Negative experience: This club is closed for renovation I was said, but apparently they are looking for new location. I canceled my membership before my annual payment, but still got charged for $49. No corporate phone number to call and ask. I called to another Maxx and they couldn’t answer my question why I was charged. It’s absurd!
Fantastic experience: This gym is such a throwback and I love it. Not overcrowded, plenty of equipment, the perfect place to go and get some work done without distraction or frills. I would comp it to a good dive bar. Staff always pleasant. Get yourself a smoothie too. 2024 update: great staff and concerted effort to maintain cleanliness of the space.

Negative experience: I'm just waiting on the owner to explain this miraculous 500 balance that I've accumulated since 2021. I tried to cancel and have yet heard anything from management. I haven't even been to this gym and don't remember signing up however I'm waiting a response because this is absurd.

Positive experience: It's a gym, nothing fancy. They have what I need to work out. They raised prices last year from 19 to 29, but you can bring a guest with you at no charge. Prices are comparable to other gyms. They actually have a person cleaning now also, which was lacking before. It's also close to my house, so that's a big plus.

Positive experience: I’ve been a member of Maxx for over 4 years, and it’s the gym I keep coming back to despite having tried a lot of gyms throughout the area. There’s lots of space, which is huge for me, and about all the equipment and machines I need. Employees have always been nice, they say hi and bye to you when you come in and leave. You don’t feel like you’re bothering them if you need them for something. Cancelling or pausing your membership is easy, idk what all these people are talking about with the account issues. Just go to the counter and pause/cancel your membership. I’ve never had a problem doing this. With all that said, I do have some personal gripes about what could improve. When I first joined, the gym felt very premium. The Kidz club (the gym daycare) was full of kids and the gym was full of parents/working professionals using the kidz club to get a workout in. All the amenities were inviting and new looking. During covid and post covid, a lot of the amenities either fell to disrepair or just never came back. Thing is though, Maxx is a great gym even without those amenities, but to me it’s just sad seeing advertisements or signs for something that I never see being used or that is in disrepair. My kids used to use the kidz club until COVID hit, and that room has been dark and seemingly turned into a closet ever since. Benches with spotter arms. I like to push close to failure and I almost always workout solo. I don’t like bothering people to spot me and doing the no-clips on my barbell generally ends up in my having to shove the plates back on my barbell after a set. Just get some quality benches with spotter arms please. Better trap bars and a dedicated deadlift area. I can tell by the “no-chalk” signs that this isn’t the most powerlifting friendly gym, and that’s ok, but deadlifts are a pretty common exercise in many routines. There’s an empty area, at least in my gym, that I do deadlifts in, but the same area is also where people do box jumps and battle ropes. Deadlifts are one of the main movements and an upgraded trap bar and adding a deadlift platform would be awesome. More consistent hours. During the weekdays, the 4am open to 10pm close is perfect. But I like to stay on routine and it always throws me off knowing I can’t wake up early and go to the gym on Saturday (7am open) or make up for a missed workout on a Friday evening (9pm close.) Overall, Maxx is a great bang for buck. You really have everything you need here, the equipment is good quality, and there’s lots of room, friendly staff, and a good clientele too. Really for the price, it’s solid overall.

Positive experience: Decent range of machinery Bit behind on the little things. Water: fountain tastes like pennies, showers and sinks low pressure. The Wi-Fi is advertised on the door but it hasn’t worked in years. More specifically, never in my membership with this gym has the Wi-Fi worked.

Negative experience: they told me if we upgraded form the lower plan to the $29 plan that we could work out together as long as we were both there. I joined because we love the trainers in the classes and wanted enjoy the classes. we started working out and all was good. Then a new front desk person was hired and she told me we have to pay $20 per class if we wanted to go in. What! i was told by person who signed me up we could as long as we were together. the front desk girl is so crazy you would think she is in the FBI. lol Their equipment isn't even in good order. Floors are dirty. I now have to wait til my girlfriends membership is up before switching gyms. I tried joining month to month just to go to classes would not do. I would stay away. Right now i think powerhouse is best choice in area or Lehigh valley gym. I thank Adri and Erin who are the class trainers there for trying to help with the situation.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended a Zumba class taught by Alexis at Bethlehem Maxx Fitness, and I had a fantastic time! Alexis is a talented and enthusiastic instructor who creates a welcoming and fun atmosphere in her classes. Her choreography is engaging and easy to follow, making the workout both challenging and enjoyable. I appreciate how she offers modifications for different fitness levels, so everyone can feel included and successful. Fantastic experience: This location is very upheld and the custodian does a EXCELLENT job making sure things are cleaned and straightened up. The machines are sometimes out of work but the gym and locker rooms are very clean and kept nice.

