Her Flex Fitness is a strength and conditioning studio for women only, located in Capitol Heights, MD. We offer in-person and virtual sessions 7 days a week! Our gym is dedicated to making you stronger, leaner, and healthier.

Losing weight is tough, and we're right there with you every step of the way. Our trainers are passionate and knowledgeable, and they'll help you stay on track and reach your goals. They'll celebrate with you every time you reach a new level! We also host social events and gatherings for our members, because we believe in creating a community of women who support and encourage each other.

Working out at the gym can be difficult, but getting to the gym shouldn't be. Her Flex Fitness Studio is located in Capitol Heights and is easily accessible from all parts of the city. The studio is located in the back of the Ritchie Business Center and can be accessed through the side road/entrance.

You need to be patient when trying to see results, as they won't happen overnight. However, if you stick with it and are consistent, you will eventually see results. This is especially true when you're just starting out, as you can see a difference in your strength and fitness level in just 30 days.

We prefer to have smaller class sizes so that everyone can get to know each other and make friends that share similar interests. We also hold social events outside of the studio so that everyone can get to know each other and build a community.

You should attend at least three classes per week, depending on your fitness goals. For beginners, we recommend taking an upper body, total body, and lower body class each week. After a few sessions, talk to a coach about your goals and they will help you create a workout plan.

If you're attending a virtual session, you'll receive a zoom link via email 30-45 minutes before the class is set to start. All you need for the virtual session are a set of dumbbells. If you don't have dumbbells, water gallons with the side handle are a great substitute. Resistance bands are a plus, but if you don't have access to any equipment, chat with the Trainer and ask for modifications - you can still get a great workout using just your body weight.

Our fitness program is the best way to get in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, we have a workout that is right for you. As you become fitter, the workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you closer to your goals. Our program is designed to be scalable for anyone, making it the perfect choice for any committed individual regardless of experience.

Make sure to enjoy special indulgences and meals every once in a while- it's all part of a healthy lifestyle. It's important to be realistic though and not go overboard; everything should be manageable in the long term. The good news is, the healthier you eat, the more likely you are to want to continue eating healthy foods. You'll start to feel better and junk food won't seem as appealing. To see real, noticeable improvements in your health, cut back on refined carbohydrates and make sure you're getting the right amounts of protein, carbs and fat.

Fantastic experience: I've only been attending this gym for a short time, but I wanted to leave a review. The customer service I've received, both through email and in person, has been outstanding. Questions are always answered quickly and efficiently. The workouts are tough, and the trainers take the time to get to know you. The atmosphere is very inviting and I'm really looking forward to my classes here. I would highly recommend this gym to any woman who wants to take their health and fitness seriously - 10/10!
