Fantastic experience: Loved it

Negative experience: Overpriced for the local community. Courts need to be better maintained they are all in need of some type of maintenance. Concessions stand never open, vending machines never work, but not allowed to bring outside drinks. The bathrooms are far far away inches back corner alot of elderly people were complaining why this size building only had one bathroom .

Negative experience: Reserved court for basketball practice when I showed up place was shutdown they did not even contact me to let me know they were shut down wasted me and my parents time and made me look bad kids showing up for practice and the place is shut down...!! TERRIBLE!!!!

Negative experience: If there were negative stars I would give this place -5! Teams pay to practice and they charge parents "spectator fees" of $5/per person over the age of 6 - no matter whether you get there before practice or about 2 minutes before practice is over. The weird, unprofessional, rude creatures they have sitting at the desk lack all the adjectives there are for decent customer interaction, personal appearance, etc. Their bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. Dirty, smelly, broken stall doors, clogged up, etc. - Why should parents have to pay to watch their kids practice?

Negative experience: After years of coming to this location, yesterday was the first time I ever had problems at this facility. The young lady working the entrance counter is unfit to work anywhere. She is unprofessional and an instigator. She gonna get somebody seriously hurt due to her mouth. The other staff was helpful in preventing a conflict due scheduling problems, but this young lady should stay within guide lines of the company or find a job where she don't have to deal with civilians. As far as the actual location and courts it's a great place to play and workout at. I would leave 5 stars but the girl gotta go.

Positive experience: Convenient location. Not the friendliest of staff. Toilets need better maintenance. More food/snack variety and quantity needed. Food should be kept in cafeteria area only. Only water should be allowed on or near court/bleachers.

Positive experience: Adequate parking Clean restrooms Concessions could have more variety All court dividers werent used /available resulting in cross court loose balls . Too many games at once, too loud.

Positive experience: This is a nice facility but is not a good place to hold basketball tournaments. The seating is minimal and adjacent to the score clocks making it impossible to see the score. No room in between courts and frequently the balls from other games interrupt the one you are watching. Good concessions.