Negative experience: I have been a member for years and the place has become awful. Everything needs to be kept up on. Machines, spray,paper towels, sanitizer, cleaning,tanning booths, bathrooms etc.. and not to mention no AC and sometimes staff is not there on time having to wait for gym to open. The fact that the fee went up when the gym quality has went extremely down is causing me to look elsewhere. I am paying extra for tanning and they all have half bulbs working. So dissatisfied and ready to cancel

Negative experience: This gym use to be great! However over the years it's going down hill! Beginning January 1st 2023 they raised the monthly prices to $15/month. If I saw improvements and money going towards repairs and equipment I wouldn't mind the price increase. Also, soap dispensers are always empty and consistently no toilet paper. This is unacceptable especially during winter flu/cold season. In addition, the duck taped floors and unbearable heat in the summer! I've been a member since 2014, it's a real shame. Planet Fitness is right down the road charging $10 a month, clean, and brand new equipment. I will be canceling my membership!

Negative experience: I have been a member since June 2022 and six months into my contract they increased my rate. When I questioned the rate increase I was told that they absolved all contracts and sent everyone notification via email. I never received an email from them and when I requested proof that the email was sent I was told that they don't have my email on file. When I signed up I gave them my email and I was able to find a "Welcome to Maxx Fitness " email that I received from them when I joined in June. I will be contacting the BBB.

Positive experience: This will be a detailed review through the perspective of a guest that went during off-peak hours. I am a member of the nearby Planet Fitness and the Powerhouse Gym. The good: Maxx has a large, open warehouse-type space. Contrary to some low reviews, the men's bathroom was perfectly clean in the morning. The janitor does a great job! The people working at the desk seemed polite and answered questions quickly. The price points for this gym are very fair and comparable to Planet. I believe this is an intermediate gym with many options for equipment. The dance and cycling rooms are air conditioned and clean. The bad: Maxx has small air conditioning vents that do not seem to have the power to circulate throughout its space. There's only one ceiling fan near the ab section in front of the desk. If they were to install more ceiling fans it may compensate, but the atmosphere feels stale and humid. It felt dreadful doing free weights. I didn't try the cardio machines but it looks old and not cool enough to stay for long. There seems to be a lack of weight wheels around the bench area. You literally have to look around to find plates. This would be a problem during crowded hours. The bars are also scarce and older looking. Dumbbells go up to 100s. There's no designated deadlift spots. You have to take the bar from the only 2 squat racks. If you're an advanced lifter, there's no way to train here efficiently for strength if it's crowded. There's such a large space for the same ab equipment in the same spot. I feel like this place might be worth having the bench and squat freeweights for $10 a month and using Planet for everything else. If you dance, the room looks pretty nice. Maxx seems to appeal to the crowd that doesn't take strength and bodybuilding as seriously as Powerhouse but wants more free weights than Planet offers. From its price point I do believe this gym is worth it locally. I also believe the issues I mentioned make Power and Planet a better option for most people. This place would easily be 5 stars if they fix the issues even at the cost of eliminating the $10 membership.

Positive experience: So this review is solely about gym equipment. The employees here are absolutely fantastic, i was a retro customer and had to join this gym (planet fitness wasn't an option) joining this gym was a really great experience, I wasn't really a fan of the employees at retro, just very unprofessional for the most part, but I did love the equipment. Maxx gym equipment is OLD and I don't mean like a few Years old, I'm pretty sure the equipment they use was the very first round of life fitness equipment that I used 25 years ago. You need to upgrade your equipment and add more in because that gym is also ALWAYS really crowded with guys that look like they belong on jersey shore, so using equipment isn't always easy.

Negative experience: What an absolute joke. Stay far away from this gym. I signed up for this gym in November and asked the team member before I signed my contract if I could change my membership from "platinum" to "basic" at any time, if there were any fees associated with changing or if I had to wait until my 12 months were up to change. The team member indicated that I could change at any time. Fast forward to March (4 months later) and I call to tell them I would like to change to the basic plan since my work schedule does not allow me to attend the classes that I had originally hoped to take advantage of. The Maxx Fitness Club Team Member argued with me over the phone stating that I have to pay a $49 fee to downgrade my membership. I stated that in my contract it does not state that there is any fee associated with downgrading a membership (whether it's within the first year or not). The team member stated that even though there is nothing in writing it is a "club rule" that a fee has to be paid even if you are only switching what type of membership you have. WHAT A JOKE! After 30 seconds of silence the team member said there was nothing he could do even though there is nothing in writing about this fee.

