Positive experience: This place is pretty awesome, but it's a bummer that it shuts down at 9pm on a Friday night. I usually get out of work late and don't have the opportunity to do any squats. I hope they extend the hours and bring back more yoga classes!

Fantastic experience: The gym has wonderful staff and personal trainers, as well as fantastic amenities like a sauna, steam rooms, and a pool and jacuzzi. The group classes offered are also excellent and provide great workouts. You don't need to spend a fortune to get a good gym experience.

Fantastic experience: 425 is a great gym at a reasonable price. Its equipment is kept in top condition and is regularly updated. The staff are professional, helpful, and welcoming, and the trainers are knowledgeable, caring, and committed to helping their clients reach their goals. The pool is great and does not have the unpleasant smell of too much chlorine. During busy times, the lockers can be untidy (due to members not putting their dirty towels in the bins) but the staff soon sorts it out. There is also plenty of equipment, so you don't have to wait around.

Fantastic experience: I have been a part of Gold's Gym Redmond/425 Fitness since before it opened and I go there regularly with a personal trainer. It is managed well and has excellent equipment that is frequently upgraded. The trainers are knowledgeable and experienced. Even though I am a serious bodybuilder, the gym also caters to people who are just starting out. If you are looking to get rid of the extra weight or get in shape for the summer, or if you are planning to compete in the Emerald Cup, then this is the place for you.
