Fantastic experience: Improving all the time Men's locker room is kept up but the ladies locker room always has hair clogging the drains so if you drop your soap in the shower you will probably want to leave it Just upgraded to 5 stars because they let us in early last week so stay tuned to see if they keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: I love it there it is clean people are friendly. I canceled my membership from La Fitness the pool there was always closed !!!! La fitness has poor management!!!!

Negative experience: I coached a class for kids here through my organization years ago. Unfortunately, a friend of mine perished violently one day I had a class resulting in me being late for class because I was sick with grief and the parents were nasty and racist even when I explained. They pulled their kids and we lost the class. What a racist and unemphatic community.

Positive experience: Why is there 7 photos of the dumpsters out back and none of the weight lifting area -_-

Negative experience: Not a fan of the British swim school, parents sitting around videoing their kids but getting everyone that swims. This should not be allowed.

Positive experience: I went for an art fair. It was a good-sized space where vendors sold their crafts. There was plenty of parking.

Fantastic experience: People r so friendly luv my workout everyday.. staff at door r really sweet..

Negative experience: I'm an Air Force Veteran and attempted to see if the Rec Center would allow a military style event. From which I left my information to the front desk and they informed me that the manager Rocco was going to return my call and email me back from which he never did. Two weeks later/today me and one of my former military colleagues that is still active came by the place to get an update to see if the message was passed on. From which, Rocco walked up to us immediately said "we don't do that here" not even an introduction or not even a "hi how are you how can I assist you"? I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service.

Negative experience: I really liked this gym but I feel a way because when my brother passed away months ago, which was my last sibling on earth I was so messed up to the point I totally forgot I had this gym on auto pay. I had to take off work for weeks because I was so messed up. Only to be told I have to pay back pay to start up my account again with this gym. They have all my information, phone number and everything. I couldn’t even get a call to say hey your account will be charging back pay soon if you don’t pay. I guess a phone call to the customer is too much work to help people out. You just never know what someone is going through but now I have to find another gym.

Positive experience: You get out what you put into it if you don’t put nothing into it, you’ll get nothing out of it. I’ve been through at least a half a dozen physical rehab facilities, both acute and subacute within the last couple years due to spinal fusion that I had done and had gotten an infection in my surgical incision was a staff that led the Mersa and haunted me for the last 2 1/2 years of my life. I found this place to help me out with what I needed

Positive experience: 1. They rarely keep up with the schedule advertised at the entrance (and when you sign up) for open swimming, and with the number of lanes to be open. 2. Rude swimming instructors who when approached about being late with getting the kids out of the pool in time they become argumental. 3. Most of the time they do not place the lane dividers back after cardio splash or swimming lessons. 4. Today there were to be 5 lanes available to open swimming and in fact there were only 2!!! 5. The 5th lane was taken for swimming lessons with toddlers in pampers, and the first 2 lanes (with no divider between them) were taken for other private swimming lessons. At some point a girl vomited in the pool and the instructor did not disclose anything until after about 10 minutes later. People in the pool thought she was fishing for for a piece of lost jewelry with the net, until she finally decided to tell people they should get out of the pool, but without disclosing why. I brought up a few of the above with the staff up-front, but not sure if they will do anything about it. That is the reason for my 3 star review. I still hope they can change a few things for good as I am planning to be a long term member there!

Negative experience: I liked this place before and I would've recommended it to everyone. However, there's always someone who has to ruin that. There's a woman who works here that has a very nasty attitude. It takes a very evil person to discriminate against children with special needs. Public adventures are always unpredictable for parents. The last thing a parent needs is someone like her to make everything more difficult with nothing but attitude and rude facial expressions.

Fantastic experience: Number 1 for all you fitness needs. There's a gym, walking track, fitness center, and best of all a pool. There's aquatic classes 6 days a week with various instructors to choose from. There is also lap swim and swimming lessons. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Extra bonus, they accept the silver sneakers program.

Fantastic experience: Staff is extremely helpful and so kind! Prices are so reasonable and the facility is kept up so well. The kids swim lessons are a huge hit the children really have a blast swimming with the amazing teachers!

Fantastic experience: I would like to give a real shout out to the Crestwood Recreation & Wellness Center. They are Amazing! My wife is suffering from cancer. And is currently in a wheelchair. I live in a condo complex with a pool. But there is a limit as to how many people can attend. She Loves the water and really wanted to go in the water during the memorial day weekend. We were going to need way more than 4 people so my pool was not an option, because Even though I asked my complex about it and told them my special circumstances, the gave me such a hard time! Really kind of sad. Anyways… I got on the phone with the Crestwood Recreation & Wellness Center and spoke with Cory the manager. I explained my circumstances and he right away came to the Rescue!! He invited me and my wife along with a total of up to 15 people (that was my number I gave him) and welcomed all of us to his pool FREE OF CHARGE!! We had an Amazing Time she was able to get into the pool on a raft at first then finally she was able to swim with the help of a floatie on her own! Way to Go Cory and the Crestwood Rec Ctr! Can’t thank you enough for making such special memories for my wife and family!!!

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic experience here. My mother (diagnosed with cancer) really wanted to go swimming but needed to find a pool with a heater nearby. Cory worked with our entire family and worked everything out so that our family could enjoy a nice pool day with my mom. Super friendly, incredibly accommodating, and caring. I would definitely come back here!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and clean facility. Joined for the pool - nice clean 25 yard lanes with great hours for lap swim. Classes seem well attended and have a loyal following. Locker rooms are tidy and shower and restroom facilities are clean and well kept.

Fantastic experience: I love yoga there. I joined about 3yrs ago I love Beth our yoga instructor. I wish I can add more Stars ⭐⭐
