Fantastic experience: The UKIAH HEALTH CLUB is the best around, with the owners and staff treating members like family and showing them total respect. They have a sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, a kid's club, scheduled classes and training, and equipment that is tailored to meet the needs of the members. I truly feel at home here.

Fantastic experience: The personnel are incredibly warm and accommodating. The building is stunning and immaculate. It is clear that a lot of effort has been put into maintaining the facility.

Fantastic experience: This gym has made a lot of improvements since the current management took over. It is kept clean, the staff are friendly, and the services are excellent. Not only does it have an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, indoor basketball and racket ball courts, it also offers fitness classes and more. For those who want to take advantage of other gyms in Ukiah, they offer a "black card" fitness pass for an extra fee. All in all, this is a great place to work out. If you are interested, they are more than happy to give you a tour.
