Fantastic experience: Such an awesome gym. Kind of old school and has every piece of equipment you could need. I am from out of town and used this gym before I left. It’s amazing. Wish I would’ve come here earlier in the week. Incredibly nice owner, very clean space! I’ll be back.

Train4Life totally fit the bill— well equipped gym and the owner Jodi Cash could not have been nicer! We need more businesses like this one and more people like Jodi. 5 stars!! And the wedding was glorious!! ♥️

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Boone not to mention best prices!!! They have everything plus protein shakes and a sana. You also don't pay extra for 24 hour access like every other place in Boone and no contracts. You can always count on the staff to help you out with any question. Their personal trainer Hunter has great knowledge and great pricing as well! I've been going here for almost 2 years now and I won't be moving anytime soon.

Fantastic experience: I went into the gym today to check it out and could not have been more pleased. I was greeted at the front desk by Larson (the owner) and as I was learning about the gym there were a handful of people coming in for their daily work out, all saying hello and looking happy to be there. The facility is great, with cardio and weights - everything you could need to get in a good full-body workout. Besides the friendly staff and clean environment, I love that it's open 24/7. On top of that it's easily accessible - right off of 105.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Boone! Friendly staff, great equipment, clean, and the only gym with sauna and revolving stair master. The membership is also cheap and it includes 24 access. No need to pay extra for 24 access like the others around town and you don't have to worry about it closing early or being open. You have all the tools to get the fit body you want. They also have personal trainers if you need extra motivation. I am a gym junkie and I looked at all the gyms and I guarantee no other gym will be the beat Fit24 period.