Positive experience: Courteous, Beautiful, young people at the front desk. Highly appreciated. No repairs EVER to the broken, teared up seats and rubber handles. Missing screw from one of the adjusting weight lifting equipments, This can lead to severe injury. I reported it few months ago. Still not fixed. Quite disgusting. I miss Jordan. Negative experience: It doesnt deserve even one star. Ive been going to this place for possibly 7yrs now and just slowly watched it turn into a dumpster fire. when I heard they where going to expand I wasn't excited at all because they could barely take care of what they already had. Now its current state looks something out of the apocalypse. members pay $10/month which is great, then get charged an additional fee to take care of all the things im about to mention. starting with Random lights being out all over the place and different color bulbs really helps set the apocalyptic mood. Today the mens bathroom was at an all time waste land. Both stalls had scraps of toilet paper on the floor fecal matter floating around in the toilet and the seats covered in urine. The urinals look like they haven't been attended to as well. Mind you I was there by 7am. I doubt that all happened within 2hrs of being open. The sink to the left barely had water running out of it and the sink itself looked like someone washed there work boots in it. the next two sinks weren't any better. the soap dispenser on the left had no soap. The gym itself has broken down equipment that hasn't been attended to... elliptical machines, parts missing on the smith machine, stair master broken forever, a bench over by the dumbbells feels like its going to fall apart. I saw a bandaid on monday on the red carpeted stretching area (image provided below) and it was still there today on wednesday. All of the paper towels are on top of garbage cans. That has to be my favorite part of this entire dumpster fire, is that youre putting santizing equipment on top of GARBAGE CANS HAHAHAHA. Im not just writing this without telling the staff. every time I see something I politely give them a heads up about it. they always give a nice response. This week I haven't said a word and I just watch the employees behind the counter just hanging out on phones or laughing about like everything is fine. im sure ive left a bunch of other things out because I dont attempt to go into other areas of this place. I will be going back to my previous gym, its further distance but its totally worth the trip. good luck this location.

Negative experience: Awful gym. Horrible and greedy manager. If he knew how to run a business he wouldn’t have so many people leave, my friends and family warned me about their place and I still gave it a shot. They try to get money out of you any way they can. Machines are never clean, have to look around for spray bottles that work, an actual sauna (no ac), dust bunnies everywhere and no costumer service. Don’t bother looking for a hq number, only the manager at this location will deal with you and he does not care about your situation, stress or how long you’ve been a costumer, he only wants your money. Any other gym in the valley is better and more understanding.

Fantastic experience: I’ve being a member for almost 10 years. I really like it. I find everything I need to do my workout and very affordable.
Fantastic experience: Although it can get pretty busy here, overall this is a great place to lift. Wide selection of weights and machines. The staff are always friendly, and the GM Jordan, is professional and helpful for payment concerns. Just go in person if you’re having concerns.

Negative experience: So they closed for 3 months during Covid. I had called once they opened and asked them to cancel my membership because I didn’t see myself going back anytime soon. It’s now 11/19/21 I get a text message about an open balance. Apparently over $400 even though I had called to cancel my membership. They’ve been charging me this entire time even though I haven’t visited their facility since Covid began. Maxx is scamming people. I’m not the only with this similar experience. The BBB has a bunch of similar complaints recently. This place is not getting another dime from me, and it looks like I’ll have to contact my lawyer. Don’t give this dishonest scam of a “gym” your business.

Negative experience: Definitely shady with their practice of contracts. Had a 1 year contract that I called in to freeze because of COVID. Instead of multiple months frozen, they "froze" it one month and extended my contract by one month. When I called they said it was actually frozen for 2 months and gave me another month. So an employee on the line lied and told me it was frozen indefinitely, when it was really only for 60 days. So would not recommend. Also when I go in the morning, there's a fly problem.

Positive experience: Like everything about it except that those who use heavy weights on the smith machine don't remove them when they are finished leaving beginners at a loss to use that piece of equipment. A sign posted reminding people of courtesy would be a good start.

Negative experience: Air conditioning hasn't worked all summer and they haven't made any effort to fix it. "Free WiFi" has been down for months. I've complained to multiple staff members since July and nothing has been done about it. Don't waste your money.

