not disappointed. The way the outside area is set up is Zen already, and then add the fire at night and the guitar music to the area and it was just such a pleasurable, unique experience. Thank you for helping us make wonderful family memories!
Positive experience: Used to love this place, but the water is noticeably colder on some days, and locker room showers are tepid at best. I'm all for fa.ily friendliness, but too many splashing, screaming kids are allowed everywhere. It would be much nicer if they were limited to a few areas in order to allow adults to have peace and quiet in other areas. Apparently the new 'brand and standard' (this is the favorite wording of their customer service manager Brett, he repeats this phrase over and over) of the Bozeman Hot Springs is now, 'Pricing Out The Locals'. Pricing has literally quadrupled in the last few years. Not the greatest look. They own the land and the hot spring water is free, so it's hard to see this huge jump in customer pricing being justified. Why not offer a locals price for people who can prove they live in Montana year round? Why not offer a 5 or 10 punch pass? A monthly membership only pencils out if you come more than once a week. And charging a $75 'initiation fee' just to type my info into a computer 8s for what exactly? Please don't penalize the locals while you're trying to make plenty of money from all the tourists. Just sad to see another Montana business hopping on the Gouge Wagon.
Fantastic experience: Clean, relaxed, and friendly. Planning to frequent this place when in the area. I wish there was something like this in the Billings area.
Fantastic experience: Fabulous staff, clean facilities. Had a very relaxing and meditative experience. The gym is very clean and well-maintained with a great variety of equipment. The sauna is great and gets very hot. A little pricey but you definitely get what you pay for.
Fantastic experience: Nice hot pools and even a cold plunge. I feel this is a must have for a hot springs! Kind of cool that they're open until midnight but waiting until 6 pm on the weekends for them to open is torture haha.
Fantastic experience: My family loves this place. I signed my kids up for swim lessons with Marina. Best investment of the year! She is absolutely wonderful and my boys adore her calm energy. They get that one on one while we as a family enjoy the springs healing waters.
Fantastic experience: Very clean facility, nice amenities, & highly relaxing!
Negative experience: They don't return phone calls, it is hard to end the membership. Been calling for four months trying to stop my membership. Cannot get anybody to call me back. Amenities are OK for the price.
Fantastic experience: To the punk that asked for “my research” when I told him brain cells regenerate your whole life in the sauna- but obviously not for some. Also, this place is fantastic and I highly recommend it! Yes, brain cells (neurons) do regenerate throughout life, a process known as neurogenesis. This has been confirmed by multiple scientific studies. Below are some key findings and sources: 1. Adult Neurogenesis in the Hippocampus • Study: Eriksson et al. (1998), Nature Medicine • Findings: This landmark study provided the first direct evidence that new neurons are generated in the adult human hippocampus, a brain region critical for memory and learning. • Source: Eriksson et al., 1998 - Neurogenesis in the adult human hippocampus 2. Lifelong Neurogenesis in Humans • Study: Spalding et al. (2013), Cell • Findings: By analyzing carbon-14 levels in brain tissue, researchers found that humans continue to produce new neurons in the hippocampus throughout life, even in old age. • Source: Spalding et al., 2013 - Dynamics of hippocampal neurogenesis throughout the human lifespan 3. Exercise and Diet Boost Neurogenesis • Study: Van Praag et al. (1999), Nature Neuroscience • Findings: Physical activity, environmental enrichment, and a healthy diet can enhance the production of new neurons in the hippocampus. • Source: Van Praag et al., 1999 - Running increases neurogenesis in the adult brain 4. New Neurons in the Striatum • Study: Ernst et al. (2014), Cell • Findings: This study found evidence of neurogenesis in the striatum, a brain region involved in motor control and decision-making. • Source: Ernst et al., 2014 - Neurogenesis in the human striatum What This Means • Neurogenesis occurs mostly in the hippocampus but may also happen in other areas. • Exercise, learning, social interaction, and certain diets (rich in omega-3s, flavonoids, and antioxidants) can enhance neurogenesis. • Chronic stress, poor diet, and aging can slow down neurogenesis but do not stop it entirely. Would you like more details on how to boost neurogenesis in daily life?
