Fantastic experience: There is a good selection of equipment, friendly personnel, and ample room to exercise. Unfortunately, there are some inconsiderate people who do not replace the weights or monopolize the 5-6 range dumbbells. Despite this, it is a clean and affordable place to work out.

Fantastic experience: I live local in the area. It is by far the best gym I have been to. I have been a member since 2019 and I have remained faithful during the pandemic. They have a track upstairs for walking or running, free weights up to like 200 lbs, deadlift and squat bars. They have multiple squat racks and several bench press areas. They also have a towel membership that you can pay yearly to get a towel everyday. The locker room has several showers and a sauna. They have discounts for students as well. It is all you will ever need in a gym.

Fantastic experience: Staff is friendly, helpful and just the best. Equipment is nice and always in good condition. A vast variety of equipment to fulfill any and all of your workout needs. Bathrooms are clean which is even better. There response to and implantation of Covid countermeasures is brilliant and despite missing the sauna I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Fantastic experience: A good gym, especially for students and 3+ families (considerable discounts). Crowd is pretty good, they'll let you keep to yourself and usually have decent gym etiquette. But most people are approachable if you need a spot or someone to record you. They've got a great variety of machines and free weight equipment. Even at peak times, I've rarely had to wait for a piece of equipment. I would suggest switching over some of the bench press stations to squat racks, since I don't think I've ever seen even half of those benches occupied.

Fantastic experience: Love the gym and I have been going here since freshman year. Staff is nice and Jon is a great trainer and would recommend him to anyone. I would def suggest going if you're looking for a gym(its pretty cheap for college students). They don't get mad about dropping weights or chalk and you can always find a free squat rack/bench.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for around 6 moths now and I love it. One of my complaints would be that even with a student discount, it's costly. BUT it with the membership includes access to all of their classes and there is quite the variety. Would definitely recommend to anyone "on the fence" about whether or not they should join.

Fantastic experience: I have trained in extravagant fitness centers in various states in my lifetime. I have also trained in rugged hard-core weight rooms all over the United States. This fitness center fits like a glove! I am becoming more and more comfortable here. I believe it has all I need. I am happy with the variety of staff abilities and educational backgrounds! I am impressed with the classes and in general attitude and mannerisms of the staff! You can train hard-core here!!!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Blacksburg for families. No contest. The gym staff are friendly and helpful. The equipment selection is massive. There is an indoor running track on the second floor. Tons of classes available. My wife loved the Zumba and spinning classes. Saunas in the locker rooms. Everything is clean and organized. The best part, if you have children, is the on-site day care available! They will watch your younglings for an hour or two while you work out, and it's super easy to arrange. The cost is ridiculously small, something like $10 a month on top of your membership. This give provided is with our sanity and time to work out during the first years of raising our child. I miss this gym everyday (moved out of the area).
