Fantastic experience: Great low-key gym! Never busy, lots of great gear, very clean!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working out at Vitality Health Fitness in Cave Creek while on my honeymoon and it was amazing! The gym is extremely clean with a good layout and all the equipment one would need to get a good workout. I really appreciated the attention to detail - from the towels in the locker rooms to the use of high quality, natural products like soap. They even had high quality protein bars for post workout - what a bonus! Blair, the owner, was so kind and helpful when I came in and made sure all of my questions were answered. Whether you live in Cave Creek or you are visiting the area, this is the gym to go to!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for several years. I love it. Everyone from staff to members are helpful and pleasant to be around. The trainers are great and Blair does a really nice job keeps g the gym clean, updated and everything I working order. I’d pay twice as much to have this gym in Cave Creek. I tried every gym within 5-7 miles and this one is the best by far.

Fantastic experience: In town for a day and needed to get in a workout. At first glance I thought there is no way I can in this place. Small. But once inside they have just about everything you need. Super friendly at the front desk and made getting a day pass quick. I would definitely go back next time in town.

Fantastic experience: New to Cave Creek, I was looking for a local gym recently. Thankfully I found Vitality Health Fitness, just a few minutes from home. I wanted a personal experience, not a big box gym. I found it. Something that I appreciated is, if you want to train, you don't have to pay Initiation or Membership fees. (although the fees to work out on your own are the most reasonable that I found) I'm in better shape at 67 than in my 30's thanks to Blair and Black Mountain Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience working out at Vitality this winter. The gym itself is very clean, well appointed, and super welcoming. Working out with Blair has made me much stronger and more confident in my abilities. She was very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable in working around some of my chronic joint issues which I appreciated very much. She was also great in connecting me with other resources to help with my fitness goals. I can’t wait to come back and work with her next season!

Fantastic experience: Great locally owned gym. Blair, the owner, is focused on the health and fitness of her guests. Well stocked gym and an encouraging atmosphere. Very affordable with day, week and month passes. No initiation fee and discount for vets and first responders. Love it

Fantastic experience: Black Mountain Fitness is a terrific gym, great equipment and staff, the owner is Janie French and she is an awesome trainer as well, she can be tough but is always on the lookout if if you have any issues on your workout. your health is her first concern. in the heart of Cave Creek

Fantastic experience: I second many of the positive comments about BMF I’ve seen in these reviews. They are very accommodating. They make sure you can see one of the tv’s while working out. They are dependable. I’ve gone to other clubs and stood outside beyond opening time, because the fitness attendant overslept, and then joked about it, when they arrived. That never happens at BMF. I’ve never not been able to get on the machine I use daily. Everyone wipes off their equipment after use and people are very friendly. It’s a valuable neighborhood asset.

Fantastic experience: I noticed a 1 star rating, the only one. This person did the same thing to 8 other gyms in the area with no explanation or reason. A home town gym with friendly atmosphere has a hard enough time attracting clients without the shenanigans' of unknown individuals. If you are looking for a gym, I recommend you try it out and decide for yourself.

When I first walked into this amazing gym just hoping to reach my fitness goals, I got more than that stepping into this place. I got an amazing community of people that I am happy to call friends who support me and helped me reach my goals, BMF has helped me lose over 120 pounds and has helped me reach new heights of fitness that I didn’t know was possible and I cannot thank them enough for their support and motivation. Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with excellent trainers. They always keep a track of your own progress very closely as well as keep updating your work routine for utmost impact. All trainers are very helpful and keep motivating you to always do your best. The best thing regarding them is that these guys make sure you are getting required results for your own time.

Fantastic experience: I began going to this gym about 2 months ago and I really am loving it!  The gym is very nice, comfortable, & clean. The trainers I’ve worked with are extremely nice, helpful,  and they explain every move very thoroughly. It’s a lot of fun and keep you moving.