Negative experience: Too many kids. When I think of hot springs, I think of a place to unwind and relax. An adults-only section (other than the small bath-tub sized pools inside) would make this a welcome retreat. Most other hot springs have some sort of dedicated adult area with hotter temperature pools. The massive amount of kids, floaties and pool toys completely detracted from the relaxing experience we were hoping for.
Fantastic experience: Pricey, but the recent renovations and additional included features are worth the cost. The $20+ entry fee includes access to all indoor and outdoor pools, steam room and sauna, towel, locker, private dressing rooms, and shower with hair products and body wash.
Fantastic experience: Great staff! Chill atmosphere. An all around fun time. Live music from Pink Floyd cover band this evening.
Positive experience: Very clean and curated facilities. Coffee and cafe treats were delicious. It is a great in-town experience. For those seeking more solitude it may not be the perfect fit. Indoor space can be loud from conversation and not outdoor quiet spaces that I noted.
Positive experience: good place to go and relax, I give 4 points for the outdoor pool, I didn't like the inside. Too bad there's nowhere to eat
Fantastic experience: By far the best hotsprings I've been too. Very clean and spacious atmosphere. Free lockers.
Fantastic experience: Always a great visit especially since renovation. They have everything you need but please shower before entering pools
Fantastic experience: We stayed at the campground and took full advantage of using the hot springs while we were there! Very clean facilities and loved being able ti unwind after our packed days in the spring.
Fantastic experience: My favorite hot springs in all of Montana. The recent upgrades to locker rooms is fantastic. It’s clean and I always come out of there feeling soo good
Fantastic experience: Welcome relaxation on our Trans North America (Maryland, USA to Jasper National Park, Alberta, Canada) overland road trip! The water is crystal clear and heated to a rejuvenating temperature. A variety of other amenities - indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and even a cold plunge. You can also enjoy a massage or facial at the on-site spa.
Negative experience: I’m spending a day in Bozeman going to/from Yellowstone. Thought a mineral spring soak would be a nice way to relax, be healthy, and experience something unique, particularly in January. The facility seems nice enough. But it is NOT relaxing or healthy! On a Thursday mid-day there were at least 50 children under ten (including babies in diapers) in the indoor pools. There seemed to be at least 3 little kids per adult in the pools. These a natural pools with no chlorine and I’m sure many a kiddo was peeing. There are designated “adult pools” but there were kids in those, including a 4 year old with a boogie board. ♀️ That aside, the decibel level in the indoor pool area was off the charts. Lots of screeching and cannonballing. It was way more water park vibe than spa/mineral springs. I tried the sauna instead, but it was jam packed and two people sitting right above me started doing forceful deep breathing exercises. I’m a regular sauna user so I’m ok with the breathing exercises, but these guys had very snotty noses (you could hear the congestion) and they were spewing whatever bug they had right on my head. Of course going to a sauna helps you fight a cold and I get the method here. But It’s an enclosed space with 15 people shoulder to shoulder in it! Gross. Finally, I tried the outdoor pools in hopes of some peace and space. The outdoor pools are *heavily* chlorinated. Smells bad sitting with your nose right next to the water and also isn’t very healthy because chlorine kills your skin biome. Granted it also neutralizes kid pee. Sooo… I’m not here to poo poo on kids. I just wanted to leave a very clear review that this is not a serene or healthy place for those who were seeking that. It’s more a swim club for locals, which is very cool! Though it sounds like they’re getting priced out, which is a shame.
Positive experience: Very nice, clean place. Lots of pool options, both indoor and outdoor. Camping available (spendy, but includes soaking for 2 people. Really wish they would have a 1 person camp & soak rate!) Towels included, re-entry if you ask for a wristband. My only complaint was the noise. Busy road right out front, and when you're in the outdoor pools you can hear this giant loud fan which kind of disturbs the peace of a hot springs. I recommend ear buds if you're noise sensitive.
