Harold Davis Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is accessible with these updates: limited hours of operation, designated time for senior citizens, water bottle requirements, and sanitation guidelines. We can safely use the FIT with modified practices!

The locker rooms have showers available. We provide small hand towels to use while you are here. If you plan on using the showers, you will need to bring your own towel.

All Howard College and SWCD students, faculty, and staff can use the Harold Davis Fitness Center for free. Your Student Services fee covers the cost of using the fitness center, or it is a benefit of working at Howard College. If you have questions about whether you can use the fitness center and how much it costs, please contact the fitness center.

Mental Health Resources: If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health, there are resources available to help. The following website provides information on mental health resources on campus and in the community: Title IX/Sexual Misconduct Online Reporting: If you or someone you know has experienced sexual misconduct, there is an online reporting system available. This system can be used to report incidents of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking. Campus Weather: The campus weather website provides up-to-date information on the current and forecasted weather conditions for the campus area. Online Incident/Crime Report: If you witness or are the victim of a crime, you can file an online report. This system can be used to report incidents of theft, vandalism, and other crimes.