Negative experience: I've been here since they opened. I'm a senior and can't take the heat while trying to work out. No AC. ridiculous. One of the hottest summers we have had in a long time and it was often cooler when I stepped outside. Time to go elsewhere, they don't seem to care one way or the other. Too bad.

Negative experience: Filthy!!! No sanitizer at the paper towel stations so people wipe their sweat all over machines because they have no sanitizer. Gross. A health hazard. Went to Planet Fitness which is les than 2 miles down the road. They are GREAT about having sanitizing stations full of sanitizer and towels. I can't believe Maxx doesn't care about cleanliness. It's disgusting. In a world of Covid, you would think they would care about stuff like this.

Negative experience: I just ended my 4 year membership because Jordan, the manager at Maxx Fitness on Easton Ave, was unwilling to compromise due to a simple billing error. This is a common theme in this gym, their billing department overcharges or something gets messed up and the customer is the one paying for it. I would have loved to continue my patronage there but unfortunately Jordan made that impossible.

Negative experience: The place is dirty, machines need maintenance, staff is always angry looking. GM Jordan in Bethlehem (2910 Easton ave) try to enforce rules not posted when they need to worry about other stuff. There is no AC in that place and smells horrible.

Negative experience: You get what you pay for. If you want to use anything besides a 45 or 25 lb plate you have to go on a scavenger hunt through the gym to find them. At the little cleaning stations they are usually out of either paper towels, spray, or both. A few weeks ago I brought a barbell clip to the front because it was broken and then today it was back out on the floor still broken. They don't have enough clips out on the floor for all the barbells, so if you want a pair sometimes you have to go to the front and ask for them. They might have another pair, they might not. Also for the last few weeks it's been incredibly hot inside. I understand it's a gym and it's going to get warm, but more than once I've had to just stop my workout halfway done. The only reasons I stayed so long are that it's cheap and it's very close to my house.

Negative experience: After 2 years of cancelling my membership, I suddenly get multiple charges of $189 and several $20, 10 charges. My contract was only for one year. They said "you are still a member from month to month after one year" I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS IS HOW THEY PROFIT OFF OF ME. Will be disputing this with my credit card company.

Negative experience: Totally unacceptable and unhealthy that the air conditioning at the Bethlehem Maxx is not working nor are they planning to fix it. Front desk staff are telling everyone they are on 3 waiting lists. I cannot believe this is true. What I am hearing is that they are not planning to fix it until maybe the summer is over. The group x and spin room are disgusting. I guess Maxx truly does not care about their members, staff & instructors. I already sent an email to corporate and have not received a response.

Negative experience: This is probably the worst gym I’ve ever been to. It’s never clean, there is very rarely cleaning supplies to wipe down machines after yourself and the worst part is the air has been broke for months so the gym is kept at 80 degrees with one fan for circulation.

Negative experience: I stopped going to this gym almost 2 years ago. I had to cancel my membership because they stopped being 24 hours and i wouldn’t be able to go with their new schedule. When I called they told me they can cancel my membership but I’d be getting charged a cancellation fee. I recently started looking at my bank statement and their still charging my card. I called the gym and the manager I spoke to said they didn’t have any cancellation form on file that I can’t cancel over the phone. Which is a lie because me and my friend both cancelled for the same reasons and she also did her cancellation over the phones and even if that were the case why wouldn’t they inform me over the phone that I would have to come in person then. I am extremely livid. I’ve been getting charged for the past 2 years for something that I haven’t even been using!!

Negative experience: There’s no AC in this place. Legit a sauna. Thermostat read 84 today. Everyone I spoke with at the gym has complained about this. People are going to have heatstroke in this place if it’s not fixed. I’ve felt like I was going to pass out several times. I’ve been a member for 6 years and I’m seriously considering switching if something isn’t done about this. Absolutely ridiculous.

