Fantastic experience: I’m convinced this gym is best in the world. I went to Sculpt for years before moving across the country. I still think about this gym every day. A guest pass to Sculpt is ALWAYS the first thing I do when coming home to Bham. Keep doing what yall are doing!!!!

Fantastic experience: As an amateur bodybuilder, I was struggling to find a gym that fit everything I was looking for. Planet Fitness just wasn't cutting it anymore. After my first workout at Sculpt, I can confidently say that it fits the bill. The atmosphere is amazing and the equipment is top notch, they have everything you could possibly need. I signed up for a membership after my first workout and couldn't be happier!

I definitely feel comfortable when asking about certain machines, and the people are super nice, employees as-well. I’m pretty small and my first day I was worried that everyone was gonna look at me lmao.Matt had informed me that no one cares how you look like and they are there for the same reason I am.. definitely a great place to get motivated to make a better you..

Fantastic experience: I am loving Sculpt! Got a great new years deal, and the location is so convenient for me. I am training to climb a mountain in September, and the equipment available has been perfect for my rotations. The space is very efficient and it never feels crowded. I love having 24/7 access, the dark ambience, and driven members. No one is in there wasting time and space, and I don’t have to work around or stop and chat with familiar faces like what happens at the mega gyms. The staff is super friendly and hands off. Great gym!

Fantastic experience: It’s a little pricier than a comparable 24 hour gym in the suburbs, but the price is well worth it. Sculpt is essentially 24e with more character and a convenient location downtown. It’s a wonderful environment in which to workout.

Positive experience: Conveniently located in walking distance of my residence. I love the artwork that is on every wall within the gym, and the owners diverse playlist selection. I enjoy being able to keep my head down, utilize the equipment of my choice, and not be made uncomfortable by others. The environment is unique and welcoming to all. My only concern is the equipment not being wiped down after individual use.

Fantastic experience: Exactly what I was looking for in a gym. Having come from a “commercial” gym, Sculpt had the feel and ambiance I was hoping for. While not the biggest gym, everyone there seems to be focused on getting their workout in and not just taking their time and holding things up. Staff, including Matt the owner, are friendly and always open to answering questions and/or helping with a set.

Fantastic experience: Birmingham has many gyms to choose from, but Sculpt has been the one I can confidently call home. They have a mix of bodybuilding and functional equipment so you can do all types of fitness. The owners Matt and Destin are phenomenal people and the community here is very welcoming. There are all types of people at Sculpt from beginners to elite lifters so everyone feels welcome. I’m also a content creator and Sculpt is very content friendly. I feel totally comfortable bringing my camera and filming in the gym. Overall the environment here is awesome and I never feel like I’m lacking anything equipment wise. Great vibes and atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Sculpt has been a really excellent experience for me. I'm a beginner, so I'm not familiar with a lot of the equipment, but the staff has been really friendly and always ready to help. The other members of the gym are friendly too — they seem conscientious of each other and there's no pressure to get off of a machine earlier than you want to or anything like that. I love that I have access to the gym whenever I want to. They have several changing rooms and a shower, so I can go straight to work after my workout. And they have things like energy drinks and supplements available in case I forget mine, but there's no pressure to buy. I avoided joining a gym for a long time because I didn't want to feel out of place, but the staff and members here really make you feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Very cool gym with a unique atmosphere. Not overly crowded, and they have a PT on site for recovery purposes! Owners (Matt and Destin) are very personable and have a wealth of knowledge regarding fitness.

Fantastic experience: I purchased a one week membership to Sculpt during recent travel to Birmingham. Matt, the owner, was super friendly and responsive in getting me set up with access to the gym. The gym environment is very welcoming. The setup is perfect for anyone who wants a serious workout with any equipment you might need for weight training, basic cardio work, and functional training. Gyms for those of us who travel can be highly variable, and this is a rare gym that welcomes visitors with temporary memberships, 24 hour access, and a high quality experience without being a big box facility. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

Fantastic experience: I went recently with one of my friends for a day pass. Everyone was incredibly friendly and comforting since I’ve had bad experiences in gyms before. I also really enjoy the fact that it is open 24 hours which helps with a busy schedule.

Fantastic experience: So glad I saw their post about their grand opening on the south side and honestly, love the vibes, the atmosphere. Everyone there is cordial and love being able to film content at any time. 24/7 access and just owners that I feel care. The vibes were so good, I went ahead and signed up for a whole year! If you are in the Birmingham area, this is def. a gym you need to check out and get your sweat on. Personal trainers are available and look like they be working their clients. In a good way of course. They even have someone there at different times that does other services such as dry needling and physical therapy. Changing rooms are even lit. I appreciate a gym that has hair ties and deodorant on hand and two bathrooms. One of them having a shower. All around an awesome gym!

Fantastic experience: Graduated High-school with one of the owners and when I heard about the new location just minutes from Highland Ave I decided to give them a try. After catching up with Destin and getting to know her Husband Matt as well as a few of the members, I am 100% confident in saying this gym is full of the best and most resolute professionals and driven people that Birmingham has to offer. If you are looking for a great atmosphere with great people, great leadership, and the ability to pop in and out on a lunch break or spend hours in the gym for a hardcore sesh, there is no better place to do it than Sculpt. I am a firm believer that action is the only path to happiness. If you want to be surrounded by people focused on bettering all aspects on their life this is exactly where you want to be. This is the 6th different gym I have been a part of and the only privately owned one. You won’t be looking back.

Positive experience: I love sculpt and it’s amazing. The military discount is awesome and im a huge fan. The only thing to make this gym perfect would be putting the industrial fan back in here or putting a little more into the a/c. In here right now at 8 PM and its 79° in here.

Fantastic experience: Great location, facility and concept. Awesome mix of equipment. Water tank, sanitation supplies and storage are readily available. Love the garage door for fresh air and the large fan to circulate it. Always clean. Always open. Great price point. Would love a bicycle rack with surveillance.

Great equipment, always clean, and the best vibes. I’ve been training with Destin for over a month now and am getting the results I want with the plus of enjoying the space and the people. There is definitely a fun gym community here if you want it, but if you just want to get in and workout it’s great for that too!

Fantastic experience: I'm from outside the USA. Sculpt B'ham is friendly people with clean and working equipment. There is enough items and space for crossfit individuals (but not all the gear we love and need), and 24 hour access! There is more space outside if team or groups. This is 300m from my accommodation and great rates. 24 hour access is a bonus, considering a local crossfit box in contrast, offered one hour open gym per day exc Sundays and the need to join the classes when open rather than doing your own program. Worth a visit to check Sculpt B'ham out and decide for yourself.

I was in town for the day and Matt was quick to assist me in gaining access to the gym for the day. The facility is relatively new and the equipment is top notch. I primarily used the kettlebells of which they have an excellent selection. Will definitely return when I am in town.
