Fantastic experience: Wow’ I miss this place. I worked out in this fitness center from 1993-2007. It was always a wonder experience. I got really fit, under the direction of Albert Johnson Jr. and Dr Thomas Ellison.

Positive experience: Not rating nor is it a review I would like to know if classes are still available in the evenings and how much does it cost?? I would like to attend when I get off work.

Positive experience: A much needed facility in the neighboring community where Zumba, karate, line dancing, weight lifting, and a number of other activities are held. I have been a Zumba participant for 11 years. The Zumba instructor, LaMesa Brooks, is a lady who is full of energy and encouragement. She will have you sweating in places you thought were off limits to sweating. She's on fire and is top notch in the City of Birmingham and surrounding areas. The facility is always clean and Covid-19 restrictions are adhered to.

Fantastic experience: The Zumba Instructor, LaMesa Brooks, is amazing. Her skills, cues, abd choreography is great! She is solid and her classes are infectious! I'm addicted.
