Fantastic experience: This spot is incredible! EMS in the center of Los Angeles in Beverly Hills is only a 15-20 minute drive away and you can get an exercise session done that is more efficient than spending hours at the gym and totally secure. I will definitely be returning!

Positive experience: Although it can be difficult to target specific muscles due to the laws of physics, this EMS machine will make it possible! If you're looking to tone a particular area or shed some weight, this is your best bet. If your main goal is to lose weight in general, then cardio exercises like running and boxercise are more cost-effective. However, if you want to focus on building muscle or losing fat in a specific area, then the EMS machine is a great option. You can reach your goal in far less time than with other gym equipment. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: After seeing an advertisement on Facebook for a nearby place, I decided to give it a go. I had heard that Bruce Lee had used EMS to train, so if it was good enough for him, it was good enough for me. After two sessions, my body felt like jelly. It's too soon to tell for sure, but based on my initial experience, the friendly staff and the facility, I would give it five stars.