Positive experience: The gym is big ,very friendly staff..the only complaint from alot of members including myself is, most of the cable attachments are worn out beat ,clips for the cables are broken or missing..this tells me management either doesn't care or isn't paying attention..easy fix guys,u have a nice club let's maintain it

Negative experience: I have had the worst experience with this company and specifically this facility. I was a member of the gym for about 4 years and during the end of my contract I signed up for the personal training program. I started working a job that had me seated most of the day so I wanted to get in a work out with proper training. I work from 10am-7pm and told them I needed them to be able to work with my schedule before I even thought of tsigning that contract. They agree it wouldn’t be a problem so I signed up for 6 months of 2 day training at 240.00 a month not including membership fees.The training staff there was an absolute joke. In the six months of having the training I had less then a hand full of sessions with a trainer and they assigned me 3 different trainers who had. They constantly canceled on me didn’t know was arriving or couldn’t work with my schedule which was the whole reason of me signing on that dotted line. And when I went to cancel the membership and training all together the trainer I had who was the “ training manager” texted me making me feel bad about my weight saying I clearly didn’t care about my health and calling me lazy. I went in person with a typed letter and my signature with the date to cancel my membership and training back in March of 2020 before the pandemic closed everything down. And since then I have been charged an about of around 300.00 . After the first time they charged me I called their facility and complained about the charge they told me they they were having some issues with charges altering returning from their long closure due to Covid. I called my bank disputed the charges and blocked all future payments. The reason I did this is because after having a horrible experience with their training team I finally read their reviews and this is something that that have repeatedly done with other customers. They don’t have a corporate number which makes it impossible to get anything fixed in your account. Now I have been charged again from this company through their new LLC. When I saw the charges on my bank account I immediately called to ask them what was going on. They said they had no trace of my new charges. This company is shady, filled with unprofessional team members and will steal from you. They started off with small $2 charges after they changed their LLC to see if I picked up on it then charged me continuously $10-$20 each time. I will be handling this with my bank but please be warned of how this company works. Read their negative reviews and check the B.B.B to see how this company is actually run before signing up with Maxx Fittness.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Friendly and helpful staff. A good variety of equipment. A non-judgmental environment where everyone just does their thing. I also love that masks are optional in this place because I get lightheaded when working out while using one ( which is why me and my husband canceled out memberships at Planet Fitness). So I don’t need to worry about passing out and getting crushed by a heavy weight falling down on me that I was lifting. Lastly, I love that they have childcare because as a busy mom, it makes going to the gym that more possible and convenient.

Negative experience: I left the gym because they have a mask optional policy. That doesn't seem safe to me in the pandemic. They also remove social media comments. That's unprofessional. I hope that everyone stays safe when working out at Maxx.
Negative experience: This gym has charged me hundreds of dollars that I do not owe them! The first time was when I first started there. The second time was right around Christmas and today was the third time! I am infuriated! There is no number to corporate. No manager was available to speak to! And.... It takes days upon days to get my money back! I am a single mother who went to go food shopping and now I can't even do that because they charged me an excessive amount of money for no reason! I will be cancelling my membership! I am infuriated!

Whenever I call to cancel, they do not answer the phone... Its poor business, especially during these times, to not even answer the phone or have an answering machine.. Negative experience: This place (bethlehem pa) is very filthy and a very poor managed and it starts from the top. Manager Mike and staff never get back to you on your inquiries and questions, also their hours are the worst compare to gym around the area. They can care less about improving the experience. I would take my business some else.

Negative experience: It's a normal gym, they have at least one of most regular equipment and a decent number of ellipticals and treadmills. The bathrooms are not too dirty, sometimes there are no handtowels. I haven't tried to cancel my membership yet but once I do I'll try to update my review. I'm moving away so I won't be living in the area to use this gym anymore. It's just convenient and only 3 minutes from my house. The staff are generally pretty nice, but the free Wifi almost never works and I have issues staying connected to it on my phone for no identifiable reason. Even when I ask the staff they don't know why it doesn't work sometimes. Update : I cancelled my membership the 3rd of June and I was told I would only get charged 10 dollars for July and August. instead I got charged the yearly $39 dollar fee. I called and asked about it twice. One person said they would refund me and another person said it's non refundable. Make sure you cancel 2 months before you want to leave and NOT around the month of August. It's convenient to go here but jeez the customer service is really questionable sometimes.
Negative experience: Make sure you keep the membership cancellation confirmation that they give you when you cancel your membership. They will keep charging you.
Positive experience: I went here when max first opened between 2013 and 2015. I left because I moved. Never had any problems with the cancellation. I came back in 2018 and there’s never been a problem atleast with working out and just overall service. Only negative is they have maybe 2 employees that can make the protein shakes right. Some can’t at all and u just get water. Overall the gym experience is fine.
Negative experience: Would definitely not recommend it because of the ridiculous cancellation policy. Also, was not told about $40 yearly charge. Asked if i could get a refund for just one month even tho they can that I didnt even use the facility in the past 3 months, they still said no.
Negative experience: This is the most crooked company I've ever dealt with. I moved away from this area over a year prior and this company would not let me cancel without outrageous fees until I was physically there. Then, once I cancelled they said I had to pay one more month. Fine. Then the next month I get charged for another month and another $40 yearly service fee?! They insist I have to pay it even though I cancelled the month before. This has been the most infuriating experience. Sick, money grubbing, crooks.
Negative experience: Update 12/22/18: It has now almost been 2 months and many many phone calls and I still don't have all my money back and I was charged again. I can't believe it has taken this long to correct their mistake. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. I've had my ups and downs here. The best I've got out of this gym is the personal training that I did. I lost about 10 pounds and learned many things. However, I've just noticed two days ago that they charged me $320. I called and they said they switched billing systems and personal training customers were accidentally charged twice for their service. For one, I had already stopped the personal training so I shouldn't be getting charged for it at all and two, who has $320 to spare?? It's now two days later, the transaction went through and all I was told was that they were writing names down of people who need refunds and a manger would call me within a couple days. I don't have a couple days to have $320 missing from my bank account. I've got bills to pay and things to do. Thinking about canceling my membership when it is up. I can't keep having these accidents happen and not have something done about it right away. Very very frustrated.