Positive experience: New improvements are great. Lockers room went from disgusting to very nice. New cafe although the selection is a little too “healthy” for my taste with the old ice cream counter. Pools and staff great as before. Great break from sore legs skiing. Must go.
Fantastic experience: Great experience! Entire family had a great time and I would definitely recommend. Family is already trying to fit another visit in before our vacation ends. A must for sure!!
Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. One thing to note, in one of the changing rooms, across from the outdoor pools, there are no towels. Only by the indoor pool area or in those changing rooms. This could be a little clearer. But this is a must-do if you are in the area.
Fantastic experience: Love this place! The time and money they put into the hotsprings to keep it beautiful is amazing! Staff are alway working hard keeping it clean , beautiful ambience outside , amazing sauna inside, always recommend visitors to area to check it out !
Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service! I was visiting from out of town and accidentally left my bathing suit at the hot spring. When I called to ask about it, they mailed it to my home at no charge to me. For someone who hates shopping for bathing suits, this was an absolute gift. For those visiting with little kids, the facility has nice a nice family locker room with large, private bathrooms that have showers and changing tables. It was much easier to get my little one ready with the help of my spouse in this space than when I have to do it alone in a single-gender bathroom like at most places. We brought our own towels, but didn’t need them. They are included in the cost of admission. They also have free day-use lockers.
Positive experience: Nice place, but is not as great as it once was. I still love coming here, but some new policies are annoying, and many people here are just plain weird. The construction of who knows what in the back corner has been going on for at least five years, and has no foreseeable end. The prices have also been steadily increasing. Don't get me wrong though, those are my only complaints, and it is an overall awesome place to visit.
Fantastic experience: I loved this place. There were several pools, all with different temperatures. I was there at sunset. The lights plus the fire made it all really cool. The locker room and showers were pristine, and I loved the bathing suit spinner.
Positive experience: The bathrooms, showers, and amenities inside are so nice! Love that towels are provided too. Wish the lounge chairs were more comfortable though. Otherwise, an awesome way to spend the day! We’d definitely go back.
Positive experience: Great value especially if staying at the campground. Fun family atmosphere. Live music. Don’t expect tranquil spa-like atmosphere like Japanese onsens or Nordic spas. This is not like that. Lots of large groups having fun here.
Fantastic experience: My favorite hot springs ever and I've been to 50. I wish I could leave ten stars. I've strongly considered moving here for this place. It's never overpriced over 15 years of visits.
Fantastic experience: I used to he a local and remember BHS from the 1980s, but the changes they have made have taken it to whole new level. Elegant and well priced, lots of options for soaking, my only complaint is the lockers aren’t very intuitive compared to other places I’ve been but not a huge deal. This is a WHOLE different level than the old BHS.
Negative experience: Incredibly crowded and rude guests. Screaming children everywhere. This is advertised as a hot spring type spa but it’s essentially the family public pool but you’re paying a very high price. Didn’t get into the pools because kids were probably pissing in them. There should be an age limit enforced because it was obvious a gaggle of teenage girls decided to make the changing room their own personal hangout and carry on their loud conversation. What could have been a relaxing experience was sadly not. If reservations and a limit on guests was implemented (in addition to minors being required to be accompanied by an adult) this could be a relaxing experience. Save yourself your money and go to the city of Bozeman Bogert Pool down the road for only $4 if you want the same experience and a fraction of the price.
Fantastic experience: Great place to relax I love the three Hot springs on the outside they have two inside and a normal swimming pool on the inside and a cold plunge pool. reasonably priced to spend a day there..
Fantastic experience: So nice and very clean. Really fancy and expensive, but if you spend a good amount of time there they make it worth your money. Many pools to choose from with different temps. One large indoor pool for the kiddos.
