Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I made the switch to Phase at the start of this year as an open gym member. It's the perfect size, and I never have to wait to use any weights or equipment. You truly feel like anyone is welcome here, no matter your race, gender, size, etc. They've done a great job keeping things clean and uncrowded during Covid, too. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Phase Gym is the most welcoming and empowering fitness facility for people of all backgrounds! Not to mention some of the best music and wall murals in Birmingham. The trainers and members are more than a community to me and rather a family. I am amazed at how my life has evolved since joining Phase Gym 3-4 years ago! I am a more confident and strong woman today thanks to the Phase community!