Fantastic experience: Today I met with David for the first time assessment. He was awesome to talk to. He kicked my ass in the evaluation and it made me excited to sign up with one of his trainers. I really feel I can meet my fitness goals with the team here at Maxx. I felt very supported while I worked out with him. I highly recommend these guys.

Positive experience: Good equipment, big gym, but you get what you pay for. The place is dirty and lots of people don't wipe down the equipment. And they are sometimes out of supplies like paper towels and spray.
Negative experience: Worst gym experience ever. They will bug the hell out of you. I moved out of town 8 months into my membership, so I called and told them I wanted to cancel my membership. They informed me that I couldn't. As frustrating as that was, I understood because I DID sign a 12-month contract. So I paid the last 4 months and told them to cancel my membership once the 12 months were over. Now, 3 months after those 12 months, I have been getting harassed with calls to give them a new credit card for their file. Apparently they never cancelled my membership and now it is on a "month-to-month" basis, even though they assured me my membership would be cancelled after the 12 months that I paid. Now they are refusing to cancel my membership unless I drive out to them and sign paperwork in person. Long story short: DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM. ANY OTHER GYM IS BETTER. I have never been this disrespected by a gym before (I have belonged to several). They only care about taking your money, and they will use every trick they can to take as much money as possible. Very shady. I will tell all my friends and family to avoid this gym unless Maxx wants to correct the ways that they have wronged me.

Negative experience: If I could give them a 0 I would. Canceling with them is horrible, you cancel and if you dont cancle in the right time you have to pay either cancelation fee(If still in contract) or cancel after contract up and they hit you with maintenance fee 39.00 on top of your membership fee for the month next month too.
Negative experience: My mom and I came here for a few months and when we signed up we were never told that there was an outrageous cancellation fee or that we would have a yearly fee that had to be paid even if we cancelled. So now I'm going to college and can use their gym for free, we have to pay almost $130 in fees because their worker was at the end of her shift and didn't want to take the time to go through what the cancellation entailed.
Negative experience: Not very clean, most of the staff not all of them are rude and ignore you if you ask them anything, bugs crawling around and dust bunny’s all over the fitness class room, bathrooms have toilet paper all over the floors and there was actually blood in the toilet seat, paper towel dispensers are empty the majority of the time and when you look around for staff members they are to busy with their cell phones or faces in the computer, no one wipes down the machines after use, and they play the same movies constantly in the movie room! Don’t bother wasting your money! Ps. If you try and cancel even after your contract is up they continue to charge you!!
Positive experience: Great greeters when you come in, always crowded ..I haven't found a time where it's not on muscle overload. Can be intimidating when 15 guys are hogging the weights and look at you like an alien when you walk into that area

Positive experience: Very friendly staff and my experience with the personal training was good. Staff pays good attention to their clientele and the class instructors (sometimes-not every day) encourage people from the gym floor to participate in a class which is nice and makes you feel apart of a gym that cares about you. Downsides: They close early on the weekends and the red plastic carpet seems to retain moisture and scent. It always feels humid and smells musky in the gym.
Negative experience: Absolute rip off. If you try to cancel your membership they continue to charge you for an extra month because you signed a dumb contract.
