Fantastic experience: Awesome place to workout! Workouts are always changing & go by quickly. I noticed a huge difference in my body very quickly only going a couple times a week. Very motivating in general, especially when you don't want to go and there are women in all different phases of their lives showing up to dedicate an hour to bettering themselves. Very affordable compared to a lot of other workouts in the area as well.
Fantastic experience: LBS is the best! Work outs are FUN and always changing. I love every single instructor. They play the best music and the studio lighting is great. They have also been amazing helping to make adjustments for working out during pregnancy. I trust them completely and will be anxiously awaiting getting back post! Can't recommend Kelly and her team enough!
Fantastic experience: BEST fitness studio around! Quick and effective workouts. The trainers are all super supportive and helpful!
